Monette (4/5): Improving services, building customer loyalty - Location. Rack to hang wet clothes. One staff was courteous (Ian) and apologizes when guests are inconvenieced or expectations not met. - no staff nor signages where to go upon entry in the resort - guests need to look for them 100 mtrs from entrance - staff was hesitant to turn on ac in our rooms 15 min before check in - ac is noisy, bidet defective, floor in rooms seemed not cleaned properly (upon our check in). I had to borrow broom to sweep sands on the floor. - toilet bowl in room 8 is not working/flushing - nobody checks screaming kids in the pool 11pm onwards. Other guests were disturbed. - i think the place is understaffed
Erico (8/5): Elmarie Beach resort - the place to be in San Fabian - Great hotel, amazingly friendly staff. The lady chef who cooked our dinner is a magician... She produced some of the most tastiest, most honest Filipino home cooking I've had anywhere in the country...or the world. Bedroom floor was a bit gritty and could have used a better mop/vacuum, but the issue is very minor and probably a one-off. Highly recommended hotel

Sam (4/5): Stay if you want - I liked not being offered a beer. I liked being told what to do or where I should purchase my beverages even though the staff didn't ask if I wanted food or beverages. I liked not knowing where the registration was located. I liked waiting an hour and more in the heat before we were checked in and given keys. I liked paying for 3 rooms and was told there was only 2 rooms for me, which was resolved but took another hour. Rooms are ok and location to the beach is great. Rooms have a huge amount of dead mosquitoes. Pool is dirty. Oh staff is unavailable at our check in. They didn't even approach to tell us where reception is located. My wife was asking several times to no avail. We waited almost 2 hours before resolving our booking situation. The staff is only in the kitchen on their phones and chit chatting, my wife had to go in there to find out what our situation was. Sat at restaurant while waiting, wasn't even offered water or anything, no staffs even ask if we wanted to order, so I buy beer from the sari sari store...then all of a sudden the staffs tell me I can't buy beer or soft drinks there, but nobody offered me restaurant service. Completely unfortunate and uncalled for.

Chris (8/5): Perfect beach views - View is absolutely beautiful. Facilities and rooms are spot on exactly like advertised. Staff every friendly and helpful during our stay. Right on the beach couldn't ask for anything else Nothing
Tony (1/5): Bad - The accommodation was not what I expected i would not recommend this place to anyone i would not call it a hotel and they overcharged for a very small room even though it was very clean. I would not go back again 4 500k too much for that room 😒
David (2/5): Disappointed - Staff was very nice Breakfast was cold every morning, had to order night before. Room was tiny said it was three person room maybe if you were five foot. Shower drained slow and bathroom was tiny. When you took a shower whole bathroom got flooded.

Mazey (10/5): 11 days - A very good experience. The best resort in San Fabian. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The food is great!!!
Erik (3/5): Not good and one of the worst place we been to - Good beach. The staff wasn’t there at our arrival. We arrived in a Monday . We and the tricycle driver have to search but was all closed and dark. Have to msg the manager and she didn’t have any booking. Eventually some guy showed up. Just us as guests coz it’s a weekend place. So poor service and have to look for those two guys that was the employees. No information about their so call restaurants open hours. So one evening we sat there 7:45 pm but it was closed. Eventually we find the guy and he said they close 6 pm. Msg the manager and she said it’s open 7-8. We had do go to be hungry that night coz it’s far to go somewhere 😅 The pool is was dirty so couldn’t even see the bottom of it . No fridge in the room and we couldn’t buy bottled water to. Wednesday a lady arrived and it start to get better coz she work part time . They served me a toasted bread but it’s like not toasted it’s cold and very flappy instead toasted bread , and staff are not approachable really., if we need to buy our needs like water or beers , they’re not there and we need to find them 😅 they are just leave us even we are eating in their in restaurant 😏 . So disappointed here never comeback and not recommendable .
