Carina (10/5): Vårsemester i Italien - Mycket trevlig lägenhet med gott om plats, modern inredning, rent och fräscht, bra sängar. Fin solterrass på taket med solstolar och bubbelpool. Poolen var dock inte öppen då vi var där "off season". Gratis parkering I anslutning till hotellet. Värden Matilde var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Allt var perfekt, inget att klaga på.

Yaroslav (10/5): Fantastic stay in Caorle - New modern facility, very well maintained, very clean. Great location as it is very close to the beach but in a quiet street. Greenery on the walls on the terrace looks great and refreshing. We had a room with 2 big terraces facing both different sides. It was really fantastic as on one terrace we can sub bath at the morning and on the afternoon on the other terrace and also watch fantastic sunsets. Also for our baby free convenient cot with linens were provide. Check in and check out process are amazingly convenient as we just collect the key at the front door by PIN code and return back on the departure. Matilde is amazing host and she was quickly responding to our questions All perfect. Just as a small things that we missed are kettle and microwave as people were saying. But that’s does not affected our great impression

Claudia (10/5): - Die Wohnung war blitzblank geputzt und sehr gut mit allen Alltags-Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, wie in der Beschreibung. Die Dusche hatte eine angenehme Größe, Handtücher und Handschuhe wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen und können Sea Breeze wärmstens empfehlen! Wir können nichts negatives berichten.

Ernst K81 (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment / einfach Weiterempfehlen - Die Lage ist perfekt! Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten das Apartment Richtung Hafen und die Aussicht war sehr schön. Wenn man das Auto laden will, geht das ganz unkompliziert mit der Karte vom Haus(bekommt man bei Anfrage) innerhalb von 4min ist man bei einem Supermarkt (Coop) & 5min zum Strand. Absolut fußläufig erreichbar ohne Probleme. Auch im Stadtzentrum ist man sehr schnell zu Fuß! Wir waren fast jeden Abend zu Fuß dort als Spaziergang. Wir kommen sicher wieder!! Wenn man mehr kochen will, soll man ein Schneide Brett mitbringen. Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau

Piotr (10/5): - Wszystko. Lokalizacja - 3 minuty od plaży, 4 minuty od zabytkowego centrum. Wielkie salon, ogromny taras z widokiem na żaglówki, cisza, super miejsce. Idealnie komfortowe łóżka. Prywatna plaża z leżakami tuż przy morzu. Wszystko perfect.
Pavel (10/5): Pěkný, čistý apartmán s blilzkým odchodem k moři a zajištěním plážového servisžu lehátka, slunečník+ ručníky na pláž - Velký čistý apartmán s 2 terasami a pěknou koupelnou se sprchou. Blízko k moři i do obchodu. Chybělo již nějaké kuchyňské ubytování prkýnko, vařečka ale asi to je tím že se již pomalu blíží konec sezony.

Thomas (10/5): - Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war hervorragend - nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und auch nahe am Zentrum. Die Ausstattung war perfekt: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Staubsauger standen zur Verfügung und machten den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel. Auch die Strandliegen waren inklusive, ideal für entspannte Tage. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Seitens der Leitung wurde an alles gedachte und auf Wünsche wurde gerne eingegangen. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

We travelled in full season, the whole house was full, but still we had privacy and did not hear each other. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, did not miss anything. Enjoyed also the invitation package of beach bag/towels/flip-flops, fully used :) Fully recommend!

Ivopetkov (10/5): One of those properties that deserve 11/10 - let me start first with the communication. Matilde was an excellent host and the communication before and during the stay was awesome. she managed to accomodate for all our needs are we are very grateful. Appartment and Facilities: the flat was spaceous with big rooms and great balcony with stunning port view. all the ammendments you need you get: washing machine, tabs, coffee machine, dyson vaccum, and it was stocked with all first hand utilities by the host: even branded beach towels, bag and flip flops. the whole buidling is brand new and very modern. Cleanliness: spotless clean not only the appartment but the whole buidling. we also got a mid-stay clean which was nicely arranged and very considerate of our time. Location: excellent! 2 minutes to coop,. 5 min to the beach and 10min walking to city centre. despite being so central, it is very quiet at night the only one small minor thing as a suggestion: some cushions for the balcony chairs. :D we spent quite some time enjoying drinks after the kids went to bed and had to use towels so that our buts dont get numb :D but in general nothing that can ruin even slightly our stay.

Tibor (7/5): very nice apartment / building, great location (walking distance to both the beach & city center) - flexible check-in / check-out, new apartment / well equipped, wifi in the apartment & exterior lighting (on both terraces) was not working upon arrival. The latter was not fixed during our stay, but was partly compensated at checkout. Short blankets (fine for people not taller than 165cm).

Excellent place for families with small children. Quiet location. Everything is very close, the beach , restaurants, shops, about 7 minutes walk. We arrived early with small baby in Caorle at 11 o'clock and our accommodation was ready to check- in.Thank you Matilda. Nothing, everything was excellent
Krancz (10/5): Amazing 5 star apartment - The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped as well. The rooftop pool and lounge is exceptional, the beach is clean and beautiful with sun beds and umbrellas. (There were 4 sun beds and 2 umbrellas booked for us which is also amazing!) The apartment is completely soundproof, we’ve all slept like babies. Everything is available in a short walking distance and the closed parking lot is also very comfortable. Kevin (10/5): Going back for out next Italian holiday - Our stay at Apartment Hotel Sea breeze was nothing short of fantastic! While the location isn't directly on the beach, it turned out to be perfect for us. Everything we needed was conveniently nearby, from parking spaces to excellent restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was new, modern, and beautifully renovated. The balconies were amazing, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The managers were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We're already planning to return regularly whenever we can work from home and enjoy the beautiful beaches. Since it's an apartment hotel, breakfast isn't provided, but that wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our meals. The only thing I slightly missed was a kettle, but that's just my personal preference as I drink a lot of tea. Overall, the apartment felt wonderful and exceeded our expectations. My only suggestion is that they update their photos on booking.com because they don't do justice to how great this place truly is. Highly recommend! Everything was amazing!!!!
Markus (10/5): when I go to Caorle again I know where to book ! - Brandnew apartement, very comfortable beds, very nice equipment, dyson vacuum cleaner, nespresso machine, secured parking area, washing machine, dishwasher and so on !!! Rooftop pool was not in use, but I dont know if it would be a heated one, we where there at a temperature of around 20°
Artur (10/5): Beautiful, modern and spacious place for a great vacation! - The most important is how well thought of the whole apartment and the building where apartment was located. Everything is brand new with latest technology implemented including electric window coverings that block the sun that you can close by pushing a button inside your room. Great beds and living room, big bathroom and high ceilings. We were on the first floor in a 2 bedroom + 1 living room apartment so we also had a private yard which was very spacious and decorated with greenery. The location is very good including reserved parking under the shad of the roof. On the roof there is a small jacuzzi type of tub, lounge chairs and shower with a beautiful view of yachts parked across the road. But what makes it even more special is the hospitality of owners that you feel right away from the beginning until we checked-out! Amazing place!

Arama (10/5): Exceptional - Location very nice and quiet. Very close to the beach. Private parking. No need to use the car in Caorle. New building very hi tech. Everything is confortable and logic. Very clean. Manager very involved and nice. Nice relaxation area on the roof. A good experience!!!
