Guest Reviews
- claire (10/5): - Nice clean comfortable stay
- Eileen (3/5): The worst holiday apartment we have ever had in over 40 years of holiday renting. - The only good part was the location - being near to family, which was the purpose of our visit. The way our complaints were handled. The property manager (Chanelle) was very abrasive and denied knowing that the cooker didn't work despite the electrician saying they knew about it 2 days before we arrived. This was eventually replaced. Only 1 large cooking pan and 2 big frying pans which could not be used on the tiny 2-ring hob at the same time. Eventually we were provided with 2 smaller pans. The hot water system was ancient and only gave a thin trickle of water in the kitchen. No TV remote control - when we pointed this out she virtually accused us of stealing it saying it was there before we came! The Android TV was not working so they eventually provided a new one which kept switching itself off. No drawers or shelves to put personal items. When we arrived there was a lot of very wet washing hanging in the wardrobes and in the bathroom and there were a lot of little things as well which took 5 days to sort out - we were only there for 10 days so half of our holiday was wasted. Not so stylish that they considered ironing the bedding which was very creased.
- Brian (4/5): Disappointing. Things were not as them seemed in the photos. - Outside city centre. Hard to find with check in details, front door was unlabelled and locked. Entrance via back door to apartment complex. bedroom window swinging wide open and unable to close, was cold and raining when we arrived. Clydebank not really a good area. Lots of things not quite right. Linen left in washing machine.
Apartment on second floor - no lift.
