• Pravin (4/5): Waste of Money - The parking facility was completely unacceptable – just an open patch of land with a few trees, right next to a construction site. Absolutely no proper or concrete parking arrangement. When we requested dinner plates, we were shockingly handed cheap plastic ones – extremely unprofessional for any hospitality service. The bathroom facilities were equally disappointing: a broken shower, no bathing towels, and to top it off, the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. Overall, the experience was substandard and far below even basic expectations.

• Guest (10/5): - "My partner and I booked this Palette for a quiet weekend, and it was just what we needed. The ambiance is cozy and private, perfect for couples. Loved the minimal yet elegant interior, and the bed was super comfy.

• Tripte (2/5): Bad experience not at all value for money - The location The surrounding of hotel was dirty all the waste food was lying around. The entry from parking is filthy, stinky. Linens in the room were not clean. though it looked like the property was new the bedsheets looked old and overused. Locks were not safe they all had similar code and there was no safety lock from inside. This property is not recommended for women travelers.

Around 11:45 pm i reached at ur hotel to check -in but the executive at receiption desk told me that "hotel is closed as renovation work is going on". I still waited there till 3 am to get some. Then i have no other option to search other hotels in middle of night to get a stay. This is one of the worst experience one can have.

• Trishna (2/5): Not satisfied - Proximity to Seasons Mall - which has enabled us to be outside the room -as the rooms were not comfortable at all. As we were in a group of 9, any new booking on last minute was not possible, So we had to stay with what we got. Overall service is too pathetic for the price what we have paid. One of the room offered to us was fully stinking. Not enough staff who can serve the guests. Certainly, 3* rating is not justified. Please upgrade your services.

• Rahman (1/5): - Should've believed the negative reviews that people have already posted about this hotel. Booking.com stated that the payment could be made at the property. So a deluxe room was booked for myself and my daughter. Once we got there they said they could not give us a room as it wasn't paid for and they had provided our room to a marriage party that had decided to extend their stay. They also did not care to call and inform us in advance. We have never experienced this sort of treatment at any good hotel. In terms of amenities, the lobby looked drab and run down. It was a very hot day and they had no AC in the lobby. But the pics that the hotel has put up make the hotel look very luxurious. The photos do not reflect the grand comfort that the hotel claims through pics. I would not recommend this property.

Passages, corridors dirty, rooms not being made in a daily basis. Checking issues. Staff unprofessional. Wouldn’t repeat. Shaving kit in the bathroom used and kept there. Had to dispose of it. Rooms very noisy, next to a highly transited road at all hours.

• Jitesh (2/5): Not happy - Prime location, excellent connection and good restaurant below. No one at reception when we arrived, bag boy was to called to check us in. We kept the luggage and left immediately as had an appointment. We booked for 3 adult room and we were being given a standard double room. Requested to give a bigger room which was available but the request was declined. Then we asked for a mattress to put it in our room for our son and we were being asked to pay. On which I had argue that we had purposely booked for 3 adult as we had our 10 year old son travelling with us. Not a good experience when you are coming for a busy day.

• RABHI (1/5): Just avoid it - Noting, except that the one on the desk recommended me another hotel called Monarch...it is less than 1 KM away and much, much better, cheaper, and worth staying at. We couldn't recognize the location, even though we were very close.. because the name was not displayed in the building...The staff was horrible, and I stayed on a sofa in the lobby for hours; no one cared...he was watching a movie.
