• Paola (8/5): - Posizione ottima, centralissima. Appartamento confortevole e molto caldo. Servizi di ogni tipo nei dintorni. Letti molto comodi. Non siamo riuscitia vedere la Smart TV, nè a collegarci al wifi. Ho chiesto aiuto al gestore ma non ho avuto risposta!!
• Alison (8/5): - Location in heart of old city above eateries. Near Xmas markets. Bed comfortable and clean. Noisy at night banging Tv didn’t work Host didn’t meet us as planned then communicating became difficult! It was like owner had just stepped out and we stepped in !! Shower needs good clean.

• pamela (8/5): Posizione eccellente - Siamo stati in occasione del ponte dell'Immacolata, c'era il Natale di Lucca. Posizione perfetta su una delle piazze principali. Vicina a tutte le attrazioni della città e a due passi dalle mura. Materassi comodissimi, temperatura ottimale. Un po' impolverata. La pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata.
• Janneke (5/5): Ligging is erg goed, maar het appartement zelf is matig. - De ligging is top: hartje centrum en op loopafstand van de stadsmuur en het station. Het appartement is ruim, prima om met 2 personen te verblijven. Bij aankomst lagen er vieze (vaat)doekjes en verrotte aardappelen. Er was geen schoon keukenlinnen. Het appartement was stoffig en plakkerig. De douche is piepklein. De douchekop is erg vies, zit onder de kalk, veel gaatjes zijn verstopt. Sommige dingen zijn stuk (kraan, lamp). De wifi is slecht, heel traag en valt vaak uit. Het appartement is op de eerste verdieping. Dat is boven een restaurant met terras. Dat zorgt voor veel rumoer.

• S (6/5): Great location but an old flat with NO basic frills - Location was great Very basic apartment with not much at all. We had one half used lol roll for 3 of us for 5 days. No kitchen roll or tissue boxes anywhere! Not even an ice tray in the freezer. Old coffee in the jar that needs to be thrown not left for the guests. It’s clear that whatever little is left in the flat were things that were left by previous guests. WiFi was TERRIBLE!! There’s no Air conditioning in the bedroom only a fan that’s broken. Never got replaced or fixed. Fan so old that you literally have to be a foot away to enjoy the breeze. Not comfortable to sleep in the bedroom in the heat. No hot water in the bathroom sink and a constant flow of water that couldn’t be turned off. Bathroom needed a proper cleaning. Old horrible stain inside the toilet pan. Place needed a proper deep cleaning. Landlady was communicating at the start but when pointed out the fan issue and the dripping tap she stopped reading messages or responding further. At 9:30pm she sent a message to say someone was coming to fix the fan while we were out eating dinner. When I asked to change time she stopped communicating completely.
• Gabriella (10/5): - appartamento centralissimo e vicino la stazione, servizio di check in e check out molto efficiente, Sabina che si occupata dell'accoglienza ha soddisfatto ogni mia richiesta per rendere la mia residenza il più confortevole possibile e risolvere celermente un problema alla scheda del condizionatore. Molto bella la visione dalle finestre degli alberi di magnolia nella piazzetta sottostante.
• Robert (9/5): Our new favourite city in Italy ❤️ - The location of this property if fabulous - easy walk everywhere - restaurants very close. Lovely ambience with windows open but very quiet when closed. We didn’t eat in but if you wanted to fully equipped and even had some condiments and coffee to use. The WiFi was a bit temperamental but other than that nothing we didn’t like.
• Peter (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a super central location - Easy communication with the host who actually let me check in earlier which was a nice surprise. Location was perfect. You have everything you need within the surrounding streets. Lucca is beautiful and chilled town to visit. The apartment has everything you need. And it was much more spacious than I imagined. Nothing.
• Emma (10/5): Perfect for a get away no stress easy and comfortable - Lovely apartment next to all amenities but quiet so it was the perfect location, only a ten minute walk from the train station. Host was welcoming and very helpful. Nothing.

• Mirella (3/5): Luccs was a true delight, the apartment was a disaster - Location was awesome, the apartment itself requires urgent attention Entry was almost impossible due to the stiff lock on the door. The shower was so small it was close to unusable and had no facility for storage of soaps and shampoos. The clothes washer was locked and advice received was to go to a local external laundry. The apartment was quite untidily. The TV was functioning correctly as all streaming services weren’t working .
• Edwin (10/5): Check out the one hour opera evenings at the chiesa! - So central in Lucca! Classic apartment - not flash - but surprisingly excellent ! The town is so friendly to visitors ( if you are too) . The meet and greet team are a pleasure - Grazie Sabina. Nothing unexpected - tutto a posto!

Dirty bathroom could use a good cleaning (especially the door next to the toilet) The front door was a bit difficult to use and the entrance to the building was also difficult —door would not open all the way and was sticking to the floor.

Many cafes and eating places in close proximity No issues other than lack of water in kitchen, although this didn't bother us as we just brought water from bathroom sink. I suspect it was just a pipe tap that needed turned on

• Judith (8/5): Very pleasant. - Location was fabulous, smack in the middle of the historic center. Lack of instructions how to turn on Wi-Fi, washing machine etc.
• Janice (8/5): Very convenient apartment and exceptional customer service. - Very convenient location, yet when you shut the windows, the apartment is very quiet. Most of all, we appreciated the kind offer to pick us up at the airport when our plane was delayed 4 1/2 hours. The kitchen is cramped and has few outlets.

• Sylvia (9/5): perfect for a couple - spacious, elegant, convenient, totally private entrance with only a few stairs. it’s a bit dark as large trees are in front of windows no cleaning or change of sheets offered . Piazza Napoleone is very busy and noisy.

We would definitely book this apartment again!!! - The apartment was very spacious and attractive, ideally situated for central Lucca , the railway and the bus station. we particularly liked its quiet location just off the Piazza Napoleon, bustling with pavement cafe’s and bars. The staff were extremely helpful always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had!! We hope to return to Lucca and would definitely book this property again.
