Logement parfait pour 4, possible pour 6. - Spacieux, propre, tout le nécessaire à disposition (linge de lit, de toilette, vaisselle), proche du centre commercial menara mall, piscine bien entretenue 2 personnes sur les 6 devaient dormir sur les canapés non convertibles du salon et sans draps la 1iere nuit.

• Peter (10/5): Only stayed for a couple hours as we got back from our tour at 10pm and our flight was at 6am but our time was pleasant. - Location was great next to mall and place was in excellent condition. Although we weren’t there long the owner was very easy to communicate with and was there for anything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here

Stigli smo oko ponoći i ostali ispred zgrade skoro pun sat, jer nam vlasnik nije poslao šifru za ulazak u apartman. Bezuspešno je pozivan od strane vozača i obezbeđenja kompleksa. Na kraju smo uspeli da ga kontaktiramo preko Booking aplikacije. Iako smo uredno prijavili i platili za 5 osoba, posteljinu i peškire za petu osobu nismo imali.

• dariush (10/5): parfait - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de l'appartement de Jamal qui s'est montré disponible de l'arrivée à notre départ. Le quartier est idéal, à proximité immédiate du centre Menara mall qui dispose d'un carrefour market, d'une arcade de jeux, de boutiques et de restaurants. Le quartier est sécurisé ainsi que la résidence. La place jemaa el fna est accessible à pied ainsi que les lieux importants. Nous reviendrons certainement !
• Rédouane (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - 2 salles de bains et 2 wc pour 6 c'est très appréciable, Équipements en excellent état de marche, confort de la literie et générosité dans la mise à disposition de serviettes de bains Absence de draps housse pour les canapés, les travaux dans l'appartement du dessous, absence de transats aux abords de la piscine.

La propreté des lieux. On était très bien installés. Franchement très belle endroit. On recommande Se faire aborder à chaque fois quand on sortais. On se faisait même agresser si on ne leurs achète rien. On n'était vraiment pas à l'aise avec sa. On nous forçait à acheter même si on ne voulait pas.

Appartement propre et bien équipé pour une famille. Avec piscine et une place parking au sous-sol. La piscine ferme entre midi et deux.

L’endroit est très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout ce dont on avait besoin. Jamal a été un hôte très accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. Merci encore pour l’hospitalité, nous recommandons vivement ! Seul petit point : un double de clé/bipe pour l’ascenseur serait pratique.

• Chothia (8/5): - The apartment was clean when we arrived. Really spacious. All rooms had AC. Both bedrooms had a balcony. Kitchen had everything, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, washing machine and dishes. Iron, hairdryer and towel was provided. 2 bathrooms. Beds were hard but that's down to preference, some members of my family didn't like it and some did. We were able to check in early aswell was a plus. Location was great, right next to Menara Mall, 10 minute drive from Koutoubia Mosque. Communication when we arrived wasn't great. Even though we got to check in early there was no one there to meet us. There were two building with similar names and we were sent from one building to another when we arrived. I called Jamal several times but communication wasn't clear. So being clearer on the address of the apartment however once we arrived it was fantastic.

• AHMED (9/5): - I definitely recommend this apartment. The owner was very nice, helpful, and provided a good service. Good location by the Ménara Mall yet tge city is only about 5 minutes by car . The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary things for everyday use. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

• Aileen (8/5): Very good - Lovely spacious apartment, spotlessly clean. Very good communication with landlord. Apartment is right next to large Menera Mall so plenty of places to eat right next to apartment and good size supermarket in the mall. It was about 30 min straightforward walk right to the main square Jemaa El Fnaa. There were taxis and horse drawn carriages available for hire outside Mall. Disappointingly swimming pool was closed during our stay. Both bedrooms had a balcony which was empty apart from a clothes drier

• Richard (9/5): A great place to stay in the modern part of Marrakesh - The location was superb, the shopping mall right next door with all its eateries and shops was a great surprise, and taxis are available in seconds from outside the apartment, and only 5 Euros to get to the souks in the Medina area.

• Faraz (9/5): A great experience! Great hosts! Great location! - Our flight from Fez to Marrakech was delayed 2 hours, so we didn't arrive to the property until almost 3am! Knowing that it was an apartment, not a hotel, I was really worried about getting in so late, but our hosts were wonderful! We communicated over WhatsApp and coordinated the timing, and were met at the front gate and escorted to the room. Getting a taxi from the airport to the apartment was ~200 MAD (in the airport line via the machine), which seemed expensive considering it's only about 10 mins away, but it was very late at night and we didn't have much choice at that point. I think booking that transfer in advance would be less expensive and much smoother. The apartment itself was great. 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom (toilet & sink), a full kitchen (with fridge and stove, plates, utensils, a small clothes washing machine, etc. but no microwave or dishwasher), a large common space with ample seating to relax and a dining table for meals. The location is great as well. It's in a group of buildings, there's a swimming pool between the buildings (we went in December so no one was swimming), and it's a 5 minute walk to Menara Mall, many restaurants, bank, currency exchange, etc. About a 25 - 30 min walk to Kourtoubia Mosque and Jemaa el-Fnaa (the main square - https://maps.app.goo.gl/FpqWmgYJnf2V5nGYA). The hosts were very welcoming and attentive throughout. There was no iron or hairdryer in the room, I messaged Jamal and he delivered both in about 1 hour! (better service than some hotels!) They were also accommodating in allowing us to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout so we could spend some more time in the city before leaving.
