• Elisa (6/5): Casa carina ma manchevole di alcune cose essenziali - La casa ha una vista ottima ed è molto spaziosa. - Posizione della casa molto scomoda per quanto riguarda il parcheggio. Garage dell'appartamento non utilizzabile per parcheggiare. - Non c'è il congelatore: minifrigo senza congelatore. Impossibile portarsi dietro un pranzo con la borsa frigo dato che non c'è modo di mettere in congelatore le mattonelle per il ghiaccio. - La casa è un po' calda. - Mancanza di rapporti umani: check in e out automatico, ma ci sarebbe piaciuto vedere di persone qualcuno all'inizio della vacanza anche solo per avere qualche consiglio e informazione.

• Jeff (9/5): Stunning views of Rapallo, quiet location in a busy city, friendly, helpful Office Team. - The apartment had beautiful views from both balconies and rooftop terrace. Though I had no transport with me, I was pleased to have supermarkets within walking distance. Very friendly helpful assistance from Office Team. Nothing I disliked - a clean, spacious, comfortable apartment with excellent wi-fi. An electric toaster and ice compartment in the fridge would have been nice.
