• natsumi (10/5): 最高でした！ - kspoドームのコンサートのため利用しました。2号線、9号線にも徒歩圏内で行けますし、飲食店やコンビニ、マートなども周辺にあり最高の立地です。また、オーナーの方のお心遣いに感動しました。子どものために絵本やおもちゃを準備してくださり、ウェルカムお菓子も美味しくいただきました。宿泊に関するメッセージのやりとりもスムーズで不安は一つもありませんでした。半地下ですが、値段と立地を考えれば文句なしです。食べ物の配達もできるよう、準備されているので何度も利用しました。 強いていうなら、玄関のドアがかたいです。

• Mykeila (8/5): - Seamless check-in with detail info about the apartment and how to use the amenities from the host. She went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Always available to help with any questions. The location is near Jamsilsaenae station, which is line 2. Great access to other sights. It can get hot and humid when the weather is warmer but the AC saves the day.
• Dr Penny Reyes (10/5): The kindest host in Seoul — felt like family - even offering to let us check out later on our last day so we could rest before our late flight. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located near Jamsilsaenae Station — walking distance to Lotte Mall, Lotte World, the baseball stadium, and Saemaeul Market (loved the strawberries, apples, and famous shrimp mandu!). Great base if you're doing Lotte World Adventure or a baseball game, and super easy to reach Seongsu, Gangnam, Cheongdam, and Hannam. We left feeling like we'd made a real friend in Korea. ❤️ The rooms are on the smaller side, so with five of us it was a bit tight — though we knew this going in and managed just fine. It's also worth knowing this is east Seoul rather than central, so if you're set on staying near Myeongdong, Hongdae, or Gyeongbokgung, you'll be adding travel time. For our plans it worked perfectly, but something to consider depending on what you want to see

Bei unserer Ankuft am Abend haben wir Fertignudeln von ihr erhalten, was superlieb war! Die Lage ist perfekt gewesen, waren richtig gut vernetzt bit der Bahn, die paar Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die Unterkunft selber, sauber groß und toll eingerichtet! Cafés, Shops und tolle Restaurants waren fußläufig! Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen:)! Dankeschön.

• Rafal (10/5): Helpfullness beyond expectations - Apartment was nice and the area around too. But the thing that made this stay memorable for me was the owner's hospitality and willingness to go an extra mile to help. I left some stuff behind and for different reasons the owner ended up going 3 times to the post office to finally send it to me. All the time she was extremely helpful and proactive in a way that I would not ever expect. This stuff matters more than facilities and location so I decided to tell you about it. • Alireza (9/5): A lif-long excellent experience with sweet heartfelt memories ❤️🎉 - The apartment's cosiness, cleanliness, and location! During our stay in Seoul, we explored the city during the day and returned to the condo for a good rest in well-ventilated, dark rooms with comfortable beds. The location of the condo is EXCELLENT. It's in the middle of the traditional Jamsil area with local shops and restaurants, and a food market, surrounded by modern streets and shopping centers. It's in the vicinity of two major subway stations, giving us easy transport and excellent access to almost any destination in Seoul, including the Incheon International Airport (Line 9). The apartment's bathroom is very clean; however, Korean tradition means no shower cabinet. This took us by surprise in the beginning, but then, with excellent assistance from the owner, we could soon adapt and take it as an experience.

• Naomi (7/5): 色々良いところとイマイチなところを総合してギリ合格点の宿 - ホストがとにかく親切。近隣の汗蒸幕施設を訊いたら親切に調べて教えてくれたり、到着前後にいろいろ連絡を取ったがレスポンスが早い。また、カップラーメンを３個とミネラルウォーター1.5Lを無料で用意してくれました。 オンドルが完備されていて、どの部屋もまんべんなくとても暖かかったのと、乾燥していなかったのもよかったです。 キッチンには電子レンジはもちろん、フライパンや鍋をはじめ、食器も箸もスプーンもお玉まで完備されていて、今回事情があってテイクアウトしてはお部屋で食事をしていたので、とても助かりました。 また、周囲が繁華街で食べ物屋さんやクレーンゲーム店、コンビニ、屋台街と歩き回るには事欠かない環境で、夜、楽しくお酒を飲める状況であればとても楽しめます。 地下鉄２号線・蚕室（チャムシル）セネ駅まで徒歩5分。地下通路を駅のホームまで5分といったところ。 空港バス6006番の終点であり始発停留所なので、便利です……が！金曜日の夕方に到着だったので、悪名高いソウルの渋滞に巻き込まれ、仁川国際空港から2時間半かかりました！大人1人₩17,000もかかったのに……。100％座って移動できるのはいいですが、平日夕方と平日9時まではラッシュアワーなのでおススメしません。 とにかくバスルームが貧弱。約1.5畳（2.7m3程度）の冷たい石タイル敷きの部屋で、トイレ同室・バスタブなし・小さな洗面ボウルのカランとシャワーが一つの蛇口に設置され、一目で風邪をひきそうな雰囲気。幸い、風邪をひかないか心配だ、とあらかじめ伝えたところ、ホストが専用の電熱ファンヒーターを設置してくれたので、快適なシャワータイムを過ごせました。ただ、11歳の娘は日本の自宅や今まで泊まったホテルとあまりに異なるその雰囲気に恐れをなし、3泊の間一度もシャワーを使いませんでした。 あと、行ってから気づいたのですが、アパートの半地下のお部屋でした。重い荷物を少しであっても階段で運ぶのは大変でしたし、階段がちょっと斜めっているところがあって、帰ってきて階段を降りるたびにドキドキしました。 最後に…どこから飛んでくるのか？ずっとコバエが飛んでいて、取っても取ってもまた新しいコバエが出てきて、うっとおしかったです。生ごみは出していないし、臭いところはなかったし、よく掃除されていたので本当に謎なんですが、あれがなければもっと気持ちよく滞在できたと思います。

