• Asia (8/5): - La posizione é il punto forte dell’appartamento, in un minuto a piedi si è in centro storico. Check in anticipato che ci ha fatto molto comodo o comunque possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito. Fuori c’é un tavolino ed è molto carino mangiare lì, ma è una via piuttosto trafficata. Appartamento un po’ da rinnovare, ma se non avete grandi pretese per l’arredo va più che bene. L’unica nota negativa è la mancata pulizia del pavimento quando siamo arrivati, era proprio sporco abbiamo dovuto ripulirlo. Il resto era ok, io comunque lo consiglierei

• David (4/5): Disappointing - No much We could not find the property! We only had the name of the apartment and it was so similar to the name of another property in the old town that Google Maps kept sending us there.it was all very frustrating and the host was aware that there was a problem with people being directed to the other property but didn’t warn us. The kitchen supplies were pitiful. Pots and pans inadequate. I could go on and on, but I’ll end it by saying we would never stay there again
• Pat (6/5): Pleasant - Location and outdoor comfort. Lack of communication. Did not know how to treat rubbish and waste. Leaflet available but language was an issue. Could have done with extra sheets for midweek change.
• Gabriella (7/5): We had a lovely time in Monopoli . The apartment is in a great location near the restaurants the Be - Location was great. More advanced notice in sending payment and document details ie the day before travelling would have been more convenient rather than the day you travel . An umbrella for shade when we are sitting outside . Extra cutlery as there was only one teaspoon .

• Marlen (7/5): Good - Location near centre, quick walk to station, old town and beach. Check in via key box Washing maschine and clothes horse Host did not answer question. The apartment needs some maintenance care and a few touches to make it more welcoming and looked after

• Lars (5/5): One person was very, very helpful, she works in the nearby restaurant where check in takes place. If it had et been for - The area of the place was central and close to everything. The room was well equipped. - when dialling to the landlord to check in, an Italian answered he had nothing to do with the place and hung up. First when writing Booking.com we got an answer - we had booked a place with three beds as we are two friends travelling together. However, when asking for an extra set of bedsheets we were told we had to wait until the day after to get it - and to an additional price of EUR 20. First when complaining about the bad service, it was delivered for free - but on the following day - the air on didn’t work but got fixed while there - The toilet seat was broken. It was not fixed properly and the next customer will slide on the toilet floor soon.
• Richard (10/5): Wonderful stay - The location of this apartment couldn't be better. Around the corner from the beach and all restaurants in the old town. Monopoli is a wonderful place. The apartment is great and Marisa looked after us very well.
