- Cheng Ling (4/5): Besides the sea view and the price, and the quick response from the host, I don’t really like the place. - The location. It has a beautiful sea view. At night, we didn’t switch on the air conditioning, we can hear the sea all night long. The host is responsive. There is a weird smell in the room. The toilet is smelly too. The floor of the bathroom and veranda are sticky. The bedsheet also not clean. They put the mop in the bathroom which is not hygienic, too close to the place where we hang our towel. The table cloth, the sofa looks old and not clean. The air conditioner remote and tv remote controls are not functioning. The rack to hang wet clothes at the veranda is rusty. The curtain rail in the bathroom is broken. It is not well maintained.

- mythnya (3/5): like the environment. just a bit sad with my apartment. will come again but try to find other place - the location, the view and the environment. the beach view when u wake up.. the beach sound make you feel calm .. the crowd also feel going holiday. the room facilities - many things do not maintain well. the mattress very strong and the pillow feel like already been used for 10 years. really need to change. the sofa bed has many marks on it .. they should put 2 extra blankets instead of 1 only. the bathroom side, need to fix the toilet hose to wash. can't even uses. the soap can't be used because the soap bottle already spoil.

- Pritler (8/5): - The room is good and clean. Located at the 2nd floor so it's very convenient to access everywhere. Nice seaview from the apartment. No. Just a recommendation. It would be good if can add a hair dryer to the room and provide enough blanket, towel & wrist bands (for pool & gym) as per number of the person in the booking.

- Nurina (10/5): I am a selenophile... - I love almost everything about this place. I wish I could have stayed longer. I would love to have a thicker & bigger blanket for guests who are sleeping on the sofa bed. The extra blanket is actually more suitable for toddlers.

- Juliana (8/5): Better Than Expected – Finally, a Comfy Bed at Roxy! - Every time I stay at a hotel with the name "Roxy," one thing always comes to mind—the beds are usually way too hard, like sleeping on wood! Thankfully, this time was different. The bed wasn’t too soft, but also not overly firm—I was able to sleep well. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and shared all the necessary details about the apartment's facilities, which made everything smooth and easy. They were also very generous, offering extras like an extra blanket, additional swimming bands, Netflix access, a well-functioning air conditioner, and extra pillows. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. I also loved the location. The beach was clean, and the pool was well cared for. Overall, nothing major to complain about—had a pleasant stay! I just wish the room was on a higher floor to enjoy a better view of the landscape and scenery.

Maybe next time 😜 The kitchen is clean but the stove can't on there is a problem to switch on the stove. And there is some smell somewhere mybe come from the toilet. But overall it is still acceptable for staycation with family

Room was comfortable n host provide convenient facilities and house equipment needed..Will book again for future vacay at Sematan Beach The wifi and internet was not function well..

And the pool area don't have shades for us as parents to sit and accompany our children upon swimming. Overall, it's clean and the staff is very friendly.

Tried to contact the owner about the Wi-Fi, the owner told me the username and password and tried to turn on and off the Wi-Fi plug is still unable to connect the internet.
- Yan (8/5): Relaxing and quiet stay during week days. - Very near to the car park. Food available with reasonable prices. Lepapa has commodities available within a short distance. Overall satisfactory stay. Shall come back again. Block A is very close to the new block under full construction but is not noisy. So far things are ok.

- Deverox (10/5): Clean room & excellent host. - 1. Really helpful & nice host. 2. Room is quite spacious and comfy for a family of 4. 3. Clean room, bathroom & kitchen. 4. Adequate kitchenware provided for cooking. Hard to get internet connection but that is expected.

Also the toilet should be provided with some floor cloth. every time we done with the shower the toilet bowl was wet as well.
