- Chineese (8/5): GREAT location, good bones, great communication. - I love the location, close to EVERTHING! The home is spacious and has most basic provisions. The owner requires no shoes which wasn't listed (we always bring our own house shoes so it wasn't a big deal). The door to the patio was wide open upon arrival. The shower and tub in both bathrooms weren't cleaned properly ( visible built up dirt and soap scum). The walls are in need of fresh paint, the carpet had multiple stains and chairs (one upstairs and downstairs fabric had stains, and both bedroom ceiling fans were very dirty..There were only two pillows on each bed and the primarily bedroom king bed had a queen sized flat sheet and duvet only.
