• David (9/5): Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer guten Lage und einen guten Management. - Die Lage ist perfekt, um alle Ziele zu erreichen sowohl zum Meer als auch zur Altstadt oder zu den Museen und zum Airport direkt vom Syntagmaplatz. Die nähere Umgebung ist sicher und weitgehend sauber, was in Großstädten sonst generell nicht immer der Fall ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Matratzen neuwertig. Der Vermieter war flexibel, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Zudem gab es zwei Schlüssel, was bei Ferienwohnungen in Athen oft nicht der Fall ist. In der Küche findet man alles, um auch selbst kochen zu können. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine mit einer gefüllten Box und auch sonst war alles vorhanden wie zwei Föhne und zwei separate Toiletten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Der Balkon ist sehr klein, um darauf sitzen zu können. Das innenliegende Zimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster vor einer Wand im Innenhof und kein Tageslicht, weshalb es nicht optimal zu lüften ist. Es ist aber gleich wohl gut nutzbar. Aus diesem Grund gab es nur 9/10. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass die Wohnung auch während der Mietzeit gereinigt wurde.

L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole Abbiamo dimenticato il telefono nell'appartamento, l'host lo ha recuperato e spedito in Italia,! Complimenti al nostro a Kostantinos! Siamo davvero grati per la sua gentilezza e ospitalità.

• Esther (9/5): Ideal für eine Städtereise - Grosszügige Wohnung in sehr guter, zentraler aber ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufweite. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen einstellen war schwierig, es war schnell kochend heiss oder sonst eiskalt (wir waren im Dezember da).

• Marcin (9/5): Godt med plass - velkomst overraskelse, sentralt - lett å komme til de fleste attraksjoner, stille og rolig - godt med plass, alt du trenger finnes inne til og med fl. vin og noe snacks - gjør jobben :) umulig å parkere bil - av og til problem med WiFi, ellers alt annet veldig bra

• Kelam (10/5): A spacious and comfortable apartment with an exceptionally kind and helpful host. - Our stay at the apartment was wonderful! The check-in process was very easy, and we received all the necessary instructions on time. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suitable for four people. During our trip, a few of our colleagues got sick with a high fever and cough. The host was incredibly kind and understanding — he generously provided us with extra bedding, sent us details about the nearest open pharmacies (it was a Sunday), and even allowed us to stay longer after check-out because our flight was later and the weather was rainy. This meant a lot to us, especially to those who were unwell. All compliments to our amazing host! We are truly grateful for his kindness and hospitality.

The host was very, very good, hospitable and interactive via messaging, giving us suggestions regarding attractions/activities/restaurants. Excellent location as it's mostly walking distance to most attractions and subway station. We'll definitely stay here again when we go back to Athens!

The host is very friendly. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Our stay was lovely, we highly recommend this accomodation. The wi-fi isn’t great.
• Yalu (10/5): Good choice for a group or family stay. - It’s a 3 bedrooms apartment and has lot of space for 3 or 4 people. Very good location and close to everything. Walking distance to acropolis in 20 minutes. The building has a small elevator and good enough space for 3 people or 1 people with 3 luggage. Very nice host and gave us a lot of good suggestions for brunch places, restaurants or disko places. Super fast response from the host and we are looking forward to coming back again! Nothing. Parking can be difficult but there are parking house or places nearby.

• Brenowski (10/5): Lovely apartment in a really upmarket area. - The apartment is situated in a really beautiful area. Only minutes walk from the main shopping areas and the Syntagma metro station. The metro runs directly from the Airport to Syntagma and takes approximately 40 minutes.The apartment itself is very spacious and the air conditioning is great. It's also possible to walk to the Plaka area and the Acropolis site. The walk took us 25-30 minutes. Lots to see and do along the way. The host was brilliant and kept us updated all the way along up until our arrival. He also gave us some great tips for restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this apartment as a great base to explore the city.
• Itai (10/5): Great location, great price, great host :) - Location was in a quiet and safe neigborhood, with a lot of light and very close to anywhere. We only walked, didn't take a taxi even once with 2 kids (10 & 13), supermarket 2 minutes away and some groceries in the fridge that the host left for us. The host was very communicative, but not imposing, always ready to answer about anything, including recommendations. It is not the newest apartment, but it is renovated and clean. Minor stuff, like only 1 shower for 4 people (2 toilet rooms though), but we knew that when we booked, it wasn't that bad. View from the apartment is to the block across the street, nothing to write home about, but it was close to the main attractions without being too close to the noise and nightlife (if you know what I mean).

• Lydia (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an excellent location - Great location, about 20 mins walk from all the main sites but in a quite and safe neighbourhood. I think it would be hard to be in a nice place closer to the centre. Checkin instructions were really clear. The apartment was really spacious. The living room/kitchen was a lovely space overlooking the street while the 2 larger bedrooms backed onto the courtyard at the back. A bathroom plus extra toilet which is great with a group of 4 or 5. The host was lovely and recommended an excellent brunch place. She also left us, water, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and pastries which meant we were all set for breakfast. Really appreciated. Nothing bad but a few FYIs: The small (1 person room) didn't have a window or air con - only a fan The door to the small room was a bit stuck (this might be fixed now) The wifi was a bit slow The basin in the bathroom was very tall and slightly wobbly which was a bit unnerving (but not dangerous)

I had contacted with the host (Kostas) before our arrival by Whatsapp. He explained how to enter into the aparment in a very clear way. And more importantly, I asked him several recommendations (for example, restaurants with views to the Acropolis) and he answered very quickly and with very good tips. So, fantastic host. The apartment was also ok, with everything a family could need, even Kostas left some bakery for breakfast and, especially, cold water in the fridge. The location is absolutely perfect, really close to the centre and in a very safe, beautiful and calm part of the city.

The location was walking distance from central Athens. However, cockroaches was its downfall. I really wished that part never happened. Otherwise, it would've been wonderful.

• David (10/5): Fabulous apartment, great location, excellent value for money. - Excellent apartment, exceeded our expectations. Great location in an upscale neighborhood. Stores and restaurants close by. Felt very safe. Need key to get into building. 10 minute walk to Syntagma square, 15 minute walk to the Plaka, 15 minute walk to the Monastiraki square. 20 minute walk to the Acropolis. Close enough to the main attractions, and far enough from them. The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable. Three bedrooms - double bed, 2 twin beds and a single bed. Spacious salon and kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Two toilets made the stay more comfortable for us. The apartment is clean and well-kept. It was a pleasure to come back to this apartment in the evening. The host, Kosta, was fantastic - friendly, polite and very helpful. We had a night flight and he agreed to our leaving the apartment later than the official check-out time, and that helped us very much. Will definitely like to stay again in this apartment during my next visit to Athens. Excellent value for money. No faults, all good.

• Dorian (8/5): Very good - We liked the location, very close to Syntagma square and Plaka. The appartment is large enough to accomodate two families and is placed in a rather quiet area. It is possible to find a parking place and we used the information given by the host that the parking places are free during weekend. The furniture in the appartment might be improved. There's an old style desk used as support for the TV set and an old table in the living room that could be refreshed.
