El personal, muy amable, pese a no dominar idioma español ó inglés, se esforzaban en darnos una perfecta atención y solución a nuestros requerimientos. It‘s conveniently located very close to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, and the nearby metro station (less than a 5-minute walk away) offered a fast connection to anywhere we wanted to go. There are also lots of places to shop at in the area. The staff at the hotel was very friendly! The room had a great layout and the bed was very comfortable. Fully recommend this place! (:
• SERGIO (3/5): Mal trato y mal servicio. - La ubicación. Mal servicio de los empleados. Pésima lavandería mi ropa estaba en el piso cuando fui a recogerla.
• JUAN (4/5): Buena ubicación pero descepcionante el hotel - La ubicación y que es de la cadena Atour Empleados sin buen Ingles, no hay acceso en vehiculo al hotel, solo caminando y es lejos desde la calle. Checkin a las 3 pm pero no estaban habitaciones listas, tocó esperar media hora. Habitacion con 2 camas individuales y se habia reservado para 3 personas y no habian mas habitaciones para 3 huespedes. Debimos pagar mas por dos habitaciones que tampoco estaban listas para entregar, tuvimos que esperar nuevamente. Pasillos desordenados constantemente por el personal de aseo, y poco limpios los pasillos lobby ascensor y zonas comunes. Lavanderia poco amigable para dejar la ropa lavando y toca esperar porque o sino otras personas sacan la ropa y dejan tirada.

But when i'm arrived at the atour hotel beijing and want to check in, the hotel decline/reject my hotel booking via booking.com and told me that i cannot stay at this hotel because the hotels policy that customer cannot book 2 hotel room (in the same atour hotel chain) under the same name, even though i book that 2 atour hotel room at different city and different periode of time. I was complained because of this policy, and ask to the hotel why if theres any hotel policy regarding that, why the booking.com and the hotel accepted my hotel room booking via booking.com application? There is no emphaty in the atour hotel beijing staff that they reject and decline my hotel booking eventhough already accept and confirm by booking.com application. Because this atour hotel policy, in beijing after a long journey from shanghai to beijing, me with my family must search and book the other hotel to replace this beijing atour hotel room because the atour hotel decline and reject my hotel room booking eventhough my booking already accepted and confirmed by booking.com application. I'm very dissapointed

• Shu Min (10/5): Great stay here, highly recommended - We syayed here for 7 nights. The staff were helpful and polite. Offered us an upgrade to a room with actual windows. During our stay, they were helpful enough to send up our food delivery orders. On our last day during the room check out, also gave us complimentary bottled water and a small snack pack. The room, especially the toilet, were clean and the location was great too, allows easy access to subway line 1,8 and within walking distance to the forbidden city entrance. The room was a tiny bit small but good enough for us.

• Caslon (9/5): Excellent location with give and take - A few steps to the pedestrian street and 5 minutes to metro. Metro access via elevator through the mall or by stairs from street level. (Note: Didi or taxi pick up and drop off is a 3 to 5 minute walk from the hotel.) Free use of washing machine and dryer, and free late night snacks is handy. Ventilation option can be improved. The lack of cooling option (or an electric fan) made the room feel very stuffy and hot. The room temperature feels like 30 degrees even if it is 1 degree outside.

• Ksenia (10/5): Fantastic experience! Would love to get back. - Overall, the hotel is exceptional. It was absolutely fantastic experience! I would rate this hotel as 12 out of 10. First of all, the location is superb. This hotel can boast the best location in Wanfujin! Much better than others. Super close to the metro, lots of malls, supermarkets and restaurants. Secondly, the hotel itself is modern, stylish, cozy and clean. The staff is super friendly and hostile. The breakfast they serve is superb. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you wanna explore Beijing. And I definitely would like to come back one day. Huge thanks for your impeccable service! Everything was superb!

Just that if alighting from Didi car with luggage, will need to walk a distance. Love the room with window and also the cleanliness of it and also the fact it is carpet free. The room initially booked was without any window. In winter, the management turned off air conditioner system and changed to heating system. The room became so warm and stuffy. Don’t think any person can stay there for long. Hotel reception and lobby seems pathetically small.

