• Roz (9/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment within easy walk of Puerta de las Nieves - Modern, well equipped and very comfortable apartment. Great sea views and fabulous to watch the sunsets from the balcony. Very much appreciated the special touches of welcome fruits/ drinks and hand written letter. The location is perfect for walks to the sea and Puerto de las Nieves with it’s local restaurants. The pool looks fabulous but isn’t heated and so when we visited (mid January) the water was too cold to use. It was therefore good to have the jacuzzi (even if a bit tricky to get the temperature set). Most of the time during our stay it was quiet and very relaxing, however over the weekend the complex was much busier with a group of boys playing football & games in the communal pool / lounger area - great for families maybe but as as a couple it would make us think twice about returning at a busier time of year.

• M. Halm (10/5): - Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Umgebung des Hotels ist einfach traumhaft – ruhig, gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft selbst war hervorragend: sehr sauber, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. -
• Silvia (10/5): - Me ha gustado en general todo. El anfitrión ha cuidado cada detalle al máximo, y tuvo el detalle de dejarnos cosas en la nevera como agua fría, zumos, leche, vino, y fruta. Eso pasa en muy pocos sitios. La verdad no nos faltaba de nada. He estado muy a gusto. Gracias por todo. La única pega que puedo poner es que ponía el check-out hasta las 11, y sobre las 10.30 fuimos mi pareja y yo a tirar la basura para irnos ya.. y no cogimos ninguno el móvil y cuando tiramos a entrar ya no iba el código y tuvimos que buscarnos la vida para poder llamar y que nos abrieran la puerta otra vez. Pero dentro de lo que nos pasó, te lo cogen enseguida y te lo solucionan rápido todo.

La educación del dueño de la casa dejó mucho que desear - La casa en sí está espectacular, las vistas son un regalo Cuando llegamos estaba allí el dueño del piso junto con la chica de limpieza. Habíamos hablado con la persona de contacto que iríamos a las 13 a dejar las maletas. De ésto el dueño de la casa no estaba informado y nos dijo que no de muy malas formas. Tuvimos que llamar a la chica intermediaria para que se lo aclarase. Después hubo otra confusión por su parte sobre los huéspedes a hospedarse y puso en duda de muy malas formas la reserva que yo había hecho. Fue muy maleducado con el grupo. La chica de vivelorural fue muy amable y le explicó que teníamos razón nosotros. Por lo demás muy bien todo.
• Andrea (9/5): - La struttura moderna, la piscina, la vista, la disponibilità di parcheggio. La struttura accetta famiglie con bambini e la piscina era monopolizzata da un gran numero di bambini che facevano molto rumore, schiamazzi, e giocavano nell'acqua occupando tutta la piscina (non si poteva nuotare fino a molto tardi la sera, quando il vento freddo soffiava impetuoso). All'arrivo nella struttura, sarebbe utile ricevere in anticipo una cartina indicando l'ubicazione esatta della struttura e l'entrata del garage.

• Volodymyr (10/5): What the perfect place! - What the perfect place! Everything was perfect starting from the check-in and till the check-out. Wa are familiy with 2 children visiting Agaete for 10 nights. Several days before the arrival, we were provided with the key collection instructions (it's extremely easy, just enter the code and get the keys). The apartment has everything we needed to have a comformable stay. The chldren has a separate bedroom with two beds, while there is an extra separate master bedroom. The common area (kitchen + hall) is perfect. In the kitchen there are a lot of everything... The apartment has superb view to the sea and the rocks from the really big terassa (balcon) where we spent some time having breakfasts and several dinners with a nice view. There is a tiny out-of the apartment isolated area with jacuzi, so our children spent some time there having fun :) Welcome gift and present during our stay from the host - it's also pleasure. There is a parking place in a garrage, and also parking places just several meters from the apartment. Nice walking tracks begin just 200 meters from the hotel. It's recommended to visit the rocks at sunset. Nice view. Also nice walk to the promenade, it takes some time to reach the cafe/restaurant zone, but it's pleasant way. I highly recommend this apartment!
• Malgorzata (6/5): Way overpriced place. Disappointing. - Very clean and quite apartment. Jacuzzi had only lukewarm water. We were promised it would be fixed but it wasn’t.
