• Shirley (8/5): Lovely, comfortable apartment with lovely garden and useable outside space - Lovely property/good location, nice views/very close to the sea and the walking/cycle path to Weymouth or Portland View of Portland partially blocked by neighbours garden, decking/outside/table and sun loungers would benefit from refresh but still comfortable
• Janene (10/5): Amazing find in a super spot to explore the Jurassic coast. - Little Gem is perfectly located for exploring Weymouth & Portland and lots more beyond. A super comfortable property with all facilities on site and parking it really is a gem of a find. The outdoor decking and garden are perfect if you’re treated to good weather as we were as it’s a superb spot to enjoy the views of Portland harbour.
• Mary (8/5): Fantastic situation for a restful and very comfortable break - Very comfortable spacious flat for 2 people, with great outdoor space and views. We were blessed with a sunny stay, even in October! so to spend very relaxed mornings, even breakfast! outdoors was great. Lovely situation for R&R . We met hosts briefly, very friendly and responsive to a couple of housekeeping issues. We very much look forward to staying again next year, already booked! Views lovely, but somewhat impeded by high growth shrubs etc... perhaps some negotiation with neighbours might be helpful? as everyone in the area affected. Minor detail... TV outdated. No smart TV, and we were unable to use our own leads to attach laptop/gaming device re lack of up to date sockets on TV...
• Andrew (10/5): Little Gem. A Delightful Stay. - Little Gem is a smart, well appointed apartment on the ground floor with a lovely garden to the rear. It's situated next to a lovely formal garden and a short walk from a small sandy beach. The fact that it has a parking space is an absolute boon so that you after days out exploring the beautiful local area, you have a guaranteed parking space on your return. It was a lovely, peaceful retreat with a view over to Portland. We found nothing to dislike at all.
• Henrike (9/5): Traumhaft - Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in herausragender Lage. Toller Garten mit Meerblick. Fußläufiger Sandstrand. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Eigentlich nichts. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre schön gewesen. Und der Grill war uns zu rostig.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The Little Gem is a beautiful and well equipped flat. The location is quiet and peaceful but with very good access to Weymouth and the surrounding area. The garden is a fabulous place to relax or have a al fresco meal. I recommend this apartment very highly.

• Marc (10/5): Beautiful and relaxing stay in a fabulous location. - The location was absolutely superb and the facilities were fantastic. All was very clean and extremely comfortable. The view from the garden was beautiful and the property was within easy access to local shops and restaurants. We could happily have stayed at the property for the whole week and not gone out due to the relaxing atmosphere there. Nothing really.

• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful picturesque property, great hosts - Perfect location, stunning views fron the kitchen, living/dining room, private sea view garden. Immaculately clean, all necessities present such as condiments, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, towels, toilet roll, cleaning products, iron, etc. Great value for money, very reasonable. Jon and Linda ensured the property was ready earlier for us to check in and we were provided with their contact details just incase. The apartment was lovely and warm. Would highly recommend and would definately stay again. Bed was comfy and location was quiet and central (harbour and town a short 10-15minute stroll away). Shame only one bedroom so wouldnt be suitable for families (not that this is meant as a negative comment, as the accommodation is geared towards couples as only one bedroom). I would have loved to have returned with the children and my parents if there were additional bedrooms.
• Brian (8/5): It was a successful relaxing break and we would do it again. - Location. Next to Rodwell Trail and 2 doors away from The Cabin in Sandsfoot Gardens. Excellent coffee, pasties and cream scones. Great view across the water to Portland.

• Kevin (8/5): Enjoyed the stay but the regulars at the local pub wasn’t very friendly they made it know you was a - It stated as being a 5 star ratting I would say more lik a very good 3+ I would of expected a shaver point in the wet room and a blind to the window that didn’t close which was on the side of the property facing a walkthrough. The owner was also working on the above apartment which there was a lot of banging in the evening. The trouble having to keep turning the T.V. and also the poor quality oven that wasn’t very good in cooking , also as the owner was working above we seemed to get the electrics keep tripping out , if it wasn’t down to him then it’s a faulty oven.

Further from Harbour than we thought but walk did us good! Had a parking space which was very beneficial. Although kitchen equipment is rarely used as we are on holiday and is perfectly adequate at Little Gem, a jug would have been nice so we could fill up our flask without spilling it :) The TV kept having messages spring up and we found how to get rid of them but when they came up in middle of the evening drama, a bit annoying, but being picky here xx
