• Eleni (5/5): - The location was good and the apartment was renovated. The located in the basement ! They inform you about it when you have already made the reservation. There is a smell when you enter, most likely from the humidity or the fact that it is not getting aired enough. However, you can get accustomed to it and it is not that bad. Lastly, the sofa is not a sofa bed. You end up sleeping in the floor to a very uncomfortable “mattress”. If you are going to be three people be prepared to sleep in the same bed.

• Πολυξένη (3/5): Μέτρια - Ήταν πολύ βρώμικα, υπήρχε ένα καλσόν μέσα στον καναπέ, τα μαχαίρια ηταν άπλυτα, το ψυγείο είχε ψίχουλα στο καταψύκτη και βρήκαμε πράγματα από προηγούμενα άτομα που πιθανότατα έμειναν στο διαμέρισμα.

• Σταυριάννα (1/5): Επίσης αυτό το τσιρότο μάλλον δεν το είδε η καθαρίστρια - Η εμπειρία μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν απαράδεκτη και άκρως επικίνδυνη. Από τη στιγμή της άφιξής μας, διαπιστώσαμε σοβαρή έλλειψη οξυγόνου και πλήρη απουσία επαρκούς αερισμού. Ο χώρος ήταν περικυκλωμένος από λεβητοστάσια και σωληνώσεις πετρελαίου, γεγονός που καθιστούσε την παραμονή μας απολύτως ανθυγιεινή και επικίνδυνη για την ασφάλειά μας. Το κατάλυμα δεν πληροί ούτε στο ελάχιστο τις προδιαγραφές διαμονής που οφείλει να διασφαλίζει τόσο σε επίπεδο υγιεινής όσο και ασφάλειας. Ζητήσαμε την άμεση και πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων και προς το παρόν μας έχουν αγνοήσει με δικαιολογίες του τύπου «ευθύνεται η booking» κλπ. Μία συμβουλή προς μελλοντικούς επισκέπτες, θα ήταν να φέρουν μαζί τους και μια μηχανή οξυγόνου για κάθε ενδεχόμενο. Γιατί, όπως αποδείχθηκε, στην περίπτωση αυτού του “καταλύματος”, το να μπορείς να αναπνεύσεις θεωρείται μάλλον πολυτέλεια.
• nikos (1/5): ΑΚΡΩΣ ΕΠΙΚΙΝΔΥΝΟ - Εκτός από ένα άξιο άνθρωπο γιατρό πού έχει το ιατρείο τού στην πολυκατοικία και μας φιλοξένησε όσο αυτοί προσπαθούσαν νά συνεννοηθούν πότε θά καθαρίσει το κατάλυμα για να το δούμε και πολύ απλά νά φριξουμε, τίποτα απολύτως. Κάναμε το λάθος νά μήν διαβάσουμε Κρητικές όπου αναφέρεται σχεδόν παντού το πόσο άθλιο είναι αυτό (ο θεός να το κάνει) το στούντιο. Θά μέναμε ένα ζευγάρι (η γυναίκα μου εγκύος) με ένα μωρό 17 μηνών.το πλοίο μας έφτασε 9:15 και από την πρώτη στιγμή πού κάναμε την κράτηση τούς χιλιοπαρακαλεσαμε μήπως μπορεί το check in νά γίνει λίγο νωρίτερα και νά πληρώσουμε την διαφορά, δυστυχώς η αγενεστατη και φουλ ειρωνική υπάλληλος γραφείου που είχανε δεν έδειξε κανένα έλεος και μας αντιμετώπισε εντελώς ρομποτικά,στις απανωτές κλήσεις πού έκανα η απάντηση ήταν πάντα ότι θά κάνουμε ότι καλύτερο μπορούμε με αποτέλεσμα το check in νά γίνει 15:15 ούτε κάν στην ώρα του δηλαδή.Φτανουμε λοιπόν στο αποκορύφωμα το οποίο είναι νά κατεβούμε στο υπόγειο τής πολυκατοικίας όπου είναι το λεβητοστάσιο και η αποθήκες τόν διαμερισμάτων,με το πού κατέβεις στην σκάλα έρχεται το πρώτο σοκ, παντού αποθήκες λεβητοστασιου, σωλήνες, καλώδια γενικά μία πολύ άσχημη και σκοτεινή εικόνα με δυσοσμία πετρελαίου παντού πού όχι δεν ταιριάζει σέ μια οικεγενεια με μικρά παιδιά, δεν ταιριάζει σε κανένα άνθρωπο πού πλήρωσε κάτι το οποίο κρύβει πολλά.Οταν με τά πολλά κάναμε είσοδο με το παλληκάρι πού καθάριζε και στην παρατήρηση μου ότι το διαμέρισμα μυρίζει πετρέλαιο η απάντηση ήταν ότι έχει πρόβλημα με το διάφραγμα του,περνω τηλέφωνο και το αναφέρω στην κοπέλα η οποία μου απαντά με τόν ίδιο ειρωνικό τόνο , αρχικά για το θέμα νά κάναμε check in νωρίτερα η απάντηση ήταν ας κάναμε μία μέρα πριν κράτηση όπου η ίδια λίγο πρίν μου είχε πει ότι υπάρχει άλλη κράτηση και γι'αυτό δεν μπορούν νά μας βοηθήσουν και ότι το διαμέρισμα μυρίζει πετρέλαιο ότι το παλληκάρι πού καθάριζε και είχε πρόβλημα με το διάφραγμα τής επιβεβαίωσε ότι το κατάλυμα είναι μια χαρά.Ειναι απλά τυχεροί πού δεν έχει μείνει κάποιος από ασφυξία σέ αυτό το έκτρωμα. Είναι πολλά άλλα όπως δεν συνεργάζονται με την booking για επιστροφή χρημάτων κ.α , δυστυχώς φώτο τράβηξα μόνο δύο γιατί απλά ήθελα νά εξαφανιστω, υπάρχουν όμως σέ αρκετά σχόλια.
• Charlotte (8/5): Overall we’re very happy with the apartment and would stay here again. - We booked it because of its location along with its clean design. It was one of few places which didn’t have colorful bedding and a shower that doesn’t wet the toilet which was a plus. We loved the set up of this property and its amenities too. Although everything was perfect in the set up, I feel that the check in process needed a lot more details and attention. When we arrived it took us about 40 minutes to get the lights to turn on because we couldn’t find the electrical key. The response time wasn’t ideal. I also thought it could have been a little bit cleaner but wasn’t gross. There were some hairs leftover from someone shaving by the mirror.

