- James Philip (10/5): Perfect short break - Perfect for what we needed, host checked in to see if we were ok and needed anything, really comfortable bed. Nothing
- Joanna (10/5): - Milk was provided. Mattress a bit soft on one side (but that is our preference, not bad mattress)

- Sonja (9/5): - Es war alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, es war ruhig, die Wohnung sauber.
- Lois (10/5): Saltdean - The location was brilliant and the accommodation provided everything I needed for my short stay. I enjoyed the coastal walk and had a delicious breakfast at the Whitecliffs Cafe. Good coastal bus service to Brighton. It was all good.
- Lynn (9/5): Saltdean bolthole. - Very handy location and parking available. Bus stops around the corner. Shops and local services nearby. Prompt service with minor repair to window lock. Sound insulation could be improved. Footfall very noticeable especially on stairs.

- Mudhar (7/5): Very cosy stay in a welcoming quiet place in Saltdean - The cosy feel, the small touches to make guests feel welcome, all the information needed already laid out. Not being able to put the heating on myself. Though it did come on later via some automatic means not visible to guests.
- Vicky (10/5): The hosts were lovely, very responsive. The place was modern, comfy and clean. My stay was great! -
- Rosemary (10/5): Perfect comfortable base for a weekend get away on the South Coast. - The property was perfect for our weekend stay. Comfortable bedroom, beautiful shower room and compact kitchen with all the equipment one needs.
Good WiFi connectivity and a file full of local information which we used to seek out a wonderful Pizza restaurant.
Located within a 10 mins walk to the sea front through a park.
As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed. There is nothing we disliked about the property.
- jozef (10/5): - Ticks all the boxes Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone
- James (8/5): - Accommodation was well fitted out for its size with everything you’d need for your stay. Little touches like having fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee was most welcome. The bed was very comfortable; local shops within walking distance and a welcome folder covers pertinent queries you might have. Would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Nice space for a couple.

- jim (10/5): Great location and friendly hosts. - Great location for Saltdean Lido and beach both of which are an easy walk away, as is the local pub/restaurant. Ample free street parking available. Bed was very comfy.
- Stephen (10/5): Lovely appartment very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. -
- Saskia (8/5): Mooie uitvalsbasis naar Brighton. - Lieve gastheer en gastvrouw. Het huisje is super schoon. Alles is aanwezig.
- Dean (10/5): Lovely, well equipped, comfortable stay - Really lovely location… short walk through a pleasant park to the sea and electric bikes then a lovely ride to Brighton. Property was really comfortable, memory foam mattress, feather pillows/duvet, nice hot, strong shower, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous smelling towels. Spotless.
- Steven (10/5): Excellent - Everything was as described and parking outside the property was easy Nothing
- Tim (8/5): great location, we had a nice weekend -
- Fay (10/5): Exceptional - Was lovely and clean and was very nice and comfortable, nice to have some milk in the fridge on arrival so we could have a cup of tea after a long journey and great Communication with the owner. Definitely would stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Steve (10/5): Perfect nothing more to say. - I have to say this is such an excellent property. Perfect location right next to bus stop, we got here early parked up outside and took the bus into Brighton, when we got back we collected the keys. I cannot fault this place at all it is perfect and we will be staying again. Added bonus is the kitchen, fully stocked everything you need and such a nice feeling to bake my own pain au chocolates in the morning with a fresh cup of tea :-) Host lives next door but you wouldn't know anyone was there, was really nice to bump into host and tell them how amazing this place is as we were leaving otherwise your left to relax with no interruptions. A very small suggestion would be to rotate the bed 90 degrees and put a larger wall mounted tv on the wall but that is a very small issue as tv was perfectly fine for our needs.
- Julia (10/5): Perfect location to explore the beach, the downs and the city - Very clean. Lovely space and close to everything
- Robert (10/5): Good location - Excellent facilities just as described clean good location and parking
- Alison (8/5): It was a perfect property for a short break. - It was clean, well-equipped, comfortable, secure and was well-located for our purposes. It was all great.
- Melvyn (9/5): Very well appointed property on outskirts of Brighton - All decor and appliances in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom looked new. Milk was in fridge, tea bags/coffee and breakfast cereal supplied. Easy to find off A259 near beach and short walk to bus stop. Only negative comment was a metal step outside front door could be awkward for some, especially returning to property after dark.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb -
- Melvin (7/5): Enjoyed our stay and showed our friend the apartment as he has a number of family that might use it. - The Location was excellent for seeing our friend who lives in Saltdean and also for the Lido where we had Sunday Lunch.
Owner supplied Milk and Tea Bags and Coffee. Also a small selection of cereals which we didn't use. The only thing we didn't like was the caravan steps that were at the front door. As my husband walks with a cane he found it hard to use the steps to step in. Suggest to the owners that they arrange for bigger or solid steps
- Emily (10/5): Loved staying here. Thank you. X - Was so lovely here. There was everything I could need and the owners were really helpful and kind. Nothing it was all perfect.
- Elaine (10/5): Lovely annexe - Lovely place to stay - quiet, very clean, bright and modern, very comfortable bed, lovely shower room, well-equipped kitchen, helpful and friendly owners. Very good location also - close to bus stop with buses to Brighton, lido and beach just a short walk.
- Andy (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (8/5): Very good - Location was ideal for our break N/a
- Graham (8/5): Comfortable bed. Nice shower room. - Near local bus stop with excellent services to Brighton and Eastbourne No comfortable chairs. Big step from front door, which was hard to negotiate with a broken arm
- Krishna (7/5): Good - Location, cleanliness, kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the necessities. There was rust on the tap in the bathroom.
- Hector (10/5): Saltdean air bnb - Good location. Just 10 minute walk to Saltdean beach and heated lido. The Annexe was neat, tidy, clean and well maintained, with modern decor. The rooms were equipped with all the facilities and items we needed for our comfort during our 3 night stay, including a range of streaming services on the TV. The host (Gordon) was very friendly and welcoming. The property was located within walking distance of pubs, cafes and other local amenities, and just 80 yards away from the bus stop of a route that took us to Brighton's seafront and town centre. Really enjoyed our stay Terrestrial channels were almost impossible to get on the TV. Reception was really poor. Picture either froze or cut out completely. Netflix, Amazon Prime and ITV X compensated for that, though.
- Angela (10/5): Just pefect - Our 3rd time staying in this property. Perfect location and it has everything we needed.
- Bradley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warren (10/5): Absolutely beautiful - would stay in this accommodation again and highly recommend it - The location was excellent
The self-contained property was fitted out to a high standard and the hosts had thought of (almost) everything
The fittings were a high spec
Teas and coffees provided and high quality
Bedlinen and towels provided and high quality Top shelf of storage hadn't been dusted so clothes stored up there got covered in dust
No plug socket near a mirror so difficult to blow dry hair
- Jane (10/5): Highly Recommended - This property is such a great find, it's extremely clean and comfortable, it has it's own kitchen and a lovely shower room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, there is plenty of parking and it is very quiet. An added bonus is that the number 27 bus stops almost outside and takes you down to the coast road and into Brighton so great as a base for exploring. All boxes ticked :) Nothing, it was all great.
- Susan (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, location perfect for Brighton - Well equipped kitchen and great shower Dining chairs not very comfortable considering no other seating
- Hello (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, bright, felt very homely.
Lovely shower room, modern kitchen.
We used public transport which had a bus stop 50 metres away.
It was an ideal base to use to visit attractions in the area. Nothing negative to say
- Adrian (8/5): Very good -
- Miranda (9/5): Lovely accommodation, hosts great, very clean. - Th location was great, excellent hosts and accommodation very clean. Milk and basic coffee and tea provided which was a bonus. Parking on street OK. Shower room excellent. The bed was really uncomfortable for us and that is the only negative.
- Suzanne (7/5): Great Space - The modern sleek lines. Very well thought out. The mattress could perhaps do with an upgrade, I felt that it rolled to the middle.
- Faye (10/5): Excellent -
- Barrie (9/5): Superb -
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment. Great location for DFDS and breaking up a long journey. Also a very short journey from Brighton so lots of places to visit. Saltdean Lido is very close - I was sad not to visit. Everything you need to be comfortable! Nothing.
- Paul (10/5): I highly recommend this property, we will use again. - Lovely annexe. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Lovely shower room and the whole place was spotless. Right next to a bus stop for easy access to Brighton (one bus trips).
- Sam (9/5): Superb - Great little place with excellent decor For us the bed was very soft and the pillows uncomfortable. However, we have a firm mattress and pillows. So this is unique to us.
- Eleanor (8/5): Very good - Convenientlocation for ferry to France. Good kitchen and bathroom. Clean, comfortable bed and reasonably well-equipped for short stay. Dining table in bedroom a little cramped. Bedroom overlooked from road.
- Kathleen (10/5): Very good and would return. - Clean comfortable welcoming
- Susan (10/5): A great find. Really stylish, well appointed and spotlessly clean. -
- Sheena (9/5): Superb -

