- Torsten (3/5): Nie wieder! - Achtung! Dies war ein Fake-Inserat. Als ich an der Adresse ankam war das Haus in einem ziemlich schlechten Zustand. Ich habe die Telefonnummer angerufen die als Kontakt hinterlegt war. Dort sagte man mir man sei nicht zuständig dafür, hat mir aber eine andere Nummer gegeben. Glücklicherweise konnte man mir dort weiterhelfen und man hatte auch eine andere Wohnung zur Verfügung (???). Da bereits über meine Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde hat man mir gesagt man würde das intern regeln (???). Die Wohnung in der ich dann war war ok. Zwar auch schon recht abgewohnt aber letztendlich Glück gehabt. Was soll man sagen, Miethaie die einfach nur Häuser und Wohnungen vermieten um nur Geld zu verdienen aber nichts investieren in die Immobilie. Ich würde in Ljungaverk die Finger davon lassen. Es ist auch rein gar nichts an Infrastruktur dort, nur ein schlechter FastFood Laden.