Our stay was during winter time and we have no window room. Airconditioner in the room was centralized and auto controlled at warm temperature. We are not able to controlled it in the room. There are portable fan in the room but not helpful at all. We are sleeping in sweats all night and unable to sleep well.
• Jang Wei (8/5): - This was our 2nd time to Beiijing and we are glad we made the right choice to stay in Atour Beijing Wanfujing Pedestrian Hotel. Staff All the hotel staff we had interactions with were hospitable and friendly. They welcomed us with smiles and were always ready to help. Room We booked a relatively big room (2 double beds + sofa) and there was ample space for 2 adults and 3 cabin luggages (fully opened). The room amenities are adequate - bladeless air dryer, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. The shower comes with shower amenities as well although we did not use them. One plus thing, the towels are big and real clean. The room has a huge TV but it only has local channels, so we had to rely on our phones to catch up on latest news around the world. Location The hotel is a few steps away from the popular Wangfujing Street, but it does take a bit of navigating to locate the hotel as it is nestled behind another building. We had to walk through a walk-way to get to the hotel but it gets easier once we got our directions. In fact, we felt it was more direct to walk from Wanfujing Station than JinYuHuTong Station, considering the escalator out from Wangfujing Station vis-a-vis the stairs from JinYuHuTong Station. Overall We would rate our stay an 8 out of 10 as it really gets stuffy whenever we got back to the room as the aircon is set to warmer mode and the window could not be opened. Having said that, it is not really the hotel issue as it is common for aircon to be set to warmer mode during winter season but it would have helped if the window can be opened. • Bronya Chi Yin (9/5): - I had a great stay at Atour Hotel Beijing Tiananmen Wangfujing Pedestrian. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Wangfujing, with easy access to shopping, food, and major attractions such as Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The staff were super friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They were always willing to assist and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is a little small and slightly older, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay pleasant and restful. One thing to note is that cars cannot enter the pedestrian street, so there is a short walk from the main road to the hotel entrance. This wasn’t a problem most of the time, but it can be a little challenging if you are carrying several heavy suitcases. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again, especially for the fantastic location and excellent service.

• Konstantin (4/5): - Все!Насиная с персонала который вообще не говорит по английски.А смотрит в переводчик по 30часа когда просишь вызвать такси или что-то еще спрашиваешь.Первый раз в жизни в иду что в отеле 4звезды даже нету ресторана еду заказать в номер.Боялся даже пакеты чая попросить в отель потому что по полчаса часу на каждый вопрос смотрели в переводчик и смотрели неодуплеными глазами.Спрашивал где долары поменять это был целый аттракцион не в отели не на центральной улице никто не знал заняло 2часа чтобы вызвать такси и поменять долары!Что в Пекине не знают английский с трудом но можно понять но чтобы в хорошем отеле персонал вообще не говорил еще так смотрели на тебя это конечно был в полном шоке!Единственное что понравилось номер относительно современный везде фонарики в кроватях и унитаз который при поднятии постоянно светился и сигналил)))но комната совсем узкая между кроватью и балконом 20см не более .я худой и то проходил боком чтобы попасть на кровать

• Kelly (7/5): Great location once you find it! - Location near the shops was brilliant. I hated the fact that we couldn’t find the hotel. Very tucked away and difficult to locate. Online maps took us to different locations so quite frustrating having to call a DiDi to take us directly there. You need sign posting from main roads pointing us in the direction.

The metro is perhaps 200m away (Jinyu Hutong) and other lines are close by. The room was very comfortable, good hot shower, tea/coffee and a kettle, comfortable bed. The WiFi was very difficult to connect to, such that I gave up! Its a little difficult to find the first time, as its down a alley between the pedestrian shopping street and another street. The hotel itself is the top floors of a building, at the moment right next to building work. That said, it was not noisy overnight so it didn't make a difference to sleeping.

Súper recomendable - La ubicación es perfecta, literalmente al lado de una de las calles comerciales principales de la ciudad y muy próxima a varias líneas de metro. Como extra destacaría la amabilidad del personal, que a pesar de no hablar inglés se esforzaron muchísimo por hacerse entender (a través de app de traducción) con nosotros. Por decir algo a mejorar, tal vez destacaría el desayuno que no ofrece mucha variedad occidental. Pero en cualquier caso es un desayuno buffet con diferentes opciones elaboradas.

• Tina (8/5): Very good - Convenient location and very clean. Breakfast buffet was very good and wide selection! Heater was turned on and couldn't dial down the temperature so the room was very hot and stuffy. There was a window in the room but it was a fake window and did not show the outside.

• Luke (10/5): A really wonderful place to stay - This hotel is fantastic. It’s very well located to explore Beijing, and has exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating staff who really went out of their way to help. The room was very comfortable and modern. The laundry is free and staff will assist you if they’re around. There are free sweets and the entrance. I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked great.

• George (8/5): Really good stay - Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is superb, right at wangfujing street, easy access to food and metro. Room is clean and have all the supplies we need Check in and payment process can be more smooth
• Aaron (4/5): Not as described, smelly rooms, unaccommodating food hours, small unorganized lobby - Bed was comfortable Smelled so bad! Check in was long and frustrating, hotel was not as described or pictured, every room smelled like smoke.
