The place looked beautiful and clean, felt like home. I would recommend this to family, friends and work colleagues. The bedroom was a bit light, I do like a darker room to sleep in.

• Wananani (10/5): Perfect for me and I will back soon. - The location is the best, outside town and a very tranquil location. The venue is beautiful giving that comfort and peace of mind. I like the fact if gives a feeling of that home away from home, where you can have a little braai with family and friends. The sinks & bathroom mixers. If you are not informed, you would think there is no hot water. The mixers are the other way round. Other than that, all was good.

It’s just those little touches. I hope in future they can consider a door for the bathroom even if it’s those sliding doors, just for privacy.

From the moment you open your door until the moment you leave, there is a peaceful, welcoming feeling that makes you feel right at home. The gardens are absolutely picture-perfect – beautifully kept and a pleasure to wake up to. I have stayed over twice, and it has become my definite stop-over every time I visit Zeerust. Truly a gem!

Het huisje is super modern gestyled en afgewerkt. En dat voor die prijs! Een beetje gek dat de badkamer geen deur heeft. Fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van de algemene BBQ faciliteiten, het zou nog een mooie plus zijn als je ook iets van een elektrisch pitje en een paar pannen in het huisje hebt.

In the morning, we had cold showers because there was no hot water. We even checked out after 12pm because the receptionist kept on promising and promising for hot water but dololo

Not sure if the owners are on site at night. At around 11:30pm, a bunch of lowlife turned up at the chalet next door. From then until 05:30am they just ran riot, coming and going in multiple vehicles, slamming doors, shouting, throwing bags around, noise from bottles and just generally having no regard for anybody but themselves.

Maybe add another aircon or heater in the room and maybe extra blankets. They should also consider electric blanket for the winter. • Boipelo (5/5): It was a good stay, I would probably enjoy it more in summer. - The unit is cute and comfy, they offered yoghurt and some muesli. Some tea and rusks as well. The staff is friendly and very helpful I didn't like the fact that the only door in the unit is the entrance. No inside doors whatsoever even in the ensuite bathroom which is a huge inconvenience honestly. We also found a used empty shower bottle gel in the shower which begs the question of cleaning and a small black gecko on one of the dish cloths.
