• Pieter (10/5): Peefecte rustige uitvalsbasis - Dit is een absolute aanrader. Wij verbleven er een week. Er is altijd gratis parkeerplaats in de straat parallel met het strand (achterzijde). Je hebt een klein gezellig terrasje vooraan, met zicht op zee. Locatie is perfect. Op wandelafstans van restaurants, Crai-supermarkt en apotheek. Het appartement heeft een ruime leefruimte met fornuis, koffie-apparaat, ijskast. Er is een badkamer voorzien van alle comfort, maar eerder klein. Slaapkamer is top, voorzien van veel kastruimte, airco en tv. Er zijn ook automatische rolluiken om het licht buiten te houden. Achteraan het appartement is nog een binnenplaats waar je ook een was kan doen, handig voor een langduriger verblijf. Bij uitchecken hadden we nog een aangenaam gesprek met de enthousiaste gastvrouw. • O. Cag (9/5): Tolle Zeit in Grande Torre! - Das Appartement KiteSurf ist sehr gut ausgestattet und super gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Simona und Davide sind wunderbare Gastgeber und geben auch Tipps für die Umgebung, Strände etc. Der Traumstrand liegt aber auch vor der Tür.. Vielen Dank nochmal an euch! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.. alles gut! 😄

• Sarah (8/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber, tolle Lage direkt am Strand Apartment ist im Erdgeschoss, Wohnraum&Terrasse sind wirklich unmittelbar an der Promenade und Fussgänger schauen direkt rein. Schlafzimmer ist zum Hinterhof, der mit anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt wird und demnach auch nicht sehr privat ist. Wen diese Offenheit nicht stört, für den ist es gut. Andernfalls sitzt man im Dunklen (denn es gibt keine lichtdurchlässigen Tagesvorhänge). Anhand der Bilder hatten wir zunächst ein anderes Apartment erwartet, das wäre das grössere und deutlich luxuriösere im Obergeschoss. Aber bei genauem Ansehen nach der Buchung passten die Fotos dann schon, und sonst wäre der Preis auch überraschend günstig. Die Bilder sind einfach etwas irreführend und man könnte enttäuscht werden, wenn man nicht gut genug hinschaut beim Buchen.

• Macius (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The location is absolutely perfect - right next to the beach, with a beautiful view of the bay that you can enjoy every day. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owners were also incredibly kind and helpful, always available and happy to assist with anything, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay - I would definitely come back!
• Tatjana (8/5): Ruhig, sonnig - Die Wohnung ist fast neu und die Lage ist gut, die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht, danke dafür! Zu wenig Ablagefläche aber es ist gar nicht schlimm. Was mich persönlich gestört hat, keine Trennwand auf der Terrasse, ich hätte mehr Abstand zu den Nachbarn gebraucht (ich war aber nur zwei Nächte da, es ging). Noch etwas, bei der Buchung stand es, die Waschmaschine ist inklusive, war aber kostenpflichtig.
• Aytaç (10/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder! - Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Sardinien und wir sind von dieser Unterkunft wirklich begeistert! Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Meer mir Meerblick! Der Parkplatz ist direkt beim Haus. Es sind Cafés, Restaurants, Eisdiele und Bars in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben viele Tipps für weitere traumhafte Strände in der nahen Umgebung und Restaurants erhalten. Es was alles sehr sauber, modern und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Von TVs, Netflix, W-Lan Klimaanlagen war alles tip top und einwandfrei. Die Möglichkeit eine Bootstour zu machen war über die Besitzer direkt möglich, eine einzigartige Möglichkeit Sardinien von einer sehr eindrucksvollen Seite zu sehen und sehr preiswert! Hier konnten wir Delfine, Rochen, Fische bestaunen und wunderbar schnorcheln! Alles top!

Die Vermieterin (Sissy) hat direkt den Schlüssel übergeben. Alles hat problemlos geklappt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und äüßerst zuvorkommend. Dies Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen, einfach super :-)

• Brigitte (9/5): Super schön - Super Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade am schönen Strand. Die Gastgeber Simona und Davide waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder.
• Francesco (10/5): Great location and perfect and friendly host. - The property is right in front of the sea. The flat is new and comfortable. We have been there in September and had no problem parking. The outside public pavement is also new and the 20/30 minutes walk from side to side of Torre Grande lido, takes you through little markets, kiosk with music, food and drinks and great restaurants. Thanks Simona for being such a great host. She welcomed us with a big energy and gave us a lot of good suggestions for places where to eat and beaches to visit. It was also great to be able to borrow a beach umbrella from the host. I highly recommend this property. I honestly cannot find anything wrong with the property.

