- Wachira (4/5): Disappointing - Security and location of the BnB was okay. While the security and location of the BnB were okay, the overall experience was disappointing. My apartment was changed upon arrival without any prior notice. Communication with the host was poor - each time I tried to reach out about essential issues like electricity tokens or washroom repairs, they were either offline or simply did not respond or call back. There was a gas leak in the house, which is a serious safety risk. On top of that, the bathroom drainage was so bad that water would flood into the bedroom directly opposite the washroom after showering. This stay was far below acceptable standards, and I would not recommend it unless these issues are urgently addressed.
