• Steven (1/5): I will never use booking.com again !> - Booking was a fake. The advert was running on booking.com but the property was not available. We had to arrange emergency accommodation after driving over 350 miles. We had to throw food away. Booking.com have failed to respond to our communication. See the which? Website for further complaints! We managed to contact the landlord & they said they have requested multiple times to have the advert removed but Booking.com aren't listening.
• ANITA (1/5): - It is a scam! When we went there, no one was there at the property. The owner does not pick up the phone. I don't know how does booking.com has this property in their list!!!!!! At least after reading the reviews, they must take out the property from their website.
• Clive (1/5): Do not book - SCAM ! - Nothing This booking was a complete scam. The contact phone number was not associated with the booking and previously reported as bogus and the email was to an estate agent with no response We were left with nowhere to stay after a long car ride.
• Peter (1/5): Scam - This is a scam I didn’t check reviews before booking when I arrived there was someone else in property and havan had no knowledge Didn’t get inside it’s a scam
• Ryan (1/5): No contact from owner. Do not book not worth the risk - Nothing to say, had no contact from the owner. No way to get into the property. I had a 10 week old baby with me so had to book elsewhere. Avoid this place Again can’t comment other than to say we couldn’t get into the place. There was no response from owner to my message about parking nearby and then nothing from them with way to access the property so we couldn’t get in. Thankfully I found somewhere nearby
• Smith (1/5): - The owner cancelled the stay after we had arrived, so we couldn't get into the property, and have paid for a stay that didn't happen How we were treated, we were not informed that the stay couldn't happen, even checking the day before we travelled. I would not recommend booking this property due to the owner, and their unhelpfulness.
• Manpreet (1/5): - I don't like anything Basically it's scam that happened with us on that day . We had to struggle alot just because of this . This was one of the disgusting trip we had ever experienced.
• Rachel (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! - Absolutely Nothing! Disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We booked to stay here in advance and paid in full for one night last night. Turned up to find people already in the accomodation. Tried contacting the owners via email and phone. No response via email and the phone number provided was nothing to do with the owners. We travelled 4 hours to get there as we had a family wedding to attend. We were left with nowhere to stay and it was horrendous trying to find somewhere else as its peak summer period and everywhere booked up. Thankfully we were able to find somewhere. Still have had no response from the owners for this place despite more emails sent. Booking.com need to remove this property from their list. It's appalling and from reading other recent reviews (that were not there when we booked ) this is happening over and over again. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

• Maria (10/5): I would definitely come back and stayed there. As long as the weather permits :) - Very spacious and cosy Only minor thing we struggle was to open and lock the main door to the caravan. I believe it needs to be fixed or replaced the main lock.
