• Katarina (10/5): - Ubytovanie je v skutočnosti ešte krajšie ako na obrázku. Problém boli vchodové dvere do nádvoria, veľmi ťažko sa otvárali.

• Jane (8/5): Comfy and clean. - Super comfy and clean we had a great sleep here. In a great location. Easy check in. Supermarket close 5 mins walk away. No toaster, no basic pepper, salt or a tea bag. No cereal bowls, No toiletries ie shampoo or conditioner. No token washing pod so you can do a load of washing. All these little things make so much difference and I assume is a fairly cheap offering to make your guests feel set up for the days they are staying.

• JOANNA (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja blisko dworca kolejowego, targu oraz sklepów. Ładny, przestronny i komfortowy apartament, , dwoma sypialniami i dwoma dobrze wyposażonymi łazienkami oraz kuchnią z wyposazeniem. Gospodarz komunikatywny i szybko reagujący na kontakt, a do tego pomocny i elastyczny. Ogólne wrazenie bardzo pozytywne. Niektóre elementy łazienki wymagają już rewitalizacji.

• Witold (8/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni bo udało nam się mnóstwo zobaczyć a apartament był bardzo wygodny. - doskonała lokalizacja przy dworcu Palermo Centrale - wszędzie blisko. Duży apartament, w którym jest duży stół i 6 wygodnych fotelików a oprócz tego jest spora część dzienna z telewizorem. Aby dostać się do mieszkania trzeba będąc pod domem zadzwonić do właściciela lub wysłać wiadomość i wtedy on otwiera zdalnie bramę wejściową. Wjeżdża się windą na 2 piętro i tam otwiera drzwi do przedpokoju przy pomocy kodu podanego przez właściciela. Przy drzwiach do apartamentu jest skrzyneczka na klucze do mieszkania i do bramy wejściowej, którą otwieramy drugim kodem - otwieramy drzwi do apartamentu i najmniejszym kluczykiem włączamy prąd w mieszkaniu. w apartamencie jest za mało talerzy i kubków dlatego trzeba często uruchamiać zmywarkę. Poza tym w jednej z dwóch łazienek obudowa prysznica jest nieszczelna i przy kąpieli trochę wody wycieka na podłogę łazienki, ale to są drobiazgi

• Beata (10/5): Było super nawet w deszczową pogodę - Świetna lokalizacja Bardzo duże przestronne mieszkanie czyściutko, wszystko przygotowane pod turystów. Nie mogliśmy dostać się do budynku
• Gyurík (10/5): - Úplne ideálne miesto pri hlavnej stanici. Krásny priestranný apartmán s dvoma spálňami a dvoma kúpeľňami. Všetko čisté. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola super a rýchla. Síce sme tu strávili iba dve noci, ale určite sme neboli naposledy. 10 minút peši od centra, 5 minút od tržnice. Ubytovanie bolo nad naše očakávania. Odporúčame 👍
• SOFIA (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο κ καθαρό με αρκετές.παροχές.Σε καλή τοποθεσία. Τα δυο μπάνια σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα.Μας άφησαν να κανουμε earky check in. Η πόρτα χωρίς κλείδωμα άνοιγε. Υπήρχε καφετιέρα αλλα όχι καφές. Στο μπάνιο η ντουζιέρα ήθελε σαφώς καλύτερο καθάρισμα . Οι πετσέτες δεν ηταν πολύ καλές με σημάδια κ λεκέδες. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη όχι ιδιαίτερα καλή.

• Michaela (8/5): - Byt je velice prostorný a v dobré lokalitě u nádraží. Informace o předání klíčů a vstupu do ubytování byla horší. Informace jsme se dozvěděli, až když jsme hostiteli začali psát první na telefon. Bylo by určitě lepší, aby hostitel psal informace jako první s předstihem, dostávalo nás to do nejistoty. Systém byl takový, že až jsme byly před domem, otevřel nám hlavní dveře na dálku, následně u dalších dveří před bytem byla úschovna klíčů. Sprchový kout měl velmi zanedbaný úklid, škoda. Jinak bylo vše moc hezké a čisté.

