• Lothar (8/5): Gute Wohnmöglichkeit für kürzeren Aufenthalt - Gute Lage in Seitenstraße am Rand der Altstadt, dadurch etwas ruhiger als mittendrin. Sehr sauber Aus einer ehemals größeren Wohnung wurden nach meiner Einschätzung drei kleinere FeWos gebaut, dadurch etwas beengt, die Nachbarn sind nicht zu verstehen, aber zu hören. Der Duschschlauch könnte erneuert werden. Leider keine Heizung, bei kühlem Wetter im März braucht man in der Wohnung des Pullover.
• Clara (7/5): Lo mejor la ubicación - La ubicación es excelente, en el centro historico de Málaga! las ventanas con vistas a la calle dan mucha luz al apartamento. El apartamento es realmente pequeño, con muchos trastos por el medio, y los espacios (como el armario) no bien aprovechados del todo.

• Dina (10/5): Excellent apartment - The apartment is located in a great place, in the old town, but in a quiet street. Everything is very easily accessible and within walking distance. Everything in the apartment is beautifull and clean, the bed is very comfortable. The host is very kind and really provides all the information in a timely manner. This apartment will certainly be my choice during my next stay in Malaga.
• Sophie (10/5): Wunderbar! Wir kommen wieder - Die Lage war der absolute Hammer, Check in und Check out war easy! Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt mit dem Anbieter. Klimaanlage, Bügeleisen, Badehandtücher und viel Platz. Alles zum kochen da und und zum putzen. Kuschel Decke und viele Polster. Der Balkon war auch super Die Dusche hätte etwas sauberer sein können aber zum abduschen alles gut! Die Matratze war sehr sehr weich aber das ist Geschmacksache

• Stefan (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war seht zentral gelegen - die Altstadt beginnt direkt in der Straße..... Das Taxi konnte uns direkt vor der Tür absetzten.... Die Räume der Unterkunft sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - die eine oder andere fachgerechte Schönheitsreparatur wäre wünschenswert. Die Nachtruhe am Wochenende ist nicht wirklich gegeben - es ist doch eine hohe Geräuschkulissen wenn die feiernden Menschen in den Gassen nach Hause gehen... und dann am Morgen ab 6:00 die Straßenreinigung mit dem Hochdruckstrahler und einem Stromerzeuger auf dem Fahrzeug....
• Anne (10/5): Perfect to See the City - The location was fabulous just round the corner from the main things but on a quiet street. The apartment was small but great for 2. It had everything you could ask for. Getting in was quite “ hi tech” we did manage although we had a slight panic. Was happier with the key!

• Vladislav (5/5): Does not worth the money paid - Good location. No parking facilities. Pictures shown on booking seems have gone some digital improvements. Almost no assistance when registering for chech in. Tried several times, but no assistance offered from the host - only sayings it is mandatory. Refrigerator seems to have been used for many years, seems it is an oldish rental lodge, not a hotel, as the name indicates Please, see the photo attached from the room refrigerator. Very expensive, but in reality the place does not worth it, many other better options exist.

• Nicholas (5/5): Nice apartment but terrible check in and appalling mattress - Apart from the comments below the apartment was very pleasant and mostly well equipped. This was probably the most unwelcome and distressing welcome I have ever had. The online checking in system and access to the apartment was very poor. I understand the legal requirement to register with passport details etc on arrival but this was unnecessarily bureaucratic, impersonal, extremely difficult to operate on a phone, and made even worse with the host being particularly unhelpful and rude. It was actually quite distressing when we were outside the property unable to get inside after a long journey and then being told we were being difficult and should cancel the booking if we did not like it. There is a translation into Spanish on their app but this is cumbersome and does apply to the whole site so were expected to sign something we did not understand to access the property. I did not feel our comments were taken seriously and were There have been several other comments about the impersonal and unhelpful manner of check in. The mattress was probably the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. It has collapsed and urgently needs to be replaced. We even turned it in the hope that it would be better. There have been many comments about this and the response has always been that 'comments about the mattress are very subjective' which I think is a very poor response when there is clearly a serious problem here which needs to be addressed.

• Angela (6/5): Good location - Location closed to bus and train, cafes and restaurants The bed is not comfortable, the sheets don't fit. The sofa is not comfortable to sit on. There are too many cushions in the bedroom with nowhere to put them.

• Sally (8/5): Great location for a short visit to Malaga. - The apartment is in a great location in the old town. We stayed for 23 days, the apartment was a bit small for an extended stay. Great for a few days break. We had a couple of issues in the bathroom which were sorted very quickly. Would recommend the apartment but only really for a short stay. Due to having an extended stay we had to wash our sheets which was not very convenient. No problem for a shorter stay. Otherwise all good.

Everything that we needed was inside. The street is quiet and the diagonal location was never directly facing the sun. We had a small issue with our neighbors, I reached out to the flat manager and they were responsive and helpful. The issue was resolved. N/A
• Harri (8/5): Very good - Really proactive and professional communication from Lovely Rentals - highly appreciated it. Check-in instructions were excellent. The air conditioning in the apartment was very effective yet not very noisy. Great lighting too that allowed to make the place nice and bright. Also liked the two smart TVs and the washing machine (for laundry). No issues with the WiFi, though I only used it for some YouTube videos and WhatsApp. To put it shortly, the apartment in itself was great. Although there clearly is some sound-proofing especially towards the street, noise still came in thanks to drunk people singing and discussing loudly sometimes during the nights. Also had some loud groups in the neighboring apartments. This wasn't the worst I've experienced, though, and unfortunately the whole old town in Malaga is just quite noisy.
