Carling (7/5): We enjoyed ourselves and the apartment has potential. - WE liked the way Stefano met us and showed us where to park and how to get into the flat. The flat has a beautiful brick ceiling. Hosts were quick to respond to problem over the kettle and coffee maker. The sofa was the most comfortable ever! We enjoyed the life in Oristano...the Latin American fiesta and watching tennis in the local bar. Sadly Senner lost... The kettle initially didn't work and the Italian coffee maker never did ! I didn't like the broken shower walls in the first bathroom and the lack of shutters; it was obvious there had been shutters but they had not been replaced. Although the hosts were friendly and helpful, the lack of coffee/tea etc meant that the apartment was not welcoming in itself. It became apparent that our hosts were managing other accommodation, understandable of course, but it does make guests feel part of a rather impersonal system.
