• Key (10/5): Absolutely the best stay in Osaka - 5 stars — amazing stay! We stayed at FDS Serene for 7 nights and it was amazing from start to finish. The rooms are so nice, super clean, and the amenities were great. The sectioned-off bedroom area was also a really appreciated addition and made the room feel much more comfortable and spacious. It’s super easy to find and enter, and the owners are incredibly nice, respond to messages very quickly, and are always super helpful. Also, the shower pressure is amazingggg. The location is so convenient as well — there’s a FamilyMart and Lawson nearby, Kaiyukan is only around a 5 minute walk away, and the railway station for the Osaka Metro Chuo Line is super close. You can get more or less anywhere easily, including Nara, Osaka city centre, and with one or so transfers you can also get to Kyoto, Umeda, and Arashiyama. The place is also incredibly quiet — I never heard noise from anyone during our stay — and we will definitely be staying here again.

• HIDEKI (4/5): 二度はない - 駅から近く、ユニバや海遊館へ行きたかったので交通便は良かった。 民泊の為、国外の方の使用も多く室内土足などの影響か絨毯は汚れが酷かった。ホコリも溜まっていて、清掃がきっちりされていない感じを受けました。 コスパを考えても、若干劣る。

• Stefani (10/5): A wonderful stay — comfortable, well-located, and easy to feel at home in. - This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first. The apartment is in a fantastic location and feels very comfortable and homey. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and everything is set up in a way that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful whenever needed, which makes the whole experience even smoother. I chose to book this place again because I really enjoyed my first stay, and it definitely lived up to it. I would absolutely stay here again in the future and will always try to book it when I’m in Osaka. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like — I had a great stay!

• Harriet (7/5): Nice and spacious for two adults and a baby, but a few things could be improved. - A good space with a baby. Washing machine was handy (no dryer though, or clothes horse). Nice to have a sofa in the room. Close to station, but not loads going on in this area. No tea towel or drying rack for plates. The headboard for the bed was loose as well. Not super clean.

• Kyra (9/5): Cozy Comfortable stay - The vibe of the room. It really had that cozy apartment vibe which I dearly love. A lot of the hotels or apartments we've booked were one toned or a singular color, so walking into this one was a blast. I loved how it was decorated, everything you could think of was there. Charger heads with the right sockets, different cables for every kind of port. Different channels of TV you could watch and for some reason I just really liked the sliding doors to cut off the bed from the rest of the apartment. It was cool! We had our own washing machine, with a detailed explanation of how it worked, both in Japanese as in English and it was easy to follow. The toilet seat heated up! I don’t think I've seen that before but it did! I also liked how it was separated from the shower, so we didn't have to wait on each other. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, were all present. You can reach Osaka station in about 30 min by train from there so that's also a huge plus. There are supermarkets close by as well. I'd argue that the only slight negative thing I could think of would be the shower pressure, but that's different for everybody. I found it only slightly too strong, but being able to freely change the temperature to what you want is awesome.

• Christin (10/5): - Das Apartment war gut mittels Metro erreichbar und von Osakako nur wenige Laufminuten entfernt. Vorher hatten wir uns bereits per Link mit unserem Pass registrieren können, sodass am Check In Tag alles gut geklappt hat. Der Check In an den Tablets war einfach erklärt (auf Englisch) das Apartment war sauber, es gab eine große Auswahl an Itineraries, ordentliches Geschirr und eine Waschmaschine mit Wäschekapseln. Das Bad war groß und alles elektronisch steuerbar, z.B. Warme Belüftung nach dem Duschen zum trocknen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall hier wieder buchen! Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass es si aussah, wie auf den Fotos, aber es war so. Achtung: wir haben das Personal nur kurz am Abreisetag gesehen, deswegen ist die Bewertung hier sicherlich schwierig, aber vorher über die Booking App gab es regelmäßig Updates zur Reise.