• Juan Ignacio (9/5): Our family had a nice stay and enjoyed our time at the apartment. - The apartment is in a period building, boasting high ceilings and has been recently renovated. Its very clean and it's true to the pictures in the add. The location is very central, with good access to some of Palermo's amenities and very close to the central train station. Although the location is central and immediate streets in decent conditions, it can get trashy a few blocks away.
• AM75 (9/5): Excellent appartement spacieux et confortable - Excellent logement. Grandes chambres, grand séjour et belle cuisine avec Nespresso! Lave-vaisselle et lave-linge intégrés A ne pas oublier l'installation des appli Palermo mobilité et L'application EasyPark pour payer le parking. Rien à dire sauf que le logement est En ZTL donc faut penser à installer l'application Palermo pour les billets et l'achat ZTL.. Mais ce n'est pas un inconvénient.

• Elisa (9/5): Great apartment - Large apartment, very original decor. Located in an old fashion elegant building. The kitchen was well equipped. 2 bathrooms. Conveniently located a couple of minutes away from the train station. The surroundings of the station didn’t feel as safe as other parts of Palermo. Perhaps just an impression.

• Annie (9/5): Lovely apartment but our stay would have been better if check-in info and general WiFi info etc had been supplied rather - As the other reviews have said, the apartment is beautiful and in a great location for the station. Beds very comfortable. The showers in both bathrooms and the kitchen sink weren’t cleaned very well (limescale on showers doors and around drain. Sink and drain were brown) Previous tenants toiletries still in one shower. Everywhere else on the apartment was clean.

The neighborhood was convienient, close to the Balaro Market and all the city tourist spots. We loved staying here. The shower in one of the baths was open at the end and water ended up every where, other than that it was perfect.

• Janice (9/5): Fabulous we will stay here again on our next visit to Palermo - Manfredi responded quickly when we arrived. There was a small issue when we arrived and it was handled and resolved quickly smoothly and easily.
• James (10/5): A very enjoyable stay - Casa Brezi is a very spacious modern apartment that is nicely furnished. The tiled wall adds local style and cheer to the unit’s great room. Beyond the interior, the unit is very well located. The train station is two minutes away by walking and the tourist sights are ten minutes. Manfredi provided for an easy check-in and was available to answer questions and provide assistance. Finally, with a supermarket a couple of blocks away, Casa Brezi checked all the boxes to earn a perfect score.

• Kevin (2/5): Very disappointing as apartment was very modern and could have been lovely - Location, good size, clean Check in should have been 2.00, we couldn’t get in until 4.00. Was told before checkin there was no hot water until 9.00 as it was broken, got fixed at 10.00 but had to wait to heat up so no showers until morning. Leaky cups so only one useable, told owner first morning expecting him to bring new ones but no replacement cups came for our four night stay

• Deborah (5/5): Good stay but would have been better if air con was working - Very spacious and well appointed The air con wasn’t working and when we tried to contact the host, he was not responding. Eventually he did and sent instructions, but when it was up and running, it was just blowing out warm air. It was too late to get it fixed so we went without. We paid a lot of money for this apartment and the lack of air con in mid August was inexcusable.
• Maria (10/5): Vary clean and spacious, newly refurbished - Very conveniently located, in the center and 5 min walk to train station but in a quiet street (also, good isolation windows). Extremely clean apartment and really spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it easier to share with friends. Really comfortable beds. Nicely decorated in modern style and it looks pretty new, recently renovated. The air conditioning was not working properly and it was a really hot July day, but the person in charge came to fix it when we called him. Apparently it was due to a problem with a fuse. It happened once again during our stay.
• Tomi (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect apartment, just as shown on the pictures. Very clean and stylish, close to the central station and Palermo's historic centre. The comunication with the owner was excellent. Definitely would recommend the apartment to everybody.
