Guest Reviews
- cheryl (10/5): - Very nice and comfortable Nothing not to like
- joy (5/5): Average - Easy booking There were men's underpants and a dirty facewasher left in the room
- Annabelle (7/5): - The room was neat and clean. It was the master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe in a new house. There was a desk in the walk in robe that could be used as a workspace. The house is on the bypass road, so there is heavy truck traffic from 5am that can be easily heard in the room.
Dishes were provided but needed to be washed in the bathroom sink. The sink was also an awkward way to fill the kettle and water bottles.
- David (10/5): - Communication with host
- Steven (10/5): - Comfortable, spotless well appointed home in good location . Light, bright, well maintained I was travelling on business- when I saw this magnificent double garage, I got so excited- I thought I wouldn’t have to offload all my samples from the car, and then load them again the next day, only to find that the garage was unaccessible, which was a little disappointing .

- Jack (8/5): Neat and tidy, walking distance to pub for dinner. - The pillows were very comfy! Shower was nice and hot. I read a review that said it was the most comfortable bed ever.. it wasn’t close to that for me.
- Janet (9/5): Great accommodation - Great location close to town & excellent accommodation very clean & comfortable Nothing to report all was good at facilities
- Beng (7/5): Good - It is very new , clean and bed is very comfortable Ducted heating needs a separate control for this unit, lack of air conditioning, noise from the adjoining unit (such as slamming doors, loud conversations...)
- Arlene (8/5): Perfect for an overnight stay - Ideal for a short stay when all I needed was a comfy bed and a shower.
Self check in was easy and ideal. Unavoidable road noise from trucks.
- Chi-Chen (8/5): - We encountered an issue where the room didn't match the description upon arrival. Fortunately, the host lives right next door and was very helpful; they offered us an upgrade to the correct room type at a discounted rate. The house itself is very modern and beautifully decorated. It features a high-quality kitchen with excellent appliances—while we didn’t get a chance to use them, they would be perfect for anyone planning a longer stay and wanting to cook. The room description on Booking.com was inaccurate. It was listed two beds, but there was actually only one bed.
- Chittybabu (8/5): - It's located on main road so whole night can hear the vehicle noise very close
- Kris (9/5): Very comfortable would return - Easy too access was sent code by SMS At first could not unlock key case rang proprietor who got back immediately
Unit was very clean and well fitted out Small thing wanted to watch local news but no aerial

- Susan (6/5): Was ok, we only slept there. - Room was comfortable. Didn't like the fridge and coffee etc on top of fridge in bedroom.... Facilities were not completely finished.
- Chris (8/5): Nice, new place but needs a bit of work to finish setting it up physically and online. - Nice, new place. Very clean. Able to open windows for fresh air. Nice view out the back onto a lake and walking path. 1. Booking was a mess. Turned up to 23 Mt Baindridge Rd at 6:20pm but someone else was staying there. Unable to call the mobile number in the email. Sent a text. Someone called us back within 5 mins and blamed booking.com for the booking error. He told us to stay in the house next door at 25 Mt Bainbridge Rd as that was free for the next 2 nights. Due to luck only. A bit stressful checking in like this when dark. Not good.
2. Place was also not setup correctly. eg the laundry door could not be closed due to the washing machine and dryer being too deep. Building error. Really???? Door needs to be removed as a minimum.
3. Toilet seat was loose and not secured. Tried to tighten the screw but still loose. Broken?
4. Curtains kept falling down. Curtain rods were telescopic meaning the curtains could not be opened and closed without catching on the join and falling off.
5. Bedside table lamps were not plugged in. No power points nearby. Needs extension leads?
6. No liner in the kitchen bin.
7. No place to hang towels in the bathroom.
8. No TV setup in the second lounge area. Luckily, no one else was staying there, so we had access to the main living area.
9 Picture frames on the walls did not have any pictures in them.
- Wendy (8/5): It’s ok for one night. Nice and clean. - We had the front master bedroom and ensuite. Room was comfortable for one night. Small heater which we had to keep on all night. Heating could be better.
It’s in a great spot. Quiet. Poor heating. Tv didn’t have any free to air Chanel’s, Samsung Chanel’s.
- Craig (7/5): Nice comfortable two night stay - The bed was comfortable, and the desk handy. Check in was fine using the key safe. Very new and if you can do without cooking facilities (it did have a fridge and kettle) then quite reasonable. A second toilet roll (considering both of us were staying two nights) would have been good. The toilet seat was loose and there were no toiletries (as in soap, shampoo, conditioner). There was only one chair (at the desk).
- Jenny (9/5): Superb - Great place
Exceptional bed
Great location
Excellent staff
Would certainly stay again! Nothing
- Graham (10/5): Very happy, new property, spacious, located just out of town - New property, spotless, spacious, arrived after hours and collecting keys was simple Nil
- Mikey (10/5): Super clean and comfortable. Thanks so much for the late check-in! -
- Chris (9/5): Superb - Facilities, tv,bed,whole property was immaculate. N/a
- Erin (9/5): Superb - Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Staff were more then helpful when out plane was delayed for a late check in. Room was very clean on arraival. We appreciated the clean room we returned to on the 3rd day of our 5 day stay. Fresh clean sheets and towles. Host also posted back an item left behind free of charge. Great location with a 24 hour service station close by that had really good coffee. We enjoyed our time in Hamiltion.
- Ben (9/5): Superb -
- Suzanne (8/5): Great accommodation at a budget price - Cost, cleanliness and size Some loud trucks passing by but didn’t really disturb me.
- Brock (1/5): Stay was ok but trying to receive a tax invoice from the owner is impossible - Not much Not much
