• Nico (7/5): Très bien pour un voyage d'affaire. - La situation à l'écart du village, l'immeuble est facile d'accès. Appartement assez vieux qui manque peut être d'équipement pour la cuisine.
• Michael (3/5): - Schöner Ort. Außenanlage ok. Dank des vielen Hundekots geben wir der Natur etwas zurück. Wie bekannt: die Anlage mit dem Grundriss eines Gefängnisses ist nur alt und nicht charmant. Weit weg vom Zentrum. Wohnung dunkel und kalt.Nachbarn mit lauten Gesprächen und lauten Hunden, die morgens stundenlang stören. In der Küche wollten wir nicht kochen, da nicht schön. Weit weg vom Ort. Von 2 Heizlüftern war einer verwendbar, und einer uralt aus den 80 ger Jahren. Nur eines von 2 Badezimmern wirklich benutzbar. Kontakt zur Vermieterin nur elektronisch. Leider war kein W Lan vorhanden. Die Vermieterin hatte aber den Trost, dass es bald installiert wird (für uns völlig uninteressant) und den Lösungsvorschlag, das eigene Datenvolumen zu nutzen (super. Was für eine gute Idee. Vielen Dank!!!) Mit nur einem Badezimmer und ohne WLan war die Wohnung anders als angegeben. Hat die Vermieterin einen Preisnachlass angeboten? Nein - aber sie hat uns während der Abreise mehrmals gestört, um uns immer wieder an die Kurtaxe zu erinnern. Das war ihr wichtig. Nicht per SMS oder Telefon sondern per Whatsapp- also auf Kosten unseres Datenvolumens...
• Camilla (9/5): - Veniamo a Pescasseroli da diversi decenni, a volte in albergo più spesso in fitto presso ville o appartamenti. Mai abbiamo avuto l' impressione che al conducente fosse a cuore il benessere degli ospiti, come dovrebbe essere sempre, considerando la sacralità dell' ospitalità, tanto più se dietro compenso. Con Casa Stepa abbiamo avuto questa percezione. L' appartamento è tenuto benissimo, non manca di niente, offre biancheria e coperte e perfino il cambio settimanale. La cucina è attrezzata in maniera conveniente, i letti sufficientemente comodi.La pulizia impeccabile. E la nostra ospite, Paola, sia pur da lontano, ha monitorato il nostro soggiorno, assicurandosi che non mancasse niente e che fossimo a nostro agio. Non resta che ringraziare e darsi un a- rivederci.
• Augusto (9/5): Al fresco - Residence immerso nel verde collegato al centro tramite navetta . L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutti gli accessori , contatto con l'HOST facile e sempre disponibile in caso di necessità . Nulla in particolare
