• Julian (1/5): Extremely dirty apartment, no lift, stairs without automatic lights - Nothing Extremely dirty apartment, TICKS in the bedroom, long stairs without automatic lights (very dangerous at nights) and the host is completely useless, never replied to anything.
• Ingel (8/5): Very good - good location and super quiet! easy check-in. I am happy that I chose this accommodation! the dining room table would need repair and the water in the bathroom does not drain well.
• Arianna (5/5): A truly pretty apartment, if only something was working in it... - The position was perfect and the apartment itself is very spacious and well organized. We entered the apartment and it was full of webs and spiders, the main bed was covered in dust. Later on we found out that the shutter leading to the balcony was stuck and the table top was not screwed to it's legs, we contacted the staff telling about both problems but only the shutter was fixed and it actually got stuck again the next day. At some point we realised the constant noise was not the rain outside but the A/C which was impossible to turn off by ourselves and would turn on every 5 min. I notified the staff of that as well and they never answered me, instead the A/C was switched with the heating system, which was boiling hot (there were 27 ° degrees inside the apartment and 8° outside) and I truly feel I did not receive the proper attention for all the technical problems we had during our stay.

Cold enough which is comfortable for hot summer days, system to close the windows just perfect. Really worth money. Very great and helpful host! • Ruzana (3/5): Poor - The instructions of how to get to the apartment aren't clear i needed to go to another two bildings until i found the right door. There is no elevator and it is not written anywhere. We got dirty sheets for the childs bed and it took a lot of time to get new ones. The cleaning lady entered without even knocking.

I couldn't control the air conditioner while only the owner could control it remotely, which made it very hard for me to turn it off and on when I wanted, one time he skip my massage for 1 day I stayed without air conditioning which made me mad.

The water flow in the shower, toilet and kitchen is very good. The air conditioner in the apartment is high performance. Very close to the market and tram stop. In addition, transportation to metro stations is 6-7 minutes. If I come to Vienna again, I will stay here again. Attention! This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The problems I had during my stay were tried to solve immediately.

• Miika (9/5): Top floor residential apartment - The apartment is in a converted attic space. So while you have slanted ceilings you have enough room to move around and slouch on the couch do all the things you would do while at home. There is a great small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. It's home away from home. As it's an apartment on the top floor in a residential building it doesn't have a lift. This might be an issue if you have mobility challenges or you have heavy luggages to carry. The apartment doesn't have mood lighting. It's pretty much all or nothing.