Umbrella for the sun, cooling bag for bringing lunch on the beach. Not far from nice beaches. Sissy was very helpfull and has given us good advice for restaurant, bar, beaches. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zu traumhaft schönen Stränden. Simona spricht deutsch und englisch, und da sie hier geboren ist hat sie uns super tolle Tips gegeben. Auch bietet diese Unterkunft Ausflüge mit dem Boot an. Beste Unterkunft, was wir bisher in Sardinien gesehen haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% bestens weiter empfehlen, und werde wieder hier buchen 👍👍👍 Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, die Wohnung ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Tak til Simona igen. - Lejlighedens beliggenhed var det bedste, en stenkast fra stranden og spisesteder. Sengen har en god madras, meget behagelig til et lang ophold. • Romano Daglio (10/5): The jewel of Sardinia - We loved the quietness, comfort and Simona’s beautiful energy. This was exactly what we were looking for, and we’re definitely considering returning next summer. We were walking distance to the beach, and just a few minutes away by car to other beautiful places as well. Also, there was a free parking space next to the apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Simona, for an unforgettable experience! ❤️

• CHRISTELLE (8/5): Très bel appartement - L’appartement est très beau, propre, neuf et bien équipé. Il est placé en front de mer à 10m de la plage. Un super accueil de Simona qui est toujours disponible pour toutes demandes ou conseils.
• Paul (3/5): Very disappointing. - Location There were electric shutters on front and back windows.During our stay we had two power outages. If the shutters had been fully down we would have been unable to leave the apartment. The trip switch for turning on the power was outside the apartment. The power outages always occurred when the cooker and aircon were on at the same time. The bathroom door was impossible to close because it was scraping along the floor. One morning we had a leak in the kitchen after washing the dishes which was sorted. The bedroom was small with just about enough room to walk around the bed. The mattress was soft and the topper was continuously moving.We feel that as non smokers that the front outside space should be non smoking. A neighbour in the next apartment belonging to our landlady used the patio next to us as a smoking zone.
• Rodger (7/5): Good - Close to beautiful beaches only 25/30 minute drive so I recommend that you hire a car. Beautiful restaurant Il Lido 5 mins walk down the prom as well as a nice beach bar close by which will really benefit from the much needed facelift along the whole promenade. The owners who live on the two floors above are very nice and helpful, always nearby offering lots of tips on nearby beaches etc. The promenade should be nice when all the construction is finished by next summer however it wasn’t very attractive while we were staying there which was disappointing, so we felt we had to drive away every day to other beaches to feel like we were on holiday. The promenade is currently not ideal for anyone with mobility issues wanting to go for a walk but hopefully this will be resolved after works are completed.
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay at this amazing property located right next to a very nice beach and super close to some nice restaurants and cafes. The hostess was very kind and attentive, fulfilling all our needs. They also organize boat trips which was another splendid adventure we add to our holidays schedule. The location is great for exploring some very beautiful beaches and interesting places in Oristano area.

• Simona (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is more than great! New, very clean, everything works flawlessly. location of the apartment right by the sea, close to all the facilities you need. Best of all, the owner Simona is really lovely. We will be back for sure!
• Kestutis (10/5): Exceptional - We were three adults travelling by car, and spent 10 nights at the apartment. The location is absolutely fantastic - the beach is right across the road (which is only used for service vehicles so there is practically no traffic), and when we were there, they were finishing up the ice-cream shop/bar (gutted we didn't get to try it!). The apartment itself would be perfect for 2 people (for the third person, there is a sofa-bed in the kitchen area) as it's not very big but has everything that could be needed for a stay by the sea - lovely terrace, aircon, kitchen with basic equipment, TV with youtube and Netflix, great wi-fi, substantial storage space. It is definitely worth noting the small interior design solutions that make the apartment feel homey - selection of artwork and furniture. The owners are lovely and very helpful - they speak a number of language (Italian, German, English) very well, are always ready to help with advice and information, or just have a simple conversation by passing. We would definitely recommend staying here, and would gladly come back! Overall, the apartment is really great. It could potentially benefit from a bit more cutlery and such items - we were not short on anything (and could always ask if we needed something); however, when three people are staying, it would be nice if all glasses were the same size, or wider selection of cutlery to help serve our meals. Also, whoever is sleeping on the sofa will be hearing whenever the water is used in the bathroom (presumably all the pipes are in that wall), so light sleepers may be interrupted. These are both very small things that could add to an already very positive experience.
• Tatsiana (10/5): Exceptional - New and very clean apartments, good equipment. It had everything you needed to have a great 2 weeks. Separately, I would like to note that the interior is tasteful. And, of course, the incredibly comfortable bed deserves the highest praise. n/a
• Daniela (10/5): Right on the beach! - Everything was great. Being just on the beach (we went on November, so very quiet), private car park with cameras, the flat is comfy with all you need, the bed and the sofa are comfy and spacious. If you come during the season you’ll have free showers on the beach and a variety of bars, restaurants and ice-creams gazebo just in front of your terrace. And it’s a great location to visit the Sinis peninsula and also the rest of Sardinia if you can drive. As we were here in November, the closest bar open for breakfast was at 500 mt on foot. But it is a great bar with good coffee, good croissants and pizzette and nice people, mainly locals.
