• Veronika (8/5): Pár napos brüsszeli úthoz kiváló szállás a központ közelében. - Kiváló helyen volt, pár perc sétára a központtól, arab pékség, bolt, villamos megállók a közelben. Kényelmes, rendezett, hálószoba nagyon csendes. A tulaj korrekt, minden információ érthető volt. A törölközők nagyon használtak voltak és alaposabb takarítás kellene. A mosogatógéphez nem találtunk tablettát/mosogató szert.
• Martina (6/5): - Great location The apartment is not comfortable for five people. We were a group of five and couldn’t sleep comfortably. There is one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed that is supposed to fit two people, but in reality it is only comfortable for one. It’s a shame because we ended up having to sleep uncomfortably the whole stay.

• Iryna (7/5): - The location is very good, within walking distance of the city center. The apartment has a big bathroom and a comfortable bed, which made the stay generally ok. However, the apartment could benefit from better cleanliness, especially in the kitchen. There were not enough dishes provided for comfortable use, and overall the apartment would benefit from renovation. As the apartment is located on the ground floor, it was not possible to open the windows or window shades comfortably, as people could easily look inside. Additionally, there were no instructions regarding waste disposal, so we had to use the neighbors’ waste containers, which was inconvenient. The kitchen furniture was in poor condition — dusty and sticky, which made it unpleasant to use. The entrance door was also difficult to open, which caused some inconvenience during the stay.

• VICENTE (2/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación? Los colchones muy malos, y no tenían ningún tipo de Amenity para el baño. El dueño tampoco se preocupó en informarme dónde tenía que dejar las llaves yo le ponía mensajes que no me respondía o me los respondía muy tarde
• MAITE (8/5): - Apartamento.muy amplio y comodo, a 10.minutos andando del centro. La boca del metro queda a 30 metros y al lado del apartamento hay supermecado y panaderia. En la cocina falta menaje, por ejemplo unas tijeras de cocina y un microondas.

The place is clean, kitchen is complete. with washing machine (no dryer), hangers were provided but no clothes line to use, there's laundromat across the street.

• Rubikha (8/5): - Spazi ampi, check-in e checkout comodi, velocità nelle risposte da parte dell'host, struttura pulita Avevamo prenotato per 5 (su un'appartamento che da disponibilità fino a 6 persone) ma uno dei letti "doppi" non era adatto per due persone adulte (forse due bambini). Gli host sono stati veloci e disponibili a trovare una soluzione e a provvedere a dare ulteriori lenzuola. Tuttavia, la soluzione temporanea non era un letto adeguato (cuscini posati a terra), considerando appunto che avevamo pagato per 5 letti. Ripeto, ottima disponibilità degli host ma la prenotazione non rispecchiava la disponibilità dei letti. Per il resto, comunicazione e pulizia molto buono.

• Cenk (9/5): I would like to visit again - Perfect location , it is close to city centre, you can easly walk. High ceiling gives nice feeling. There is enough space and stuff at kitchen Nice bath. . . Finding parking lot is difficult.

• Sara (10/5): I would kindly recommend this property. It is very modern and clean, great location,but up to4adults - It has great location, it is very modern and clean. The sTaff was very helpful and it was easy to find. I liked everything about South Cosy Residence, except the fact that it is not suitable for more than 4 persons. Ig has only 3 beds from which 1 double bed and 2 single beds so it wasn’t very comfortable for 5 adults.
