• Luciano (9/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 min del centro caminando y también de la estación de trenes En general todo estuvo muy bien y la anfitriona nos atendió de maravilla. Solo por mencionar un solo aspecto si se quiere "negativo" pero que no es muy relevante es que el baño si bien es privado, hay q salir de la habitación y cruzar un ambiente compartido para llegar, pero igualmente es privado, con llave.

• Chin (1/5): I would never book this place and tell everyone not to book with them. - The location was good. However I don't know how safe it is. My kids walking ahead of us were let in to the building by a couple who was not the host. This is horrible place. The room we booked is supposed to have a mini refrigerator. There was no warning or message from the host that the mini refrigerator was not working. We specifically book place with a mini refrigerator and private bath. The host ask us to use the public refrigerator where everyone can have access to. She make some racial remark to us (in her language) and we only catch the country name in her speech. She told us to leave and we ended up looking for a place in the middle of the night with my kids. My kids' eyes were rea and almost in tears after being scared by the host that came.

• SARA (10/5): - La struttura è perfetta per alloggiare, ha tutti i comfort tra cui anche microonde e servizi per pranzare in in aria comune, sempre molto pulito, e la signora che vi accoglierà, ha un animo buono ed è super gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima, vicinissimo ai trasporti e a piedi con le belle giornate non pesa neanche raggiungere il centro, anche in 8/9 minuti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

• Djar (8/5): - The location was perfect. just outside the tourist zone and close enough to walk. I even found on street parking. (dont forget to pay). The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the shared kitchen was well kept and clean.
• David (7/5): In generale siamo stati bene - Letti comodi, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti,pulizia della stanza molto buona. Distante 1km circa a piedi dal centro di Firenze,fuori dal tanto caos percui la notte si riposa bene. Nel bagno mancavano mensole o mobiletti per appoggiarsi ed una finestra,infatti c'erano delle macchie di umidità dietro alla porta e sotto alla finestra della stanza. Non vi erano bagno schiuma o shampoo e la carta igienica era un rotolo iniziato (per 4persone, per due notti). La finestra della nostra camera non si chiudeva bene. Proprietaria disponibile,ma a volte troppo invadente,motivo per il quale non l'abbiamo contatta per chiedere, ad esempio,più carta igienica che sicuramente ci avrebbe portato.

• Alessandra (2/5): Trovate altro! - Parto dal presupposto che si entra in cucina diretti e poi in cucina ci sono le porti delle camere.quindi no privacy e si sente tutto. Ho mandato qualcuno ha ritirare le chiavi e quando sono andati a ritirare le chiavi mi è stato riferito che il signore ha detto che aveva ricevuto troppi messaggi e che non poteva ricevere messaggi per essere chiesto se ci fossero asciugamani ecc. poi alle 00.30 la signora della struttura mi chiama perché aveva visto una mia richiesta per la fattura. Il personale completamente maleducato.un esperienza pessima.

• Alina (8/5): Budget-friendly stay close to city center - Our stay was better than expected after reading the Google reviews. We had no issues. The room was clean, late check-in was possible and the host was friendly to us. We didn’t have an issue with the double bed since only one of us was sleeping on it, but if a couple wants to share it then it might be uncomfortable. It is basically just two beds taped together at the legs, so there will be a divide between the matressess.

• Luisa (10/5): Weekend a Firenze - La posizione ottima. A 10 minuti si è tranquillamente in centro e a 15 in stazione. La signora è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato dei consigli utilissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi è in viaggio a Firenze e vuole soggiornare in una zona tranquilla e a due passi da tutto.

• Villa (3/5): I don't recommend this structure - I liked that the location is quite near to the city center and the fact that the size of the room was good and that the bathroom was inside the room. I didn't like several things. 1) breakfast is not included 2) I just had 1 towel for shower that was stained of red spots, quite similar to blood spots. I wasn't pretty sure it was clean. No extra towels for face or other purposes. No extra blankets. 3) the WiFi connection was very week. 4) the window of the shower didn't close properly. 5) no hair dryer in the room
