• patrizia (5/5): - L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente, ci hanno anche messo nel frigo dei pasticcini freschi ma.....peccato che non c'era nulla dei servizi descritti, no vasca idromassaggio, no piscina, no maneggio, no lavastoviglie, no bidè solo un doccino, ecc. nella descrizione del soggiorno ci sono tanti servizi, ma in realtà è solo un appartamento in un paesino, senza altro,alcune attività sono a parecchi chilometri dalla struttura come passeggiate a cavallo ,piscina, squod. ecc .ma non della struttura ma di altre realta' che abbiamo trovato chiuse ,per fare la spesa bisogna arrivare ad un supermercato a parecchi chilometri dal paese, così come ristoranti ecc. Insomma avevamo solo 4 giorni di vacanza rovinati da una cattiva descrizione delle attività Mancanza totale di servizi, di svago

• Carmela (6/5): overall ok - The host was very kind and right on time for the welcome. The house was spacious and spotless. Breakfast included lots of sweet options, which was really helpful since the little village only has a small market with limited food choices. There are a couple of aspects that made our stay less comfortable. The absence of mosquito nets was challenging, and we decided to leave a night earlier. The hot water also ran out quite quickly, which was difficult to manage for four people. In addition, there were some small details that could be improved. Finally, as others have mentioned, the house is located in a small hamlet: the places shown in the photos are at least 15–20 km away, which in mountain areas means about a 20-30-minute drive.

• Guendalina (6/5): Sadly not what I booked for - Location, owners, the clean house. The house is not what is described. I wonder if the owners are not even aware about what is advertised on booking. There are no hot tub, outdoor pool, nintendo which I was hoping to find due to the description on booking. I requested a cot and it was not in the property but the owners kindly prodived it that to me after. For 250 euros, 2 families, with one small toiled and only shower, was quite small and tight compared to my expectations. However we slept well and it was fine for us anyways. I just want to highlight this for future guests to be aware
• Katalin (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place to spend one night on our way between the south of Italy and the north. The next village: castel di Sangro has a very nice little aquaparc for kids ( bring your swim caps!) a beautiful natural river to refresh yourself and nice restaurants!

• Theresa (9/5): Charming Lodging in a very welcoming village - Our host, Benedetta, is one of the best proprietors I've even encountered. She is attentive, warm, generous, and responsive to our request. The apartment is conveniently located near Roccaraso ski area. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, charming and friendly town. Not something we didn't like, but there is misinformation about the services available that should be corrected. Booking.com indicates that there is a pool, hot tub, gym, and restaurant onsite. It also said there is a microwave, washer & dryer, coffee machine, and toaster in the apartment. There are none of these. The site description makes it seem like this apartment is part of a larger complex, but, in fact, it is a town house in a small village. It is lovely and we enjoyed our stay, but if future guests expect all the amenities listed, they will be disappointed. I would not like to see Benedetta, our lovely host, suffer as a result of this misinformation.
