Starker Geruch danach. Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht. Ablauf im Waschbecken verstopft. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Beide waren nicht in Ordnung.

Stanza e bagno con spazi ampi. Colazione varia e di qualità, dolce e salata. Particolarmente apprezzati i frullati freschi di frutta. Piccola chicca: in ascensore si ascoltano le canzoni di Lucio Dalla. Non ho amato il sottofondo musicale durante la colazione. Suggerimento: togliere la musica o, in linea con le vetrine che lo ricordano e la musica in ascensore, proporre le canzoni di Lucio Dalla anche durante la colazione

- Gerhard (8/5): Gut für 2-3 Tage im Zentrum - Zentrale Lage, Taxi kann trotz Fußgängerzone bis ans Hotel anfahren. Fenster mit seitlichem Stadtblick, AirCo, Dusche, Wasserkocher funktionierte gut. Bar und REstaurant im Hause aber auch direkt gegenüber oder in der Nähe sehr gute Möglichkeiten für Kaffee oder Abendessen. Service beim Frühstück etwas gestresst und unkoordiniert, Angebot dort aber gut. Hotel baulich und von der Ausstattung "etwas in die Jahre gekommen" .

Great variety and quality. The location was perfect - just a few steps to the main square. Easy to walk to train station, restaurants, etc. Rooms were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and professional. The showers were a little small in size

The balcony was nice but had no view! The buffet breakfast was good but the service was very, very slow even though it wasn’t busy. - György (9/5): Awesome place to stay - Hotel Roma is in a fantastic location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and attractions. We were welcomed by friendly staff at reception. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious and came with a great view and a lovely terrace. The breakfast was excellent — alongside local cheeses and cold cuts, there was a wide variety of vegetables, muesli, pastries, drinks, egg dishes, and salads. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

- LINDA (9/5): Very attractive hotel in superb central location with excellent staff. - Location right in the centre of the city. The breakfast was perfectly satisfactory. The room was quite spacious, with a lovely en suite and an outside balcony with table and chairs (3rd floor - room 309) A separate dressing area with plenty of storage. Staff were friendly and eager to help - eg with storing suitcases before leaving and arranging a taxi. The hotel exudes an old-world charm throughout which is very attractive. The breakfast room was at times a little too busy at 9 am so a short wait for a table was necessary. The 'hot water urn' (for making tea) was not hot enough to brew a teabag, so I asked for a pot of boiling water separately. It's very much a DIY exercise to get all the required cutlery and crockery to the table, and you have to find someone to ask for a coffee.

- Mary Lou (8/5): Alessio was great at front desk. Great location. - The room was small for 3 persons. I found the older waiter at breakfast to be rude and not service orientated. Location was great. Not enough wait staff at breakfast. When I asked the older waiter for a cappuccino , his attitude was that I was bother ing him.
- Noble (9/5): As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable and will definitely stay here again if I come back to Bologna. - The location was very central, the ambience and hotel decor pleasingly quirky and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was kept beautifully clean by the chambermaids - no complaints there. The only negative point was an unpleasant smell of drains in the bathroom.

- Mary (10/5): Excellent hotel- breakfast, location and comfort. - More than sufficient variety of food for breakfast( eggs scrambled and hard boiled; various fruits and juices, cereals, cheeses and sliced meats). The bacon was great-meaty with very little fat. Wish I could find this type of bacon the the US. Staff more than willing to assist with any concerns or problems. Bed was very comfortable for someone with a bad back. Location can't be beat. Short walking distance to sights written up in travel guides. Can't say enough about this hotel. A real gem of a find and would definitely recommend and stay there again. Nothing that I didn't like. Suggested to staff having Kleenex, ie facial tissue in the bathroom. I would also recommend plastic or paper glasses in the bathroom. A glass slipped out my husband's grasp and shattered into hundreds of pieces on the bathroom floor. We are all eco conscious these days but this would have saved a lot of cleanup.

- Henry113 (8/5): Dobrá voľba pre návštevu Bologne - Hlavnou prednosťou ubytovania je jeho centrálna poloha v starom meste,ktorá je naozaj hlavným dôvodom ubytovania.Raňajky sú tiež veľmi dobré, s dostatočným výberom a pravidelným dokladaním potravín.Izby sú pomerne priestranné,s dobrými možnosťami odkladania odevov,tiež je trezor na izbe.S čistotou na izbe aj s vymienaním uterákov v kúpelni nebol problém.Personál na recepcii bol ústretový. V hoteli nás v podstate sklamali len 2 veci- 1.Sprchovací kút bol veľmi,veľmi malý,dvierka nedovierali a voda presakovala do celej kúpelne.2.Na oknách neboli záclony,len závesy,takže ak ste chceli svetlo,z okien bytovky oproti na vás videli s veľkým prehľadom,ak ste zatiahli závesy, mali ste tmu ako v noci, hoci vonku bolo krásne slniečko..

- Jungkunz (9/5): ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt zur Erkundung Bolognas - Die Lage war perfekt zur Erkundung der Innenstadt, die Zimmer waren vollkommen in Ordnung, das Bad etwas eng aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einer großen Auswahl. Die Dachterrasse war nicht benutzbar aber es wäre auch zu kalt gewesen. Also keine Problem.