• GUAN NAN (9/5): - 屋主非常的用心，有問題詢問都很快得到回覆；入住前也提供了非常清楚的入住指南；地點很好，周圍有很多餐廳、便利店，離地鐵跟市場很近，交通非常便利；兩間房間乾淨且溫馨，與照片相符，有冰箱跟煮水壺等，屋主也另外提供了書與積木小孩子很開心!

• Elzbieta (10/5): Excellent! <3 - Our stay was excellent! Apartment was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It was very well-organised! Our host was also very considerate and helped us with any issues. The host was so lovely that they even helped us buy the shampoo and conditioner (the shampoo and conditioner at the accommodation was so good that my friend wanted to buy some for herself). Overall, we would rate the property and the host 11/10, but we can only give 10/10.

• Tiansiew (10/5): - The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful—even going out of her way to get us some local snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The place itself was very clean and cozy, making our stay comfortable. The location was a bit of a walk from the subway—especially for my two elderly parents—it wasn't an issue for us as we opted to take taxis. The only downside was the shower, which isn’t enclosed, so the bathroom floor got quite wet after use.

• Lee (10/5): A warm and comfortable home away from home with a lovely host in a great location. - The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, and the location was very convenient—close to Lotte World, Olympic Park, and local restaurants and cafes. It was perfect for a family stay. Nothing in particular — everything was smooth and comfortable throughout our stay.
• Thang (10/5): Super Host - The place is very clean, comfortable beds, not hard to find, just follow the instructions and pictures the host sent to us, the subway station Jamsilsaenae on line 2 is about 3-5 minute walk, with bus stop right there, the area is very safe to walk around, very busy with lots of shops and restaurants, very lively at night, there is a nearby restaurant which opens 24 hours and the foods are excellent and good price. There is a small kitchen but we did not cook since there are so many restaurants with good foods In the neighborhood. The place is small but comfortable for 4-6 people, good price, and the host, Juhyun, she is super nice, she came by the next day to visit us and left us some snacks, very thoughtful, my wife asks about washing our clothes and she showed us how to use the washer but at end she washed all our clothes and folded neatly when we got home that night, she is the best host ever, she communicated well with us through messaging, and responding very fast, she does not speak English well but with Google translator, there is not a problem. We had a wonderful trip visiting Seoul, and Juhyun made it more memorable and stress free, we wish all hosts to be like her, super nice and friendly and helpful, whenever we come back to Seoul, we definitely will stay at Juhyun's place Nothing since everything surpassed our expectations, 1st time in Seoul, and we had a good time with a super host like Juhyun, we were very fortunate, thanks Juhyun and definitely will see you again whenever we're in Seoul
• Tokaruki (8/5): Nice non-touristy neighborhood - I really liked the location of this place. There are lots of cafes and stores around and there is even a market nearby where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and even sushi. Lotte Mall with a huge variety of different brands is within walking distance. The apartments are clean and have everything you need for cooking. The shower is not enclosed in any way, so the entire bathroom floor floods with water. We knew about it beforehand because we saw the photos, but it is still very uncomfortable. The apartment is on the first floor, so there is no view from the window. Perhaps this is important for you.
• Lam (8/5): Good response from the landlord - The host is v good in fixing our problem immediately I cannot contact the landlord through the message system in booking.com but it is good that the landlord put her contact number in the website and so we can contact her. She is so lovely and even bought 2 umbrellas and a rack for drying clothes for us
