• Yauheni (10/5): - Great place to stay! It's a hidden gem in a private area. The houses contain all the necessary facilities and amenities. The views are stunning. There is a great zone between houses where you can spend time together, have a barbeque. The hosts are very kind and responsive. We will be glad to stay here again. Thank you!

• Anna (10/5): - Дом просто потрясающий! находится удаленно от дороги, нет шума, трафика машин, на территории всего два котеджа, хорошо обустроенная площадка с мангалом (есть дрова, росжиг, горелка и все необходимое, даже решетка для гриля новая и чистая была!) Я осталась в полном восторге, дом чистый, новый, весь ремонт аккуратный и стилизован под дерево. Бойлер исправно работал и его хватала на пару человек, на кухне красивая посуда, новые и чистые сковородки и кастрюли, есть даже соль и масло. В доме даже оказался небольшой камин электрический, было очень приятно с ним вечером поужинать. Очень удобный стол в комнате, который можно настроить под нужную высоту, это удобно для высоких людей. Кровать и диван были чистыми, удобными, пастельное белье даже выглядело отглаженным, я была в приятном удивлении! Вид с утра- умопомрачительный из окна Локация находится рядом с водопадами на гугл-карте, это очень удобно. Подьезд к дому хорошо сделан, мы смогли заехать даже на низкой машине в проливной дождь без проблем. Есть место, куда можно оставить машину. Для людей, работающих удаленно- интернет у нас работал превосходно, даже выходя из дома на территории, что большой плюс, тк я работал на любой лавочке и в ванной на улице) Отдельная любовь- это ванная на улице прямо в лесу! отвал бошки, тк ты лежишь а вокруг тебя только лес и шум реки внизу в ущелье. Это лучшее решение, чтобы отдохнуть от суеты города! Пока живем в Грузии приедем сюда еще и друзьям поделимся таким чудесным местом PS хозяева дома, встретили нас, все подробно рассказали и показали, а также подарили бутылку своего вина, которая была очень интересна и приятна по вкусу- в жару оценили подарок- приятная мелочь, а столько заботы о гостях нечего добавить, тк все было идеально
• Medi Mass (10/5): - Amazing place, just 45 minutes drive from Batumi. You will stay in the real nature with all the amenities (BBQ place etc., jacuzzi, big cottage, air conditioning, Smart TV, big sound system, fully equipped kitchen, dishes and everything you need for cooking, Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture etc.). Very nice host and very clean and quiet place. This is the best place for couples, families or alone with great views. 100% recommend. Nothing, all was perfect
• Sharapa (10/5): Отдых в горах - "Прекрасней гор могут быть только горы, на которых ещё не бывал". Спокойное уютное место с прекрасным видом на горы, на восход солнца. Можно подняться даже выше просто по дороге, проходящий неподалёку, и любоваться видами. Сами домики как хорошие отели. Отличный интернет. Заботливые хозяева.
• Britta (10/5): Romantische Hütte mit toller Ausstattung - Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Dort auf dem Balkon zu sitzen ist besser als Fernsehen. Leider hab ich bei der Buchung nicht aufgepasst und das Cottage hatte nicht die Open Air Badewanne, auf die ich mich nach der Radtour gefreut hatte. Also bei der Buchung aufpassen, wenn Sie darauf Wert legen! Ich stelle mir so ein Bad in dieser Landschaft traumhaft vor! Die Gastleute sind sehr lieb und haben uns mit Proviant ausgestattet.
• Роман (10/5): Для ценителей тишины и покоя - Это уютное место с невообразимой красоты природой. У нас был коттедж тот, что побольше, с джакузи на заднем дворе и гамаком. 10 из 10, вообще всё идеально. Дом светлый, уютный, чистый. Хозяева следят за тем, чтобы всё было хорошо. Есть мангал, дрова, место под большим зонтиком, где можно покушать шашлык, так что в любую погоду вы можете жарить мясо и наслаждаться видами на виноградники. Кстати вино прям с этого виноградника можно купить у хозяев. Я в первый раз так отдыхал, чтобы в месте отдыха пить вино, которое здесь же и производят. Если вам нужен трансфер, то просто напишите собственнику, они с радостью помогут. Место уникальное и расположено в уединённом уголке, такси не всегда есть возможность вызвать, поэтому очень помогает трансфер от хозяев. В плане удобств проживания всё необходимое есть: и горячая вода и кондиционер и все принадлежности для ванны, и wi-fi и телевизор, но если честно даже не включали ни разу, так как грех смотреть телевизор, когда в окне такая красота.
• Moaaz (10/5): اجمل مكان للاسترخاء - المكان ممتاز ونظيف والاطلالة رائعة: الكوخ يوجد بداخله كل ما تحتاج من مستلزمات للمطبخ والحمام والمناشف النظيفة. المكان مكيف وفيه تلفاز ذكي، بالاضافة للشيشة (ان كنت مدخن 😎) ومكان للباربكيو. الاطلالة : مطل على وادي وجبال وفيه خصوصية ، بعض الاكواخ تكون الاطلالة مكشوفة من قبل باقي المنازل المحيطة لكن هذا الكوخ فيه خصوصية عالية، لا يوجد ازعاج المكان هادىء جداً فقط صوت الطبيعة 😁. العائلة المضيفة : رائعة واكثر من رائعة يقدمون خدمات عديدة ويوجد سهولة بالتواصل معهم وسرعة في الرد، متعاونين جداً ويمكنهم اخذكم بجولات لكافة المناطقة المهمة في المنطقة، قضينا وقتاً ممتعاً جداً معهم واصبحنا اصدقاء ☺️ .

The location is peaceful and private, Waking up to birdsong and enjoying serene views from the balcony made each morning special. The host Asmat and her husband was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and all amenities were exactly as described. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or just a break from the busy world, Prime House Cottage is the perfect choice. It truly felt like a home away from home. • Аллира (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at this lovely chalet in Keda and absolutely loved it! The view of the mountains is stunning, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware, toiletries, and even two infrared heaters to keep us warm, which was very thoughtful. Inside, the chalet smelled amazing with the natural scent of wood, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was a big plus. My husband and I were very happy with our stay and are already planning to come back in the summer! Nothing. Everything is good

The property is super clean and has a fully equipped kitchen, so we had everything we needed. But honestly, the best part was the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and made our stay really special. They even gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard before we left. We'll definitely be back!

• Rory (8/5): Very good - Loved the location and the view from the cabin and a perfect little getaway in the rural Georgian countryside. The owners were especially lovely and provided us with local wine when we requested it for a reasonably price. Could have benefitted from a little more decoration inside as it felt a little minimal, but for the remote location this is not unexpected.
