• Gabriele (9/5): - Sehr gemütliche Wohnung im Zentrum. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach herrlich. Sehr ordentlich und sauber
• Johann (7/5): - Lage Zentral - Wohnung zwar auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt aber geräumig. Das Bad und insbesondere die Dusche sind bereits sehr in die Jahre gekommen

• Guest (1/5): Sporco e scomodo - Positiva la posizione al centro del borgo e il check-in L’appartamento era indiscutibilmente e inequivocabilmente sporco, al punto che non ho potuto fare la doccia o usufruire del bagno per quanti capelli in giro c’erano. Il proprietario dopo aver visionato le foto che ho inviato si è scusato ma non ho ricevuto nessuna forma di rimborso, neanche parziale, né da parte sua né da parte di Booking, il che mi sembra davvero assurdo perché non può essere il cliente finale a dover pagare il disservizio. Last but not least: l’appartamento non ha condizionatore, è molto caldo d’estate e aprire le finestre non serve a nulla perché per com’è fatta la casa non c’è un ricircolo d’aria (c’è una ventola a soffitto che è l’unico elemento per mitigare questo disagio). Dormire con le finestre aperte significa essere svegliati da qualsiasi rumore proveniente dal borgo che giustamente ha le vie molto strette (e io ho il sonno pesante). L’esperienza è stata totalmente da non ripetersi e mi sento di sconsigliare fortemente la struttura. Se non si trova da dormire a Fara in Sabina conviene andare a dormire nei comuni limitrofi.
• tiribocchi (10/5): - Casa molto carina, piccola ma essenziale. Cucina attrezzata e biancheria da bagno e da letto molto pulita. Cuscini in quantità, stoviglieria giusta. Proprietario molto disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'automobile e ci ha aiutate, molto gentile ed educato La casa si trova nella parte antica non si arriva con la macchina ma è veramente poco il pezzo da fare a piedi

• Peter (10/5): The stay was more than I expected, in a clean, warm house for 2 persons, in a spectacular setting. - Location was spectacular: in a small town of some 300 inhabitants with a phenomenal view over the Tiber valley, from a top of 500m. Tiber can be seen. And the terrace on the top of the Pink House is easy reachable and a great point to relax after a good day's walk or in the morning for a good coffee to start the day. Heating is organised easy and well in all chambers. Warm water for 2 long showers. Kitchen is well equipped. And great extra benefit of a breakfast. And not to forget a great drive by the son of the landlady, to the train in Fara Sabina train station at some 12km. Nothing.