• Harry (4/5): Electrical Safety Issues! - The room looked like the picture, and check-in was simple. The plug behind the TV was not inside the wall and a MAJOR electrical hazard if I had groped behind there for a cable I could have electrocuted myself. The beds were uncomfortable, the headboard was not attached to the double bed and kept moving, the bed was on non-locking wheels and also kept moving. Overall not a great stay at all.

• MASAFUMI (1/5): 最悪、2度と利用しない。 - 電気ケトルだけ便利だった。 ・ケトル以外全て。 ロビーに入るにパスワード要求、部屋に入るにもパスワード要求、部屋パスワードは個人で記録を要求され、扉の建て付けは悪く、全ての扉が廊下側に開いて使い難い。 洗面脱衣所は、特に狭く脱いだ服を置く場所すら無いほどに狭い。 浴室も狭く、浴槽も狭い。（体育座りしないと入れない） 湯を張るに、リビングにあるリモコンで操作しないとお湯が出ない。 その割には、蛇口を捻らないとお湯が出せない。 温度のコントロールも、全てリモコンで適温を計るには、浴室とリビングを何度も往復しないと適温に出来ない不親切設計。 リビングのテーブルはガタ付きがあり、高さも低く、小さく極めて使い難い。 リビングにある、身支度用のガラスが清掃されて無かった。 リビングの壁掛けテレビの上も埃が積もっていた。 テレビは、ABEMA、Netflix、amazon Video、YouTubeなどが観れるが、過去の利用者のログイン状態が保持されたままだった。 それぞれ、別の利用者のものだった。 床は一部カーペットが敷いてあったが、扉付近は無くて冷たい。 座布団か無く、床に座る事は想定されてない。 エアコンか寝室にしか付いて無く、部屋を暖めるには、それなりの時間を要求される。 エアコンのリモコンは寝室の壁に備え付けられていて、リビングからだと見えない場所に設置されていて不便。 ベットは広いが、毛布は無く寒ければエアコンを使えと言わんばかりの仕様だった。 枕が柔らかく、低い物だった。 せめて、選べるくらいはして欲しい。 コンセントの挿し口は、相対的に使い難い位置にしか無い。 アメニティ類は、種類が無くコーヒースティック、紅茶ティーパックの2種しなく数も少なく、シュガーもマドラーも無い。 マグカップも２つしかない。 上の階の足音や生活音が聞こえる。 外の車の音も聞こえる。 これだけ不便なのに、値段だけは一丁前で最悪極まり無い。 2度と利用しない。

• NAKAJIMA (8/5): 最高でした - とっても綺麗で、テレビもサブスク繋げますし、調理器具もあり、掃除機やアイロンもあって、住みたい！って思うくらい快適でした！ 連泊するとなるとお風呂洗いの洗剤等が欲しかったです。 あと鏡の低さ的に地面に座るのは少し抵抗があり体勢が少し辛かったです。
• 英昭 (10/5): 自宅にいるような安心感でゆっくり休めました。また利用したいです。 - お部屋がきれいでした。ヘアアイロンも準備されていて便利でした。 洗濯洗剤やキッチンの調味料(オリーブオイル、塩、コショウ)などもあり助かりました。 チェックインの時、タブレットでの入力で戸惑いましたが、事前チェックインの案内もあったので、そちらで先にチェックインしておけば、もう少しスムーズに入れたかなと思いました。

• Rosewall (10/5): A home away from home! - The location was a very short walk around the corner from the train station we took from Osaka-Shin, and had a Family Mart right there for any last-minute needs! Very cute and comfortable accommodation with plenty of space for 3 people, and it had everything you needed as if it were your own apartment! 10/10 would reccommend!

