Please noted as follows : 1) I booked Hotel 2) But The PROPERTY never gave me ROOM . 3) A biz traveller does not hv time to listen NON-SENSE excuse by PROPERTY . 4) The PROPERTY told they are OVER -BOOKED , WHEN i reached PROPERTY at 8 PM 5) Is it not the responsibility of BOOKING.COM to receive the COMPLAINT ,while the GUEST is standing at PROPERTY? 6) BOOKING.COM must come to RESCUE of the TRAVELLER !! 7) BUT , it is too bad an experiance , that no support from the BOOKING.COM !! Very bad Experience ... TRAVELLER must not book hotel , where the BOOKING.COM DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY and PUT THE TRAVELLER AT THE MERCY of the PROPERTY / HOTEL !!

To book the place they dont require a payment or card details, only pay on arrival, but as soon as you do the booking, they start to send a lot of message by Bots, asking for down payment to random and different website. The direction provided is different then the one in Google Maps. Cancelation was free of charge up to a few hours before check-in. I canceled the day before, no answer, no answer to phone call neither...

• Nabil (1/5): Best avoided! - Perhaps their staff is the only saving grace. Too many things to name. The rooms are small, dated and uncomfortable. Power would trip if the geyser is turned on. They charged extra for a child’s bedding per night. The credit card machine doesn’t work, they accept cash or gpay only. The location is a complete rip off.. no uber wants to go here. It’s not accurate as shown in the listing and it’s very far away from the city.

• Gitesh (6/5): It was good stay. For 1 or 2 days stay is fine with this property. - It was nearby the airport so it was easy for me to reach airport in 10 min. They should improve the cleanliness in common areas.
• Kishan (2/5): Pathetic Stay - The rooms were newly done but they were dirty and not kept clean. Below is what I faced: 1. For the 1st room assigned, the AC was dysfunctional and barely working. 2. They then changed the room and the situation was no different. 3. While I was settling in my room, the light went off, probably the MCB tripped but I wasn’t expected that. 4. So they changed the room again and took me to a lower floor where the AC was as good as non existent. So I came back to my former room where I was setting down. 5. When I checked the washroom, there was no water supply. Had to wait 30 mins before I could even get water in the tap. Same was the case in the middle of the night but couldn’t tell anyone so did not use the washroom then. 6. In the morning as well, the water supply feeble and if at all you use geyser/hot water, again it was non existent. They should try and maintain some basic amenities at least, forget a great experience/extra amenities.

The check-in process was a nightmare, involving photos sent to the manager of passport details plus one of me; couldn't understand the reason. Then the whole photocopy of the passport took ages. Breakfast was weird; food fine, but it was delivered to the room up to an hour after it was booked for. Sometimes they even got the order right!

Booking was for 2 adults and one 11 year child I had a email confirmation but the guy dint accept it, it was 2 am and I had no option.. the room was stinking, n the walls had all water clog marks.. the washroom was stinking no toileteiries.. breakfast was included in the stay however I was served cold poha, upma idli n tea which was ice cold over all minus rating

• David (1/5): I was not able to stay at this property as a foreigner - This property DOES NOT accept foreign guests. I have no idea why I was able to book this hotel as a non-Indian national. This should be shown on the site but was NOT when I booked it. It took my UBER driver over 30 minutes to find the property. From the outside it was very shabby. I was NOT allowed to enter the property as a foreigner. I have no idea why this was not highlighted in the description and how I was allowed to book the property. I was left without a hotel room at 1.00am and spent nearly 2 hours finding a hotel that had a room due to a large medical conference meaning most hotels in the area were full. Not happy BOOKING.COM especially as I was unable to contact customer service or obtain ANY support.
