• lamanzh (9/5): - Очень хороший свежий ремонт, все удобно, отличное спальное место с удобным матрасом, большой телевизор, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым, даже кофеварка есть. Понравилось, что есть рабочее место, удобно было работать. Хороший душ. Очень чисто. В шкафу были пледы и дополнительные полотенца. Спасибо хозяину за продуманный комфорт для гостей. Постельное белье не очень приятная синтетика и простынь не по размеру, постоянно вылезает из-под матраса. И очень шумные соседи сверху (часто громкая музыка, скандалы), но к самой квартире это не относится напрямую, вне желаний владельца. И расположение - как плюс (очень тихо), так и особенность (немного в стороне от центра, не особо погуляешь и походишь пешком, но на такси норм).

• LIJUN (8/5): - 除了位置稍微有点远，其他都很好。妈妈晕车，后来留了弟弟在那住，妈妈搬去了市中心，对比一下，这边安静，市中心的房子如果临街晚上也很吵。厨房、浴室小了点，但是一个人或两个人够用。

Продумано всё до мелочей, имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Порадовало удобное местоположение, квартира находится в спокойном районе недалеко от центра, рядом есть продуктовые магазины, кафе, остановки общественного транспорта. Заезд и выезд прошли легко и без проблем. Владелец очень доброжелательная и внимательная, была на связи, всё четко организовано. Нам было очень приятно остановиться здесь, чувствуешь себя как дома. Обязательно вернемся при следующей поездке в Алматы!

• Rose (10/5): 1 week stay - The location is very convenient. You'll have an access to public transport. You'll find a supermarket and small fruit shops around as well as pharmacies. I loved the coziness of the appartment. It's suitable both for business trips and touristic visiting. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The place is exactly as you see in the pictures. The owner and her assistant were extremely attentive and fast responding to any request. It's a ground floor appartment and you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. The front door locked on electronic code, you don't have to carry any keys. Absolutely good value for money. I would love to have a toaster, and some might love to have a coffee machine but that's just my personal preference I would say. Always good to have a room to evolve.
• Zufazleen (8/5): Very good - Newly renovated apartment spacious for two to three pax. Owner provided everything I needed for my usual travel including iron, hair dryer and kind enounh to have the kitchen with basic supplies. Made my minimum but not so backpacking travels easy and convinient. Location was a bit dark at night and neighbours was a bit noisy but this is not a show stopper to consider the apartment. Yandex taxi can easily find the location and locals was friendly when we were walking around.
• Devin (10/5): Excellent play to stay in Almaty - Very well decorated apartment with a perfect location. The apartment is very easy to get to and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The TV is large and everything looks fresh and modern in the apartment. Perfect place to stay in Almaty. Everything was perfect
• Charles (10/5): Great price/quality ratio; 9.5/10 - The apartment was honestly great. For the price, it was one of the nicest properties I stayed at while in Almaty. The apartment itself was brand new. Wi-fi worked great, so did the TV and all other necessities like towels and slippers were readily available. The host reached out to me a few days before my move-in and provided instructions for accessing the apartment. Smart lock plus combination allowed me to access the place quickly without having to meet someone face to face. I appreciated it. The location is also perfect. I would have appreciated if a coffee machine was provided. There is only a french press for ground coffee but for this price point I would have expected a fully working nespresso or coffee machine.
