• Nils (10/5): Overall perfect! - Everything was just amazing, the apartment, the area everything. We had some trouble finding/reaching the parking some days but that was because of a carnival mostly. I’d still recommend having a car because of all the nice areas around Maspalomas. Sound isolation could be better but not really a problem!

• monica (10/5): - L' appartamento è in un edificio di nome DANUBIO in posizione ottimale rispetto TUTTO...mare a 2 passi, così come la stazione degli autobus che permettono di girare tutta l' isola. Supermercati vicinissimi. Il DANUBIO è dotato di una piscina super pulita in cui giornalmente viene effettuata manutenzione di pulizia della stessa e dei lettini. Purtroppo la camera da letto dà nel retro, sotto cui si trova una rotonda con stradoni principali SUPER RUMOROSI ANCHE LA NOTTE E LA MATTINA PRESTO. Questo particolare è riportato in tutte le recensioni già pubblicate precedentemente. Per soggiorni lunghi come il mio di 40gg ..meglio chiedere che venga implementata l' attrezzatura da cucina veramente essenziale, ma ciò è possibile.

• David (8/5): Overall very good and would consider using again! - The apartment was clean and well equipped, we didn't meet the local host but the communication before arrival was good and we booked in via reception. Nice swimming pool which we used daily. Good location for beach walks, bars and restaurants etc. and two local supermarkets (SPAR and Cordillo) just along the Av. de Italia We had to find a parking place before we could check in and get access to the car park. This was fine but might be tricky in high season. Although the location was good for amenities etc. the two main roads to the rear of the property were very busy. The bedroom is on this side and there was quite a lot of traffic noise throughout our stay so sleep was disturbed.
• Marcel (8/5): very nice newly decorated apartment - accommodation was very nice and newly redecorated and looked fresh and crisp, was clean as well. noise from the motorway direct behind the building is quite present in the bedroom.
