• Varun (8/5): Cleaning could be better - 1. The apartment is big and spacious 2. The staff is polite and nice 1. Cleaning needs improvement. Half of the dishes in the cupboard were partly dirty. The toilet soap dispenser was empty, and I had to call the reception to fill it. 2. Hairdryer and weight scale were advertised as amenities, but were missing (reception said they don't have them) 3. The heater is very small and doesn't properly heat the area 4. Wifi signals were very weak in my room 104. 5. Basic stuff like salt and sugar would be nice in the kitchen

• Anil (4/5): - I had booked a room and specifically requested one on the first floor, second floor, or higher. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a ground-floor room without any prior notification that only ground-floor rooms were available or that rooms on the requested floors were fully occupied. This omission was disappointing and caused me unnecessary inconvenience, ultimately requiring me to leave the premises.

The staff - ever anxious to support guests. The connectivity - right behind City Center, right on MG road, right next to the Delhi Metro Yellow Line The pre check-in process - asking for an advance, in this age and time?? The lack of coordination - booking with a breakfast option, which one needed to remind the hotel staff (they had no idea) The limited breakfast spread - for a hotel so good, it was a let-down.
