• Amy (10/5): Lovely apartment - we booked here as we had a family wedding in marlow. It was a perfect base for us It was lovely and clean with everything we needed whilst we stayed. The self check in instructions were very easy to follow and very detailed. The apartment did get quite warm but fans were provided and it definitely helped having a balcony of each of the bedrooms.
• Jan (9/5): Superb - The apartment was in a fabulous central location with secure parking. Well equipped comfortable beds. Very clean and well presented. Easy access to the town centre 2 minute walk away. Clear instructions on how to access the apartment were given on the morning of arrival. Nice balcony view. Secure building. Would definitely recommend .
• Zoe (9/5): A spotless apartment that was ideal for two couples. - The apartment was spotlessly clean. There were two bathrooms, which was great as we were staying as two couples and getting ready for a wedding. There was an ironing board. It was far too hot when we arrived and we couldn’t work out how to make it cooler, so had to sleep with the balcony door open. There was no milk in the fridge despite there being plenty of teabags and drinks making facilities, which was a little disappointing. The information pack was hidden away in a kitchen cupboard, not clearly visible on arrival. No full length mirrors. None at all in the bedrooms, only bathrooms.

• Biancaeglinton (5/5): Too hot and the stairs were a surprise - The apartment was clean and well presented. The location was great and really convenient for the train station and town centre. The apartment would benefit from air conditioning. It was uncomfortably hot on a mildly warm spring weekend (not even the height of summer). It was also not clear from the listing that the apartment is split over two floors, with the kitchen/living room upstairs. This was not ideal as we were staying with a toddler who needed supervision up and down the stairs and had a lot less space to wander around freely than we had anticipated. The listing says parking is available on-site and that you won't need to book, but it turns out you need a permit and only one is provided without the option to get another one, so if you have more than one car you will have to pay for parking elsewhere.

• Kelvin (7/5): Cold - The two bedroom - two bathroom setup was ideal for us. Separate kitchen/living area was also a bonus. Normally this would be an outstanding property. The location was great. Very close to the town centre and easy access to nearby villages, e.g. Marlow and Henley-on-Thames. Unfortunately the heating stopped working after our first day (we were there for four nights) and the temperature outside was below 0 at night. We notified Oliver but we were still unable to get the heating working.