• Wan-Xuan (10/5): 很喜歡，之後來大阪還想再來住！ - 房間跟照片一模一樣，甚至感覺照片還把房間拍小了，整體來說住起來非常舒適。 床頭後方有落地窗，外面是陽台，有放一雙陽台拖鞋但我沒有試著出去，從那個落地窗可以看到大阪港，黃昏時分很漂亮。住宿地點離大阪港站近，站外就有幾家便利商店，走路就可以到天保山購物中心、摩天輪、海遊館，如果不想待在喧囂的市區，這裡可以好好放鬆休息，但若想去市區，搭中央線地鐵到心齋橋只要換乘一次，大約20分鐘，也是很方便～～ 這次去的時候剛好天氣很冷，甚至還遇上了大阪難得的飄雪❄️，冷風會從門縫鑽進玄關，再到室內，即使開了暖氣，坐在沙發上還是會冷，是有點苦惱的小問題。

• Thomas (8/5): - It is a 2 minute walk to the closest train station, and a 10 minute walk to the Kaiyukan (Osaka aquarium). The facility is easy to sign in, and get into the room. It has a big TV, with so many streaming apps. It is very basic.

• Giovanni (8/5): - La posizione e' comoda per visitare l'acquario e la ruota panoramica di Osaka, non troppo distante dalla stazione principale e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata. Avremmo voluto usufruire anche del balcone in camera, ma ci siamo adeguati alle richieste dell'host. L'appartamento e' si' spazioso, ma manca un tavolo vero e proprio per dei pasti casalinghi, nonostante ci sia un angolo cottura piu' che adeguato.

• Hans Peter (8/5): Very nice property, good location, BUT poor communication on how to access the property. - The property was very well maintained and the rooms well appointed. The location was excellent for what I wanted which was easy access to the Osaka Expo. The communication between Booking.com, the Property Management and myself was very woefully poor. I was supposed to get an email with the property door entrance code and also the room door code. For some reason the email never reached me. I needed to go to the property website, find the contact details then call them directly. Luckily, they were able to verify my reservation and give me the codes over the phone. This was extremely inconvenient and troublesome, especially after a long exhausting flight. On investigation, I believe that the property does not have the actual email address of the guests so is totally dependent on Booking.com for this type of communication. In hindsight it is better to deal with the Property Directly.

• 梢 (5/5): もう少し安いと良い - 駅から近いこと。暗証番号で開くので、鍵を持ち歩かなくて良いところ。 水回り(特に風呂場と洗面台)の臭い、リビングにあるカーペットの湿気の臭いが気になった。クローゼットの中に髪の毛が落ちているなど、清潔感に欠けた。
• RIE (8/5): 快適！ - 万博に行くのには最適でした。同じ中央線の大阪港駅にあり、その二駅先が万博会場の東ゲート入り口夢洲駅でしたので良かったです。駅周辺にファミマとローソンがあり便利です。駅からも5分前後の距離で助かりました。お風呂に浴室乾燥が付いていて洗濯した物が翌日使えて良かったです。 余談ですが施設案内は4番出口をオススメされていますが、階段しかありません。重たいスーツケースの方は1番出口にエレベーターがあります。1番出口も4番出口も同じ大通りの斜向かいです。 他の方も載せてありますがタオルがボロボロ過ぎて、顔をふいたら糸クズが沢山つくほどでした。タオルを交換して下さるといいです。
• SEOYEAN (5/5): 청소만 잘 됐더라면.. - 위치 좋았습니다. 조용하고 아늑한 동네에 지하철 역도 가깝고 역 바로 앞에 편의점도 있어서 오며가며 들르기 편했어요. 건물 출입도 생각보다 쉬웠습니다. 바닥 청소가 안되어 있는지 머리카락이 꽤 있고 먼지가 쌓여있었습니다. 제가 직접 청소기를 돌리고 돌돌이도 했습니다. 저는 청결을 가장 중요시하는데 너무 찝찝했어요. 청소를 다시 해달라고 연락하고 싶었지만 라인을 사용하지 않아서 연락할 수 없었습니다. 정말 아쉬웠습니다.
