• marinasolod (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay! - The host was great: always replied quickly and to the point. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located on a quiet street. There were also fresh groceries in the fridge, and everything was super convenient, very close to all the main historical sights. he only minor inconvenience was having only one set of keys. We didn't ask the host about it, so maybe it's fixable, but it didn't really bother us

• Jakub (10/5): - Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, układ apartamentu. Jedyna rzecz, którą można by poprawić byłaby obecność zmywarki i przydałby się chociaż jeden długi nóż.
• Hellen (9/5): - Ruim appartement met fijne badkamer en apart toilet. Heel fijn als je met meerdere personen bent. Appartement ligt in een toplocatie met leuke barretjes en restaurants in de buurt. Niks!
• Chprhpg (8/5): - Location was quiet but also close to the archeological sites. Breakfast is mainly standard products from a supermarket. They fill the fridge daily or when asked. It was ok and one could eat in the apartment.
• STEFANO (10/5): Non si può chiedere di meglio, sotto l'Acropoli, Atene tutta a piedi, dormendo nel massimo confort - Appartamento ristrutturato nuovissimo di design in elegante palazzina, molto comodo e spazioso, soggiorno con angola cucina dotata di tutto, due belle camere (all'occorrenza altri due letti in soggiorno) con rispettive terrazze, due bagni di design molto funzionali, aria condizionata ovunque, host Niko gentilissimo e sempre disponibilissimo per qualsiasi chiarimento/esigenza anche aggiuntiva immediata risposta, posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, letteralmente sotto il Partenone (che si vede parzialmente da una camera, bellissimo), permette di vedere tutta Atene a piedi (Museo dell'Acropoli e ingresso sud dell'Acropoli a meno di 5 minuti, 5 minuti per il quartiere Plaka, 10 minuti per l'Antica Agora, 15 minuti sempre a piedi per il quartiere Monastiraki e piazza Synthagma). Non si può chiedere di meglio. P.S. Abbiamo mangiato più volte a 10min al Ristorante Anafiotika sulla scalinata Mnisikleous: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (20€ a testa per stramangiare) e gentilissimi.

• Bálint (9/5): - Very cozy place, there was more than enough space for 5 adults. More spacious then it looks from the photos. Breakfast is good quality, and has variety. There are 2 toilets, no waiting for the others to finish. Water heating was a bit tricky at first because of the solar heater, but it was easy to figure out with the help of the owner. Other than that, there was no problem.

• Shahed (9/5): Very good stay. Would visit again. - Great location. Spacious apartment and very clean. Nikos was very helpful. Breakfast provided was plenty for family of four and decent. Not specific to this property: many properties and hotels in Athens don’t allow toilet papers in the toilet and need to be thrown into a trash can. This can be an issue.
• Priscilla (10/5): - Tout était parfait! L'appartement est grand et bien équipé. Tous les sites d'intérêt sont accessibles à pied (acropole, place Syntagma, temple de Zeus, stade...), ce qui est très pratique en raison du manque de places pour se garer en voiture en ville. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour faire son petit dejeuner qui est réapprovisionné pour le lendemain si nécessaire. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Il n'est pas toujours facile de trouver une place pour se garer.
• Μπαφέρα (9/5): Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. - Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και βοηθητικό ειδικά για εμάς που είχαμε και τα παιδιά. Η τοποθεσία επίσης ήταν ό,τι καλύτερο. Μπορείς να κινηθείς παντού με τα πόδια!!!! Επίσης η στάση του μετρό είναι στα 3 λεπτά

• Letícia Bôa-hora (10/5): Um agradável retorno ao passado, mas com o conforto dos dias atuais. - A localização é o ponto mais forte deste alojamento, consegue-se fazer todo o centro histórico a pé e está realmente muito próximo do museu da acrópole. Para quem gosta de prédios antigos, o apartamento combina o vintage com o conforto de um apartamento remodelado, mas que mantém a excelência original. A rua é bastante movimentada e as janelas não isolam bem o ruído, à noite o trânsito diminui bastante e conseguimos descansar, mas logo que amanhece não se consegue mais dormir.

Two bathrooms and even two elevators! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Nikos the host was quick to answer any questions and set up transport for us to the airport. Breakfast was ample and delicious! Safe area. Book this property!

