• Ben (10/5): Great stay before Halong bay cruise - The staff were so kind to get up at 4am to let us in as we arrived from a sleeper bus. The room was beautiful and clean. Modern and tastefull. Walking distance to our Halong bay boat. Hot water ran out fast. But a warm shower was fine as it was a hot day anyway.
• Zénon (10/5): C'était parfait, merci beaucoup ! - Accueil très chaleureux, le personnel de l'hôtel était très aidant et nous a même surclassé dans une chambre VIP disponible pour la même nuit suite à une mésaventure que nous avions eu avec un taxi (taxi totalement indépendant de l'établissement). Le quartier est très calme hors saison, veillez à acheter votre nourriture aux horaires conventionnels (pas trop tard le soir). L'embarcadère de Dao Tuan Chau pour la baie d'Halong est tenu par un cartel et est construit comme une nasse à touristes, et j'imagine qu'il en va de même pour les autres embarcadères. Passer par une agence de voyage pour organiser son excursion dans la baie peut permettre d'éviter certains désagréments au moment de réserver un bateau. Heureusement, Swan Motel propose aussi d'arranger des transports et visites. Nous aurions dû passer par lui plutôt que de faire tout nous-même.

• Belen (9/5): - La señora que nos atendió se portó muy bien, nos ayudó con un problema que tuvimos con el taxista. La habitación muy amplia, limpia y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es genial, a 3 minutos a pié del hotel. Nada, lo único es que oara desayunar temprano por los alrededores casi no hay nada, pero no fué ningún problema

Petit hôtel déalement situé pour prendre le Ferry qui va à Cat Ba ou partir en croisière sur Ha Long / Lan Ha. Un vrai bon plan pour le prix. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et nous ont même déposé en ville moyennant finance (ce qui est tout à fait normal) car nous n'avions pas pu réserver de taxi.

No hay nada alrededor para cenar (llegamos sobre las 20h), y la zona está desértica dando un poco de mal rollo por la noche. La puerta del edificio se queda abierta toda la noche sin demasiada vigilancia. Tuvimos que pedir el papel de wc y las toallas porque no estaban en la habitación. TV solo en chino, imposible de utilizar. Limpieza justa. Lo que se ve, está bien pero si abres cajones, incluso insectos muertos.

• Fabienne (9/5): Très bonne adresse, grande chambre. Parfait pour une nuit avant de partir en croisière - L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier où il n'y a pas grand chose et peu de restaurant. Tout est tourné vers les croisières. L'accueil est top (nous avons pu avoir notre chambre beaucoup plus tôt que prévu). La chambre est très grande et très confortable. Bonne literie. L'hotel doit etre assez récent, tout est en bon état. Possibilité de faire laver son linge Les sols paraissent propres mais on a les pieds noirs très rapidement.

The staff was extremely friendly, always with a smile, and truly caring about the guests. I could rent bicycles at a very low price directly from the hotel, and after check-out they even gave me a free ride to the cruise – such great service! The price of the stay was also very affordable compared to the value I received. Definitely one of the best and most worthwhile experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and pleasant place at a fair price.

• Vianney (9/5): - Nous y avons passé une nuit avant de prendre le bateau au matin pour la baie d’Along. Si le quartier est vide et sans vie avec un côté surréaliste, l’accueil du gérant a été excellent et la chambre était magnifique. Toujours prêt à trouver une solution à vos problèmes.

• Carys (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, spacious and modern room. The owners were very friendly and even allowed us to check in at 3 am without any problems. We noticed that the water bottles in the room weren’t sealed so we bought water elsewhere to be safe.

My room was huge and equipped with air conditioning, a good fan, and a very clean shower and bathroom. I was very impressed! Unfortunately they only take cash, however there is an ATM nearby.
