• Éber (5/5): One night could be survived. - Good location Advertised as two-bedroom apartement, but has only one bedroom and some sofas in the living room/kitchen. Free onsite parking is stated, but the whole neighborhood belongs to a paid parking zone and wheels clamped in half an hour.
• Kristiana (3/5): - The property was at a nice location. The guy host was very nice, very informative and reliable. If you book make sure to communicate only with Alexander The property was VERY dirty, there was hair everywhere, in the tub, on the bathroom floor , in the kitchen sink. The kitchen counter was so dirty it had stains and was sticky. The woman host came the day we were leaving earlier than she was supposed to, to have ‘an online meeting’. She was very rude, she was shouting at us for how dirty the apartment was (not our fault), that we turned the AC on and she would NOT leave the apartment. We were not able to even take a shower because she was there taking her meeting, we had to go somewhere but we couldn’t because all of our luggage was there so we had to pack everything in the fastest way possible and leave. • Marija (2/5): Izuzetno prljavo - Smestaj je na dobroj lokaciji,15ak min hoda do centra..Wifi je odlican. Steta za ovakav stan sto je zapusten,jako je prljav.U najavljeno vreme dolaska nismo mogli da udjemo u stan jer je masina za ves radila.Sacekalo nas je dete od nekih 10-12godina i nije bilo nikog starijeg sa kim bi popricali.U kupatilu kanta nije bila ispraznjena,kada je pukla (ima rupu)i zalepljena je selotejp trakom.U kupatilu mravi samo spartaju.Koriscenje ves masine se naplacuje 10e.Ketler prepun kamenca.Frizider prljav,ima neke hrane u njemu koja ko zna od kad stoji,al dobro hladi.Masina za sudove je prljava,masna spolja a kad se otvori smrdi i probusen je poklopac od rezervoara za so,tako da verovatno ne radi Tanjiri,escajg prljavi,masni ako zelite nesto da koristite morate da operete prvo.Nasli smo 1 cist carsav koji smo koristili,na krevetu posteljina nije menjana.Na terasi piksle pune pikavaca,zid se klati.Na tv-u svega nekoliko kanala.Kompjuter ne radi.

• Gerry (8/5): - Ruim appartement, fijne wifi en tv, veel faciliteiten. Contact met host was goed. Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaren. Beddengoed en handdoeken roken muf, interieur soms gedateerd en ook nieuw. Betalen in cash (provisie bank).

• Marce (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at the FLOW Place Apartment in Skopje, located on Nikola Tesla Street, just parallel to Ruzveltova. The apartment itself was cozy, modern, and impeccably clean, making it a perfect home away from home. The owners were incredibly friendly and highly skilled, offering excellent communication throughout my stay. I appreciated the automatic messages they sent, providing valuable information about the city, local tips, and suggestions to make the most of my visit. The apartment is sunny and well-equipped with everything you could need. Plus, the nearby city park was a nice bonus, offering a peaceful space to relax. For those who enjoy a good run, the tartan running track in the area is a great feature. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Skopje—great location, excellent amenities, and fantastic hospitality!

• Beyza (6/5): Pleasant - Even though we started our stay with a problem about keys, the landlord was kind during the rest of the stay. The house is such a cozy place and it is very enjoyable to stay there with friends. It is not mainly in the center but you can reach everywhere with a 5-10 mins long bus ride. There is a super market near, and a very nice club :) One of the reasons we prefer houses is we cook our own food, we use the kitchens actively but some of the utensils were dirty and there weren't basic cooking tools. The bathroom doesn't have a door handle

• Antic (4/5): Disappointing - Communication with the host was perfect. The lady was polite and very open for communication and to explain everything. She was available and open for contact when we arrived. The apartment was cold, the heating system could not warm the rooms. The doors were broken at the toilet, and it was not very clean. We sow cockroaches running there as soon as we entered. The table in the kitchen was not totally clean. It was clear that someone used it before us to eat, because some small trails and leftovers were there. Apartment was full with personal stuff, like someone just left the place before we entered.

Apartment clearly not been cleaned since last occupants, as a pair of knickers was found under one bed pillow. There was a note saying 10 euros to use washing machine, even though not stated on facilities list. Light over kitchen area not working, which made food prep difficult. Also no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. Overall it was very disappointing and not good enough, sadly.

The location was a bit away from the centre but 500 m away was a nice smoothie place for breakfast. Definitely very local experience. The bathroom door needs desperately some renovation.

• Bianka (2/5): Very poor - It was cheap. It was not easy to find, the building had a creepy vibe, it was not what we expected. You have the feeling that somebody lives in this apartment and you just stepped into her life. Creepy for me. Cleanliness was bad, we had no warm water to shower even properly. Breakfast was included in the price and she just left a few random (opened) thinhs in the fridge which was nit clean, we did not feel like touching them. And only cash payment.

• Jana (10/5): The location is perfect, the apartment has everything that you need and the hosts are amazing! - The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It was exactly like on the photos, big and comfortable. With 10-15min walk you can reach the city center. The hosts were very kind and they explained everything very well (they responded immediately). The apartment has everything that you need. /

• Mona (7/5): Good - The accomodation providers were very nice and they always answered quickly. We booked the Place with breakfast, but we couldn't eat, those food were opened and not fresh. On the list we saw, we gonna have toiletries, but there was not - only soap. The bin was not empty, and the flat was somewhere not clean.. If we know in advance, that we need to take toiletries with us, and we have to buy everything for breakfast, it would be better.

• Catalina (8/5): Very good - It was close to the center, for one night stay it is OK. The host gave us all the indications we needed to get to the apartment and many tips for activities. In the reservation it is specified " breakfast included", but we didn't receive anything. The boiler wasn't working properly, so we showered with almost cold water.

The attention to detail in setting up a perfect office space allowed me to seamlessly continue my work during my stay. The hosts were not only warm and hearted, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. One of the highlights was their menu recommendation for meals. In the morning, a healthy and delicious breakfast, complete with fresh juice, was delivered right to my door. The evening delights were a treat to look forward to as well, always delivered with a big smile. What truly amazed me was their dedication to making my stay memorable. They organized a guided tour to the peak of Mountain Vodno, which offered breathtaking views. And to top it all off, they ensured I made it to the airport without any hassle. In terms of professionalism and ease, this experience set a new standard for me. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. Property was cozy, warm, clear, and feels luke home office with special wiue on the mountains and the stars right from the working table but alsow trough the bed 🖇️
