• Heidi (9/5): Great and comfy stay near the centre - Communication with the host was great and the person who handed over our keys was super friendly. The flat was quite large and had everything we needed and more. The location is not far away from the centre (train station and Bullring). Only issue was that my mum, who was staying there with me and my husband, has limited mobility and without a car the walking to the train station and centre was a bit of a stretch for her. Absolutely fine to walk though for me and my husband.

Too many key fobs for entry exit and on exit had to move the car and leave it to return keys and fobs Only 1 towel per person . Made washing hair impossible No bath plug - highlighted to owners but no replacement offered therefore ruined my night in
• Mel (8/5): Great location with parking perfect for a short stay. - The location was excellent - it was right in the centre of Birmingham, easy walk out to shops & restaurants while being relatively quiet at night. The bedrooms were big enough (small double with wardrobe & 1 bedside table + a twin separated by a bedside table with a large wardrobe) and the beds were really comfortable. There were 0% beers in the fridge, oil, spices & condiments + plenty of toilet rolls & some toiletries for use and a towel per person + a hand towel for the bathroom. The sofa was uncomfortable and it wasn’t easy for 4 people to sit & watch the TV - replacing the uncomfortable sofa with a corner arrangement to provide more seating would be great. There was plenty of hot water but we couldn’t get the shower to run hot.
• mark (4/5): Wouldn’t return - Very handy location The apartment had large amounts of mould around all 3 external windows. This was ‘cleaned’ upon request but still found it unhygienic. Beds not very comfortable.

Patul matrimonial putin cam mic dar foarte comod; a fost o sedere placuta si vom reveni cu drag cat mai curand. pentru noi ar fi fost mai usor daca ar fi fost self check in, intrucat nu am fi depins asa mult de o ora prestabilita.
• Erika (8/5): - The location was good but there was a lot of noise during the Night which made sleeping difficult The information given to the us about where to leave the keys where were confused, some of the duvets were extremely cold which ,ade the beds a bit uncomfy

• Tara (3/5): Unsatisfactory - The location was great, walking distance to the centre. Both the girl who showed us around the property and the lad who came to reset the electricity were both lovely The key fob from the car park to the property didn’t work so we had to keep walking all the way around which was really annoying. The heating didn’t work in the main part of the property, which at this time of year made it very cold and not a great experience when coming in from a day shopping and doing the Christmas markets. The electric tripped and we weren’t able to reset it as it was in a locked cupboard or go out as we’d all had showers and couldn’t dry our hair to go out, when the lad got there to reset the electric it continuously repeated tripping, we eventually didn’t use any sockets in the kitchen which then stopped the issue but ment we couldn’t even make breakfast before going out. And the property needed cleaning, it didn’t look like it had been hoovered properly in a long time. There was a build up of mould around every window.
• Ormston (7/5): Great location, good price. - Location Needs a couple of extra comfy lounge chairs, sofa bed isn’t useable, black mould in and around windows and in carpet
• Norma (8/5): - Aparrmment was clean and comfortable . Having secure , underground parking was great , especially in that area of Birmingham . It was difficult to find access to car park at first ( could have been my sat nav) . Communication wasn't the greatest , either before or query during our stay . However , when we did speak to agent , they were friendly .

• Gill (8/5): Great location. Easy to access. Great communication. - Location was excellent. In walking distance of the centre and minutes away from theatres we visited. Carpets didnt seem too clean. Needs a mirror on wall in bedroom.

• David (7/5): Nice stay, good service, would come back. - The property and service were very good. The flat was clean, sufficiently spacious, and I liked that the kitchen was usable, with condiments, washing up stuff, and even an oven glove/tea towel so we could use the oven. There was no hot water for the first 24 hours of my stay. Getting two kids washed in cold water was a challenge. The team got this fixed for the second night. If there had been hot water throughout, I would have given this a higher rating. This was my only complaint.

• Victor (8/5): Clean, comfortable and great location - The flat is great for a stay in Birmingham, near everything and easy to access. Clean and comfortable. Just one key for a flat that 4 people could possibly sleep can be difficult to manage.
• Abby (9/5): Superb - Very responsive hosts, who were on time when checking in. Lovely homely feel to the apartment in a great location. Only minor negative was the shower wasn't hot, more luke-warm. But this wouldn't stop me booking again, I'd definitely return.
• Louise (10/5): Pleasant stay! - Brilliant location for the O2 academy and the centre of Birmingham. The apartment and free car park were very safe. Hosts were very friendly and very responsive. We had everything we needed and lots of room. Very minor things but couldn't get the grill to work in the oven and the sofa was not very comfortable to sit and chill.
• Tim (9/5): Great 2 bedroom flat - Super location with secure parking. Quiet. Food shop close by. Nothing. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
• Joanne (8/5): Great location and very good value for money - Great location, easy check in and check out. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Free WiFi and controllable heating. The furnishings were getting tired and the beds not that comfy. We also couldn’t get the shower above Luke warm even though there was plenty of hot water from the taps.
• Emma (6/5): Generally a nice homely place to stay, was let down by the no hot water in the shower and uncomfortable double bed. - Location was perfect, key holder was lovely too. All amenities you could need. Every shower was cold and the double bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

• Joseph (9/5): A more private way to attend business congresses! - Well situated modern apartment in a "quietish" part of the city. Had everything we needed. All the amenities were easy to use or to work out. Everything was fine.

The carpets had stains on in various places, furniture was worn to the point it was threadbare, window in living room unsafe with small children as no key to lock, unnecessary signs everyone about not vaping which didn’t make it feel very welcoming and mould around the windows. We left after 1 night and booked into a hotel as the standard was in no way up to what people should pay for, or that was advertised.
• Christopher (8/5): Fantastic location, clean and pleasant apartment with off street secure parking place - Location is really good. Secure off street parking, good facilities, Key pick up clunky. Arrived when I said I would, waited 20mins in a difficult parking position waiting. System not great. This is however minor. Sofa was not good for sitting in. Table could have been bigger for four people

• Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, underground carpark. Spacious flat with good size bedrooms and living room. Clean and had all the necessities like iron, fan, hair dryer and iron board. Could do with a couple more towels and one bed did not have a bedsheet.

• Dana (10/5): Great apartment in the middle of Birmingham - Excellent location. Close to everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station/mall. Right next to The Mailbox and a Tesco. Super easy check in and out. Quiet and relaxing. WIFI was fast and easy to connect to. Host replied to messages almost immediately. There was coffee, tea, creamer, and plenty of toilet paper! First time that has happened. For less than the price of other not so fancy hotels. Can't complain about anything.

No shaving point in bathroom and no mirror near socket in double bedroom. No television (not a problem for us but maybe for others?) None of these points spoiled the stay which we much enjoyed.

The lack of TV or any audio visual system. I understand that this is not included in the amenities list. So read the small print people In the end we didn't need it as much but the absence of it when we did, was jaring.
