- Eileen (1/5): - Easy to access Wasn't clean. No wi-fi, no TV. They didn't respond when we contacted them about it. Area is a bit rough.

- Chris (8/5): An excellent base with a very helpful and friendly owner. - The location was excellent to get to Bolton and Pennington Flash. The beds were comfortable and the owner responded to our questions very quickly. The kitchen facilities are fairly basic. There’s no dishwasher and the draining board is small. The back garden was very overgrown.

- Sandra (10/5): Everything about the house is perfect, the kitchen and the living room is excellent, comfortable bed - I like everything in the house, the bathroom is really great . The living room is excellent., the internet work very well , the TV work perfect I love everything about the house.
- Steve (3/5): Disappointed due to maintenance issue - Nice location clean and tidy Heating was broken so no hot water we arrived at 4 and was due out at 7:30 we couldn’t shower and place was cold. The earliest it could be fixed was 10 also paintwork in need of redoing
