• Alania (9/5): Absolutely fabulous - fantastic central location and easy to access, hosts were available via message for any questions or queries and were absolutely fabulous. we stayed for 3 nights all of which were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. plenty of transport all around and most things within a 10/20mins walk or tram journey. we have no complaints, the room is quite basic but serves all the basic requirements of a easy, cheaper city stay so 10/10

Great space to relax and recharge, surprisingly even if we were at the 1F overlooking the noisy street It was not explicitly stated at the time of booking that there was only one shared bath and toilet in the description for rooms without their own private bath and toilet. It was also not mentioned that these are both at the top of the building (4/5F)

• Emily (5/5): - Die Leute waren nett Schlüssel Übergabe und so hat alles geklappt Es war nicht besonders sauber das Bad das Zimmer an sich und die obere Etage mit der Küche und so genau so wenig es wurde sich im Flur geraucht von den anderen Leuten Fenster ging im Zimmer nicht auf und es war kein richtiges Hotel sondern einfach eine Wohnung

Ook was hetz erst niet helemaal duidelijk waar we moesten zijn / hoe we binnen moesten komen toch werden we snel geholpen. Blijf het heel duur vinden voor wat je krijgt.

• Millie (10/5): Lovely place to stay, the owners are sweet, the building was tidy/clean and would definitely stay again! - Perfect location, everything is either on the doorstep or within walking distance. The views were amazing and had such a homey vibe The only thing was in the penthouse, the large skylight didn’t have a blind or shutter but it was perfect for me as I like to wake up naturally (the main windows had blinds)

• James (4/5): Average. You get what you pay for. - The location was great with the property only being a couple of minutes walk away from the train station. The room itself was very small and quite dusty in places. There were also hairs on the bed sheets.

• Anahera (7/5): Great, if you are keen on the nightlife and being central to everything - The room was just what we needed, glad we opted for the room with the bathroom. The room was also very warm. The location is fantastic if you like having the shops at your doorstep. Nothing to do with the accommodation as such but this room is ideal for those wanting to take full advantage of the nightlife being so central. This does mean people are coming and going all hours of the night.

Got shouted by the manager and warned us not to bring additional friends to our room. This is like a school boys treatment. • Azuaje (5/5): - No somos de hacer este tipo de reseñas pero la verdad, no fue muy agradable, pedimos un penthouse y nos dieron una habitación totalmente distinta, pequeña y no muy limpia, cuando hicimos el reclamo a la persona encargada ha dicho que booking seleccionaba era esa, cuando en el anuncio claramente dice PENTHOUSE El wifi, nunca funcionó, escribimos y no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta! La entrega de la llave fue con un señor de una tienda cerca de allí, un poco incómodo su trato, ya que quería aprovecharse de la confianza y insinuar con tratos indecentes Algo muy bueno que se le reconoce es su ubicación en todo el centro de Ámsterdam

• Brendan (8/5): - Nice quiet room. Was clean and very well located near the station. Staff were responsive to any enquiries. Bathroom is a good size and the shared kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Could have done with some more facilities in the room (e.g. kettle in room, but cuttlery and crockery only upstairs). Room only also only had a bin in the bathoom, could have done with one in the room. Room is a little tight for 2 but would be fine for 1 person.

I asked for Toliet roll on the first day and never received any. Only good thing was the location. No wifi even though they say there is.

• PILAR (6/5): Muchas cosas a mejorar - No está tan mal, el apartamento está bastante renovado y si vas dos días por vacaciones está bien, la ubicación es en el centro y está bien comunicado. Pero si tiene varias cosas que mejorar. La atención del dueño no es 100% 24hs. Le escribí para preguntarle una cosa y me respondió el día que me fui. Por suerte no era TAN importante. No tiene wifi (me dijo que justo se rompió). Los cañerías del baño son viejas y si te lavas los dientes con la canilla abierta empieza a salir basura del agua. Las escaleras muy empinadas al entrar. Dice que tiene WIFI pero no es verdad. En el baño la cañería está tapada y cuando te lavas los dientes sube agua con basura. Le escribí para preguntarle sobre la calefacción ya que estaba muy caluroso y me respondió el día que me fui. La ubicación no es mala, pero es una calle de todos negocios y a las 22hs ya está todo cerrado. A mi me dio un poco de miedo.

• Brinsley (5/5): Very bad experience here. - The location was in point, kitchen upstairs handy The property itself was nice, although when I entered the room I was extremely disappointed the Wi-Fi was not working my entire stay, the clothes rail/blind and toilet seat was all broken upon arrival. These things I can deal with but at £400 for 3 nights I expected more. The bathroom felt dirty, dust on radiators and buts on the floor which really could have been prevented! I wish I spent a little more and got a nicer hotel! Location was ideal for a single man. One night I was approached by a man who looked like he had bad intentions. I understand this is not any fault of the property but the location isn’t great for a two single females! That was an awfully scary experience for me! Being to Amsterdam 5 times I have never experienced fear like that in the city! I messaged the host about the Wi-Fi and he wasn’t helpful. Nothing he could do and that’s that basically. So I didn’t expect much after that. A lady that had just checked in on our third and last night asked us to be quiet in the evening because we was above her…me and my mother wasn’t loud just laughing…not the place for me at all.

• Jessica (7/5): - The room is enormous, more of a suite really, and nicely if sparsely decorated. Nice view down onto the busy tourist-shopping street. Location couldn't be handier for a short Amsterdam break. Fully equipped shared kitchen upstairs also very useful. Check-in was smooth, but be aware you do need to phone the landlord for initial access, so you need a working cellphone plan. The stairs up to room 3 where I was staying are extremely steep, and the steps very narrow, almost ladder-like (as is standard for Amsterdam but I wouldn't want to have had a big suitcase). And the shared bathroom being up one further flight of stairs and through the kitchen is a pain, especially when the final flight of stairs is also steep and has a weird and dangerous bump right at the very top which I nearly tripped on a couple of times. The room itself is great and very spacious but a few little things – no bulbs in lamps, no refrigerator in room – could easily be remedied to make it more comfortable.

Я розумію,що апартаменти типу хостела, але за таку ціну,елементарно прибрати можна.Також при бронюванні не вказують,що багаж потрібно залишати в якомусь магазині,за додаткову плату🤦🏽‍♀️Єдиний плюс це розташування.