- Angela (10/5): Great location and superb Accommodation - Loved the self contained Annex, totally suited our needs, so clean and homely even had milk in the fridge , tea and coffee too. The location was perfect for coastal walks and a bus ride to Brighton 20mins away.
- Roadrunner1948 (10/5): Savored our time in Saltdean - An amazing stay in Saltdean! Exceeded our expectations for comfort, location and care provided by our hosts. Great recommendations for great food and places to enjoy in the area. Makes us want to return to Saltdean soon. That we only booked 1 night. We need to come back.
- Zoe (10/5): fabulous day will be back. Love it - very welcoming. we felt comfortable and facilities were great. bus service just on the door step lots to do . it felt clean welcoming.
- Ali (10/5): lovely self-contained unit with good kitchen facilities. - Clean, comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and with some nice touches (such as a cafetière and other bits and bobs) to make the experience nicer. Within easy reach of Brighton and within walking distance to the sea.
- Clare (9/5): Superb - A great location with lots of free parking (we parked across the road to stay off the hill!) and right next to a regular 20 minute bus to Brighton. Well-decorated and peaceful. Nothing - it was great.

- Lori (10/5): It was a great getaway, the location was perfect. The accomodation was lovely and cosy, great staff. - Cosy, had everything we needed. n/a
- Sian (6/5): Good location, some improvements needed - Good location, nice kitchen and bathroom. Owner very easy to contact, also gave good local info. Decent price. Not very soundproof, could hear owner's children very loudly at times though luckily not constant. First lightswitch is really far from the front door for when you come back after dark! No control of heating in the annexe that we saw and normal TV channels didn't work and digital channels were limited as wifi kept dropping out.
- Rhiannon (8/5): Very nice - Kitchen
Bed comfy
Bathroom
Host was very nice No heating switch located in flat
Can hear next door
Smoke alarm flashing at night in bedroom
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Gabbitas (8/5): We were there only overnight and had an early departure the following morning. - The whole place demonstrated the thought and care that had gone into the presentation of the annex. We wish our hosts all the best for the future. The only thing that could have aided us as elderly visitors would be a step outside the front door.
- Ann (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (10/5): Fantastic. Totally recommended. - Exceptional property. Great location. Friendly hosts. 5 stars!!!! WiFi was intermittent but this wasn't a big deal.