• Anthi (5/5): - Perfect location, nice building It had a terrible smell! I think they sprayed for cockroaches and outside the window they were hundreds of dead ones! The smell wouldn’t go away even though I had the window open all the time! My suitcase smells, my clothes smell! And the bed couch was not very comfy!
• Kateryna (1/5): - The apartment is nicely equipped and in a good location. But it's in a basement without day light and it smells bad. We were allowed to check-in only at 16:30 because they forgot to send cleaners. Check in is already late enough at 15:00. We had to wait till 16:30 because they didn't clean it and sent the cleaners only when we arrived. Tired and sweating after our trip, dreaming about shower we were absolutely pissed! That's unacceptable! They ruined our plans and timing for the day! Even to get a code to at least leave our luggage took like an hour!

• ANNA (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία υπέροχη, μπόρεσα να πάω με τα πόδια, εκεί που ήθελα. Όσο, για το διαμέρισμα, άψογο. Παρείχε, τα πάντα... Σίγουρα, θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

• Pasqua (5/5): - Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la sicurezza del quartiere. Lo studio si trova in una zona controllata anche di notte ed è vicino al centro e alla piazza principale. L'annuncio è adatto solo per 2 persone. Il divano letto che viene offerto come terzo posto manca di rete, il materasso poggia direttamente sul pavimento. L'appartamento è al piano interrato e si sente un forte odore di benzina.
• Eliza (1/5): Not recommended. Not elegant, the comfortable bed and nice layout does not make up for the stench of old concrete and la - Basement, subterranean, damp and very smelly. Nice interior design and great location but this apartment should be booked with caution! The building is so old and the air quality in the basement is incredibly bad. Over priced, not elegant, basement, intense moisture and smell, scary to be alone in this spot. I really wanted it to work out and tried hard to be open minded but the challenge of ventilating this apartment properly is huge. If you have never been to Athens before you should not stay here as it will give you the wrong impression of what downtown accommodations are like - get a cheap rooftop hotel room and you will be way happier.

• Polyxeni (1/5): Very bad smell. Very bad behaviour. - Very good location it stank of dampness. It smells very bad and I could breath well. Also the previous people smoked and the air couldn’t clean well because the apartment is underground. When I call to help me or to change the apartment, they talk to me very bad and they didn’t care that I could breath well and they told me that this is my problem and I can open tha window or use a Parfum.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Quite place in a nice area - It`s a quite place in a nice area Kolonaki. it is very close to the city center, about 10 minutes on foot and is well connected with public transport. The hosts are very kind and respond quickly to messages. The instructions for entering the facility were well described. This accommodation will definitely be my choice again.