• Kelly (10/5): Amazing Location, Beautiful, Clean and Lovely Apartment - We highly recommend this apartment! It was perfect for our family of 5. Nikos is an amazing host. He was quick to reach out and make sure we had all of the details before our arrival. He can also provide shuttle service if you need that. We appreciated his attentiveness to any of our questions plus he had the kitchen stocked with everything we could want for breakfast. The beds are SO comfortable. And the location is incredible just a couple blocks from the Acropolis, Museums, loads of restaurants, cafes and more. Plus this is a funny thing but we appreciated that Nikos supplied ample toilet paper for our stay, ha!! Thank you Nikos, our time in Athens was so lovely because of your apartment and assistance.
• Vijit (7/5): Overall, we were pleased with our stay in the apartment, despite the minor hiccups mentioned. - - The location was great, situated in a quiet area. - Essential utensils were provided, along with basic items such as oil and salt. - Convenience stores were nearby. - The metro station was also conveniently close. - The lifts were extremely small, and the people living there were not very friendly. One particular incident stood out: when we were about to enter the lift (which clearly stated that only two people are allowed at a time), a lady repeatedly pointed at us, indicating we shouldn’t enter, even though I was with my two kids. The lift itself indicated it could accommodate three people, but this attitude felt inappropriate. - After a long, tiring walk, don’t expect to enjoy a hot water bath as there was no such facility available. Admittedly, we didn’t ask the host about alternatives, as it was late at night, but a hot water bath should be a standard amenity in an apartment. - When we ran out of breakfast supplies, we informed the host, only to be surprised that they entered the apartment without notifying us while we were out sightseeing. We didn’t appreciate this, as they could have informed us beforehand about when they would be refilling. This raised concerns about the security of the apartment. - The bedrooms could not be locked from the inside.
• Putul (10/5): We had a lovely stay in Elegant apartment which is next to Acropolis and very close to local attractions. - We enjoyed our 8 nights stay in this lovely apartment as it was clean and location was perfect within walking distance of so many tourists attractions, restaurants and shops. It is next to Acropolis and the museum with a great night view of acropolis from one of our rooms. Nikos is a lovely person who has great communication skills, kind and considerate. Nikos supplied enough breakfast food and other essential items throughout and gave advice on trips away from Athens. We have advised him to put a notice in the apartment for the visitors to be careful about pickpockets in crowded areas in Athens as my purse got stolen in Monastriaki. We will, however, cherish the memories of our visit here and overall great experience. We strongly recommend booking here.

• Zhou (10/5): Great apartment for a great vacation in Athens - The apartment was a great base to explore Athens from. It's at a central location. It was very clean and the facilities e.g. kitchen, bathroom were well-maintained and/or new. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. There was a second toilet separate from the one in the bathroom, which is great when staying with more than 2 people. The hosts provided breakfast items and drinks in the fridge. We were very happy to have a stocked fridge and with the items they got. We arrived in the evening and had all necessities for making breakfast the next morning without having to go out for late shopping. The kitchen is well-equiped and has all the necessities, including cooking oil and salt/pepper. We often see at other places that the kitchen is missing half of the necessities because the person who bought the items didn't actually use the kitchen, so e.g. there's just one pan that's too big/small and no good spatula etc. In contrast, we easily found everything we were looking for in this kitchen and felt very at home. The AC is a bit loud and the windows don't block the noise much (they may have been single glass, which we're not used to). We've noticed this in other rooms/apartments in Greece as well. Unfortunately it seems common. I slept with earplugs in. It would've been nice to get a second set of keys. It would've been easier to organize ourselves since different people went to do different things some evenings.

• Susan (5/5): Great layout for families but could be improved - Layout is excellent for a family of four. Having the half bath is great. Great communication with the property manager. The biggest negative was the smell of the apartment. We could not pinpoint it but it put a damper on our enjoyment. We burned a candle (and there was one there already so we were not the first who needed relief!!) and opened windows but it persisted. The fridge also did not work - the property manager was great about aplogizing and giving us the option to use the fridge from another apartment but we opted not to as it was a pain. Not having a fridge for 3 nights was not ideal. Finally, and others have noted this, it should not say that breakfast is included - minimal supplies are provided and leisure travelers expect it to be made for them if breakfast is advertised as included.

• Ethan (9/5): Superb - The space was clean, had plenty of amenities, and was in a great location. The host was easy to communicate with and gave plenty of guidance throughout. There was one small issue with the fridge in the unit. The host and I couldn't tell if it was simply a false alarm or going bad. As a result, I didn't trust it and so wasn't able to have any of the cold food (eg breakfast) nor store any take away food. But this was a minor inconvenience that the host seemed like they would look into after we left, so I suspect it will be fixed.
• Rabia (10/5): Family vacation - A great place to stay in with the kids. 2 bedrooms apart from other, large living room, kitchen with all facilities and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was renovated with high standards, the location is perfect, in the best neighborhood, minutes away from Acropolis and walking distance from everything. There is an elevator, although you'll need to take some steps to get there. I recommend it to any family traveling to Athens. The host is responsive and helpful. Breakfast is very basic so I would pass that. I would change the TV to a Smart TV cause the kids needed to watch something.

Plenty of space for a family, cooking facilities and washing machine. Small supermarket located across the street, lots of restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the area. Nothing not to like.
• Anonymous (10/5): We loved our stay. Location was ideal for Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, Olympic Stadium. Very clean apartment with comfort - Location was fantastic! Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. 1.5 bathrooms. Perfectly working air conditioning units throughout. Nikos was very friendly and even stocked fridge with some foods and drinks. Parking was a little of a pain to find but we did end up using the parking garage up the street.

• Diana (10/5): We loved the location! - The location was great. It was 5 mins walk to the Acropolis, 2 mins walk to the Acropolis museum. You can walk to the rest of the must see places in Athens within 20mins. The night view of the Acropolis from our balcony was amazing. The host provided variety of foods for breakfast. The apartment were spacious and two bathrooms and washer was big plus!

Paid parking - 20 meters away EUR 15 per day Extremely well equipped apartment with all amenities you may need incl. excellent espresso. Spotlessly clean. Spacious rooms, very comfy mattresses and pillows. Lots of traditional and modern cafes and restaurants just few meters away. We definitely enjoyed our stay. All main historic attractions are max 15 min walking distance . We highly recommend the property. Direct view to Parthenon from one of the balconies.
