• roxana (10/5): Very good stay, would book again - Really good location, but in a quiet area so you can sleep in comfortably. the apartment is nice and clean and has all the amenities one could need even for a longer stay. It has a gas unit, so you constantly have heating and hot water, which is a *very good thing for Bucharest*. The host is responsive and helpful! Would book again! Actually, nothing to add here. I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

The location is convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax and move around the area. The host was kind and helpful, always available when needed. She clearly explained in detail how to find the keys, which made the check-in very easy. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend this place.

Pe acolurie ar fi trebuit insistat la curățenie, rotocoale de praf după canapea unde se afla un prelungitor de care aveam nevoie, burete murdar la bucătărie, praf pe mobila și în baie, lenjeria spălată dar pătata.

• Michele (8/5): Per me, promosso - È praticamente un mini appartamento con open space soggiorno/cucina, stanza e bagno (cieco, senza bidet ma ampia doccia. Lavabo un po' piccolo). -POSIZIONE: perfetta, una traversa di Calei Victoria, vicinissima a tutti i punti di partenza dei tour organizzati che avevo previsto -SELF CHECK IN con istruzioni fotografiche chiare inviate dall' host -Host facilmente reperibile in caso di dubbi -LETTO comodo con lenzuola profumate e pulite, come gli asciugamani. Non scontato. -vista dal settimo piano (c'è l'ascensore) -Tutto sommato pulito -Per chi resta più a lungo, nell'appartamento c'è di tutto: microonde frigorifero fornelli pentole asse da stiro lavatrice stendino phon ecc ecc -Rapporto qualità prezzo -Porta blindata molto sicura -Wifi funzionante Molto consigliato per viaggiatori singoli/coppie. Se tornassi a Bucarest, alloggerei nuovamente qui. -Odore. All'ingresso l'appartamento ha un odore dolciastro un po' strano, ci si abitua subito ma non ne ho capito l'origine. Anche lo scarico del bagno spesso emana cattivo odore, però si risolve col vortice -l'appartamento non è propriamente sporco, ma avrebbe forse bisogno di un periodico "Deep cleaning". Mi spiego meglio: alcune superfici sono un po' unte, tipo pensili maniglie interruttori cassetti. Un po' di capelli in giro a terra, specie negli angoli. Le fughe della doccia anche andrebbero pulite meglio. Una rinfrescata con la vaporetta anche al divano sarebbe utile. L'idea è che chi si occupa delle pulizie si limite alla superficie ecco 🤣 per i più fissati questo potrebbe rappresentare un problema. Per chi usa la stanza per dormire e lavarsi non è un gran problema. -Il palazzo è un po' spooky all'interno, ma a Bucarest è così mi dicono. Comunque non ho avvertito nessun pericolo reale

The position of the property was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and very close to bus and train connections, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment was spotless, and the communication with the host was excellent: friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended!
