• Ensar Selman (9/5): Güzel yeterli. - Konumu mahallesi iyi. Ev yeterli. Balkonu çok hoş. Kiralanabilir bir daire. İki oda var ancak bir ısıtıcı var. Çok soğuk değilse ortada çalıştırılıp tüm daire sıcak tutulabilir. Ancak hava soğuksa ve iki kişi ayrı yatacak ve oda kapıları kapanacaksa yetersiz. Dairede ufak tefek eskilikler var ama büyük sorun değil.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Check-in and check-out were super easy — just clear instructions on how to get and return the keys. No issues at all. Would definitely stay again!

• Tamás (6/5): Pleasant - The self check in and the owner and Manager attitude. Bathroom: The bathtub was leaking water everywhere and the sink was leaking. Another part of this topic, the apartment was not heated during the time. Unfortunately, the last few days have been very warm in Sofia, so the owner officially informed us that the house was turned off. So it's not the owner's fault, but it was very cold inside at night, below 20 degrees Celsius. There was air conditioning, but its power could only heat the small bedroom. The inner bedroom could be heated with an electric radiator.
• Stoyan (3/5): Poor - Instructions to get in were easy to follow. It was generally clean, there were fresh towels. We managed to park in front of the building. Communication with owner was good. 1. The heating in the apartment- pipes in every room, but not working. One small old heating radiator in the bedroom and one AC in the living room hidden behind some kind of moving door. 2. Bathroom - during and after a shower, there is a flood - water spills everywhere 3. Kitchen equipment - no forks, knifes, spoons, etc.; a coffee capsule machine without even one capsule 4. Bed and pillows are not really comfortable 5. Bed lights in the bedroom didn't work It looks much better on the photos than it really is. We would not visit it again for sure.

• Yana (7/5): Good value for the money. - The hosts were really nice. The apartment is a good value for the money. It was clean, warm, plenty of free parking spaces on the street. The furniture and amenities are a bit old, some renovations would be good.
