• Sarah (9/5): slightly cramped but decent and clean and works! - rooms were clean. host was responsive - when we reported a hole in the bed frame and insufficient toilet rolls and bin liners, they responded quickly and came to fix things and top up items the next day. slightly troublesome that we didn't have a clothes drying rack in one of the apartments. the 3 bedroom apartment is a bit squeezy. the 2 futons need to be laid out in the living room which took up walking space, and then no space to put luggage.

• Sarah (8/5): Clean house, responsive host. - Host was very responsive. We requested for top up of toilet paper, bin liners and they brought it the next morning. There was also a hole in the bed frame and flickering lights, and they fixed both issues the next day. We had an issue with the padlock (we accidentally locked it but didn't have the key) and they sent a 24-hr locksmith down to settle it. Thank you! The whole house is very clean, design is simple and nice. Should have hand soap at the toilet basins and the kitchen sink. The description indicated 10 pax for 3-bedroom apartment, with beds for 8 pax and futons for 2 pax. But I didn't realise the bedroom size was too small, so those sleeping on the futons had to sleep in the living room. This was rather inconvenient for everyone. The 2-bedroom apartment had a clothes rack in the yard area, but the 3-bedroom apartment didn't, so that was a bit inconvenient. The toilets could have had more hooks for hanging clothes/ toiletries bags on the wall/door.

• Suhaimi (10/5): I am satisfied with all the service provided. - I like how comfy the stay is and there is a lot of game to play like the owner does not want us to go outside! I also like the view from the balcony, it is such a pleasure. The stay also near with the strategic place to go when visit Malacca. They also provide extra beds and bed cover sheet. It is good for big family to stay. I will repeat in future.

Overall clean and quite comfortable the room view was facing the old abandoned building beside our airbnb building. It looks abit creepy even during the day. otherwise everything else was ok

• Sky (9/5): Good condo to stay when in Melaka. - The location is great. The unit is very windy n comfortable. Not much external noise when in the unit. The loop up the car park is a bit narrow.
• Alisha (10/5): - The rooms were cleaned , they even provided video game controller and got build in games in the tv . Too bad Disney Hotstar couldnt be used . Toilets is clean ! One of the staff (selvam / indian i assume) at the residences was rude . We wanted to go out and he asked for the access card very rudely . Second , we didnt know if there is toilet provided or not at level 5 swimming pool , but the guard was always keeping an eye at us amd waited for us to dry off and refused to let us use the lift even when we were dry enough to use it .

We'll repeat again if the rate still like this hihi. Tq onwer. The swimming pool to small but it's OK because we prefer to stay in n use the gaming facility onwer provide. Spending time with my family members.

The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Security was tight but the security officers are helpful and friendly. It would have been better if the property has a washer and dryer.

• Masriani (7/5): Condo management - Easy check in & check out, near to a lot of attractions The house is clean and big, very spacious. Condo management is very strict, if you're taking grab the car is not allowed to enter to drop you off at the lobby thus you have to stop at the guard house. If you order food, you have to go down to the guard house. It can be inconvenient if we have a lot of things to carry. When we checked out, our booked car had difficulty entering the residence to pick us up at the lobby with a lot of luggage and they were allowed to wait for 10 mins.

Parking is only limited to 1 car within the apartment compound would be better if there was 1 more additional carpark as we were travelling with kids and elderly parents. But it was already informed to us prior to the stay regarding the parking arrangements.

The homestay itself is very beautiful and spacious with clean and comfortable rooms and a stunning view balcony. While the homestay is a bit of a walk from the main town, the peaceful location and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. We enjoyed taking walks around and exploring the nearby shops. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in Melaka.” Only one parking was allocated for the home stay. could have provided to park in the visitors parking in residence itself instead of parking outside of residence.

Malakkas attractions are ca. 15 minutes away by walk. Nothing comes to my mind. It was all good/very good.

Outside parking was costly and inconvenient for family with kids because of outside parking is abit of a walk from condo.

• Sinyee (2/5): Bad start for a vacation - Only location After booking the apartment , we chat up with the host in advance to check is there any additional parking as I have 2 vehicle. The host replied “extra car park OUTDOOR parking RM10/days , can refer at guard there 🤗💕 .”so we will be assuming that it would still be within the compound . Before we reached the host even send out another booking information wrongly to me ( personal data being send to wrong party ). To our horror when we check in , the guard just chased us to the external parking NOT within the apartment . When we contact the host they only push to the guard after that the host becomes uncontactable. The host provided misleading information pertaining to parking ( only ONE compliment parking, any additional vehicle are not supposed to park within the apartment compound ). It took us so long to manage to sort out and we have already inform or place in the booking that there will be 2 very young kids > 2 years traveling. When we checked in , we found the place being run down , the foos ball game has all the handles coming out and there are sharp pointers that is dangerous for young kids. There is no game console and the apartment only comes with 4 dining chairs making it so difficult for children to eat. Some of the items are not there example washing machines and game console (as shown in pictures ). Bathroom is extremely small. Overall if you only have one car this location would be good. What can I say you can experience it yourself .

The security service was the worse service upon our arrival at 1.30am we have to alight at the guardhouse and drag our luggage into the lift lobby can u imagined single mum with 6 small childrens with big luggage. That was pathatic service rendered.
