• Vicky (10/5): Overall very good - This property is quite compact but yet enough space for a party of up to 4. Ideally placed for local amenities and the marina. There wasn’t much to not like. However the check in time is from 16-20 which seems quite a narrow window. We didn’t find out about this until after booking adding €30 to the cost. Also there is a €100 deposit on arrival which we weren’t informed about until we were at the departure airport. Fortunately I had some Euros from à previous holiday. But this wasn’t a major concern to us.

• Rosa (9/5): Muy buena ubicación - Esta muy bien ubicado, en el mismo puerto marítimo. La piscina de la urbanización estaba preparada para el baño, de hecho había algún usuario. Todo estaba correcto.
• Olga (8/5): - Апартаменти комфортні, великі, багато посуду, хороший краєвид, великий балкон, багато рушників. Чисто. При заселенні мене чекали у призначений час з ключами. Також стиль апартаментів цікавий, мені сподобалось. 1) Була здивована тим, що на 2 тижні лишили 1 рулон туалетного паперу. 2 тижні, 2 туалети - 1 рулон. Зазначила про це одразу при передачі ключів, потім написала одному з менеджерів - ніякої реакції. 2) не працювала кавоварка - також написала про це двом менеджерам - жодної реакції, повідомлення без відповіді 3) у кількох відгуках зазначалось, що немає мікрохвильовки. Коли людина подорожує, їй не хочеться витрачати час на готування та миття пателень. Мікрохвильовка коштує в Carrefour менше 50 євро. Так і немає. 4) Гель для душу - на дні розведений водою. 5) немає навіть маленької вітальної пляшечки води. Подорожую багато, в Іспанії дев'ятий раз, в Естепоні другий, стикаюсь з таким вперше. Хороші апартаменти, але якась незрозуміла скупість тих, хто ними керує дуже псує загальне враження. Також зверніть увагу - апартаменти та балкон виходять прямо на порт. Він невеликий, але активно працює, тож ви будете постійно, інколи навіть дуже пізно, рано чи вночі чути шум, гул, пікання працюючих механізмів. Немає кондиціонерів, тож як там влітку - не знаю. В жовтні було комфортно.

• María Jenifer Hernández (4/5): - Me gustó la cercanía a la playa . Pero un caos al llegar tuve que ir a por la llave a otro sitio ,en ese mismo momento me piden 100€ de fianza el cual no se me comunicó al principio. Cosa que aún no me lo han devuelto;((
• Xan (1/5): Un desastre - Lo único aceptable es la ubicación. Casa muy antigua y sucia. Parecía que estaba en una película de Alfredo Landa en la Costa del Sol. La cubertería y loa muebles tenían al menos 40 años, al igual que las cortinas. La puerta de la casa no cerraba bien y había que pegar un portazo. La encimera de la cocina con una capa de grasa, Daba asco cocinar o usar el menaje. Pero lo peor de todo es que cuando llegamos no funcionaba el termo de agua caliente. Estuvimos mi familia 2 días sin poder ducharnos. Mi madre de 70 años y mi hija de 5 años. La empresa que gestionaba el alquiler nos estuvo dando largas durante los dos primeros días y que probáramos nosotros el estado del termo. UNA VERGUENZA. El último día trajeron un termo que encima colocaron a la hora de comer y no pudimos salir a comer a un restaurante, porque obviamente lo de cocinar en casa lo descartamos de la suciedad que tenía la cocina. No sé cómo no se le cae la cara de vergüenza a la dueña de alquilar un apartamento en esas circunstancias y tampoco entiendo como Booking deja publicitar este tipo de alojamientos que rozan la insalubridad. Nos gustaría reclamar que nos devolvieran el dinero, pero como no sabemos cómo, nunca más usaremos su plataforma y mucho menos volver a alquilar este apartamento.

• Carina (1/5): Worst apartment ever - This apartment is old and worn out. It's missing everything that you expect in the kitchen and everywhere else's. The bathtub was disgusting and the other bathroom had such a small shower, that you had to open the doors to clean your feet! There are no chairs to sit and eat. Just armchairs where you had the dining table in breast height!! Not comfortable at all. The beds were really old and very uncomfortable. The only thing that's nice about this apartment is the view from the balcony but the furniture there was not comfortable. The agency didn't even answer after they got my pictures. Not worth the money at all

• Daniel (8/5): Beautiful location, private pool, quiet area, a very nice place fir relaxation. - We enjoyed very much the sea view from balcony. We found the furniture a bit old.
